17/08/2025: The place is closed during working hours, it's a shame that you can't get in on a day off, although the card says that it's open

05/08/2025: Ate here unfortunately I had to hunt for my food but when I caught it it tasted extremely delicious

12/10/2025: The first impression was rather mixed. The restaurant is quite small, and the buffet is unusually small for a Mongolian restaurant. The layout also seems impractical – a central location would have been much more pleasant. The collection point for dishes was just a table placed in the corner, which, although emptied regularly, looked unappealing. Only one of the service staff seemed to speak English. The selection of food and drinks was limited, but the sushi selection was surprisingly diverse and fresh. The Peking soup, unfortunately, was not very tasty. Overall, we were full, but the experience was rather average. We would probably choose a different restaurant next time.

07/10/2025: 5/10-25: We wanted to give it one last “shot in the gun” as we had been really disappointed the last 2 times we were there. This was last 1/2 year ago. But our doubts were really put to shame. Absolutely fantastic food, hot, freshly made all the time, and plenty of it. Warm in the restaurant itself, as it was also under all criticism last time we were there. We were really excited about how delicious it all was, and we will definitely come again. We are “fans” 👌🏻

13/04/2025: 3 at work but no one to serve, so you can't complain about the lack of service, it wasn't anyone... too bad went there to support the place now I probably won't be back again hey-hey

05/04/2025: Was not allowed to rent "pool"! It's simply too bad. You then go to a bar to play pool and drink beer!! 0/5 from my side!

23/08/2025: Always excellent. The food is always super good and super fresh here! The Lamb Shish Durum wraps are my favourite!

15/07/2025: Incredibly bad service, threatening staff and always the wrong pizzas. Had to go back and get a new pizza twice, never ready on time. Last time I set foot there.

14/07/2025: Order the pizza online on their website. When I arrive I am told that they definitely haven't received an order and the staff then starts yelling at me. I show the confirmation email and after a lot of yelling at me, they make the pizza. However, without dressing which you pay 8kr extra for. Horrible and scary experience, 0 out of 5 stars.

01/11/2025: There were 2 of us. The food was average, It's a bit of an awkward place. And there was false advertising with the pictures. We had one with celiac disease and asked very nicely about allergy info. She had ordered some axe meat, thought it was gluten free, and then there was tayaki on it when it wasn't written in the message that there was anything. She asked if it was tayaki at all, a bit confused. And what a lame answer that they "can't just write everything down" we didn't even get a small part of what we ordered and still got the lame answer that "they didn't have any orders from us" 100% won't come again and will definitely call the food board with their allergic deficiency description.

07/09/2025: Great poke bowls, I had the duck and my.girlfriend had the shrimp. Quick and easy, and very tasty. Perfect for re-energising before hitting the shops 🙂

06/08/2025: An okay option for takeaway, but nothing that stands out in a city with so many great choices. You can definitely find better in Copenhagen.

10/04/2025: Should be renamed Scamming Kebab! Asked for a pita with chicken WITHOUT dressing and paid DKK 40. Told twice that it should be without dressing, but of course he drowned it in disgusting dressing anyway.....asked for my money back as I didn't want to wait for him to make a new one, but he wouldn't give me my money back??? Asked for it 3 times in different languages, nothing helped. So I had to go without pita bread and without my DKK 40! Fake company....stay away from there! Add.

08/01/2025: From the best kebab place in the whole neighbourhood to a completely average-poor place. Huge increase on prices and huge drop in quality and taste. The durum tastes nothing like it used to be , the meat is dry and and overall a different filling.The fries are plain and not seasoned anymore. The durum menu went from 75kr which is an affordable neighbourhood price to 95kr which is completely exaggerated. THIS IS NOT THE SMILEY WE USED TO LIKE. Never buying from there again. 👎👎👎

07/12/2025: We had booked a stay at Sauterhus Slotshotel for 2 nights, 3 rooms with both breakfast and dinner as part of the celebration of my mother's 70th birthday. The choice fell on this hotel because it had an indoor pool, so that both children and grandchildren could enjoy themselves during the day. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed already upon arrival. When we asked where the pool was, we were told that it had been closed for several months and was still not working. We booked the stay already 4 months ago, and we had not received any kind of information that the pool would not be available. That part was extremely frustrating, as it was the main reason why we chose the hotel. As compensation, they offered a bottle of sparkling wine and some soda for the children, which certainly did not match the disappointment - and we therefore politely declined. Unfortunately, the service at the reception was far below acceptable. Maurice, who served us, was both arrogant and uninterested in helping. At no point did we experience any understanding, friendliness or attempt at a real solution from his side. This made the disappointing situation even worse. All in all, the stay did not meet expectations at all, and it was a disappointing experience on a day that should have been special and festive.

07/12/2025: Disappointing. To start with they had lost our booking.. then they said we had to pay again, which we refused. The pool was broken, so you couldn't use it (it had obviously been there for a long time). The room: The toilet was black down in the basin and there was a hole under the very worn carpet so the glass table jumped every time we walked past. The TV could only receive DR1 and DR2 and restarted probably 25 times. At night there was a terrible spectacle because the owner was holding a wild party in one of the castle halls. In the morning we had to ask them to cover for us, as they had forgotten us again. And when we checked out they didn't think they had handed over our voucher... so we had to email it to them and wait for them to print it. Generally unprofessional!! Sidenote. They said it was fully booked, but we were only 2 tables down for breakfast and we didn't see a soul.

22/10/2025: My order was defective again. Why can't you figure out how to either follow Just-Eats delivery tracking or deliver what people order?

16/10/2025: Visited there after almost a year unfortunately the food and service quality has degraded.

18/10/2025: Lovely little bakery with pleasant staff. Made up and taylor made sandwiches, and others bakes. Also nice coffee. Can recommend.

23/09/2025: Asked for Latte, got a Cappuccino. They asked if they would make a latte, yes please. Got a Cappuccino again. Didn't bother complaining again.
