06/10/2025: A super nice place in the forest by the lake with a cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic and most of it was homemade. Draft beer from Møn and delicious special schnapps that went perfectly with the herring. 😍

09/06/2025: Super Whitsun lunch with open-faced sandwiches buffet

30/08/2025: A really lovely dining experience. High degree of flexibility and service-minded waiters and chefs. First visit but definitely not the last.

17/08/2025: Not cool to pay 70DKK (~9CHF) for 0.5L of tap water… + only payment terminal that asked me a fee to pay (using Revolut got 0 problem in the 6+ establishments we visited) With that said, the food was good.

11/09/2025: Food was amazing, when you order spicy, you get spicy. And the Curry was crazy good. The Naan bread was unfortunately not the best, felt more like regular pita bread to me. But you should absolutely still go for the rest of the menu, highly recommend.

17/07/2025: Kender Sabro Kros restaurant fra dengang jeg rejste forretningsmæssigt i hele Danmark og har gode erindringer, så derfor var det naturligt at vælge stedet til aftensmad med fruen, da vi var på vej hjem fra det nordjyske. Vi blev modtaget af et venligt personale, og vi følte os med det samme godt tilpas. Vi fik anvist bord i restauranten, og jeg valgte en wienerschnitzel. Det følgende er min måde at beskrive min oplevelse ... Hvad jeg fik var alt andet end delikat ... et stykke fladbanket kød, hvor paneringen var tykkere en kødet. Paneringen var klistret og uden smag og struktur. For mig var det et stykke kød, der var klippet ud af en frostpose ... købt færdigpaneret fra en fabrik ... og lige havde fået en tur i mikroovnen ... ærterne var delvis misfarvede ... gule ... og enkelte fladtrykte ... frost tilbudsvare fra den lokale købmand måske ... kartoflerne var ikke brasede men noget færdigkøbt, der nok også havde fået en tur i mikroovnen ... underlig smag og melede ... smørsovsen kom i en lille glasskål og manglede smagen af frisksmeltet smør ... til gengæld lå prisen i den høje ende ... Det er mig uforståeligt, at en restaurant som Sabro Kro ikke levere en første klasses vare, men vælger billigprodukter for sine kunder ... så svært er det altså heller ikke at tilberede en ordentlig wienerschnitzel ...

15/09/2025: Not sure what happened to this -now chain. It used to be so good, a comfort food to go to. Now it’s uncoordinated saucy bowls where flavors don’t match. Had a chicken bowl:oversauced, oversalted, add-on bread had to throw out…top with slow service :/

29/09/2025: Had the chicken salad as and it was delicious. Had the veal as main and was very nice, I don’t know about the sauce provided, I couldn’t tell if I liked it or not. Lastly the lemon mousse was light and a good way to end the meal. The restaurant has pictures of people who I didn’t know but it did make the restaurant look different and cool.

17/09/2025: Super nice place, so cozy, lovely service and the food was top notch, had the most delicious shooting star, it tasted heavenly, will definitely come again when I come to Aarhus 😀

03/05/2025: Friendly welcome, we easily got a place without a reservation. Quick service and subsequent serving. All in a good atmosphere.

27/10/2025: Cozy atmosphere, nice blend of chilling and playing pool while not losing the trait of a beer place. Music was a bit unstable but still quite audible.

23/09/2025: I had a lovely coffee and pastry here in the sunshine. Enough distance away from the Main Street to make it relaxing and close enough to jump on the metro when finished!

21/09/2025: Outside table on the sidewalk with quick, courteous staff and delicious food. Recommend the avocado toast plus poached eggs with toast. Lattes were delicious.

12/09/2025: The buffet is perfect, featuring a wide variety of ingredients, some of which are freshly prepared by the chef. Everything is delicious.

12/09/2025: Great restaurant, the food is good, especially the barbecue where you choose your food which the chef then grills. The atmosphere is quite noisy (the Danes like to talk loudly apparently)
