04/08/2025: Had food from here more than couple of times.Not at all good, no taste and the way guy interacts doesn’t made me feel like coming back.

09/11/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at Emmerys on Bryggen. The staff seemed inattentive – they were standing around chatting and didn’t even notice customers coming into the store. I ordered two buttered buns to-go, but it took almost 10 minutes to get them. When I finally received the bag, it was covered in butter. When I pointed this out, I was met with a very bad attitude from the staff. Really bad experience on a Sunday morning!

08/10/2025: Ordered a hot sandwich. It didn't even take 2 minutes before I got it. Alas - cold and boring threw it out after one bite

25/06/2025: I’ve been here several times. Many times if I can see it, I usually count along, with the staff preparing my bucket of wings. I once had a “Manager” warn that person handling my food” oh look he’s counting with you” I heard what he said and I replied to the Manager “I did count yes, because your staff don’t know how to count to 14! Is it a crime to count from the other side? This place needs a better clean up! Floor is sticky and trashy.

02/10/2025: Normally I have no interest in writing reviews against someone else's livelihood. But here I can't help it. The pizza tasted dry, and the dough had no flavor, as if it had just been in the fridge for several days, which they should just sell instead of throwing away. I got a stomach ache afterwards.... And the service is miserable, I have never experienced anything like it. I will not come here again, even though the price is ok compared to other places. I don't understand how it can still be open with all the bad reviews I read here. I think it's a shame, because it seems like there are really good and nice people in the store. But I think there is a mistake on the part of the management

19/07/2025: relatively cheap food, taste is 6.5/10. Asked for extra sauce and they did put extra sauce.

11/04/2025: The food is ok. A bit expensive though. We've order manus that include drinks and we've never got the drinks.

20/04/2025: Asking which pizza they sell the most, what do they recommend? Kurds say "all pizzas are good". Buys draft beer with 60% beer and 40% foam under 0.5 mark on glass. The bar counter swims under beer.

19/02/2025: Durum with Kebab was something in between white bread, chewing gum and cold quite good kebab meat. Drive to Kebabistan in Taastrup Hovedgade. They are all Kurds, but only one of them understands how. Would recommend the lamb.

19/10/2025: Every time I order through Wolt, the order is rejected.

31/08/2025: Had to pick up 2 orders. One order had to be paid for with 2 vouchers, the other order with 1 voucher. But I wasn't allowed to do that because of the owner. It had to be 2 different people picking up the 2 different orders in order to use the vouchers. Great!

19/06/2025: I am deeply shocked and appalled by my experience with Castello Pizzaria in Fredensborg !!!!! The owner of the restaurant is extremely arrogant and indifferent and gets offended if you criticize and complain about the food. I stopped by the restaurant and bought a durum roll for 69 kr last week. When you pay 69 for a durum roll, you also expect the food to taste good. I ate my durum roll on the way home and. It was clear that the bread was cold and the meat (kebab) was very old. I threw up afterwards. I chose to call them and complain about it. The owner gets offended and is short-tempered. It is the customers who are the stupid ones. In the end he threatens to call the police and arrogantly hangs up. I have to admit that they had made 30 durum rolls before and he did not think the meat was too old. Well no, otherwise I would not complain - THE MEAT WAS OLD AND THE BREAD HAD NOT HAD ENOUGH !!!!! You simply cannot be familiar with that!! You should be ashamed of yourself deep in hell. Stay far away!! Do yourself a favor and don't go in there and I strongly urge you to avoid Castello.

10/10/2025: We have just received food from OliOli in Hellerup. The tuna was bad and the avocado was completely hard, unripe and inedible. There were spring onions on one of the poke bowls even though it didn't say anything about it. Even though we removed the spring onions, everything tasted of onions. But the worst thing was that when we tried to call them, they didn't answer the phone. Not even after five calls. Now we just have to hope that others don't get a stomach ache from the bad tuna like we did.

10/10/2025: I ordered from OliOli through Wolt and am really disappointed. The avocados in my dish were rock hard and completely unripe, so they were inedible. In addition, the tuna was of such poor quality that I was downright uncomfortable eating it – both the color and taste seemed wrong and far from fresh. It ruined the whole meal, and at that price you expect much better ingredients. Definitely not an experience I want to repeat.

26/09/2025: Their takeaway concept doesn't work at all. More than 20 minutes after the agreed time I'm still waiting for the food - without any explanation or apology. In a room that smells of deep-frying. Pure waste of time despite ordering well in advance.

18/08/2025: Worst pad thai i have ever had. Some old carrots,celery was too rotten still served and spring onions, I had the worst chewy beff. Big chunks very old frozen beef for sure. I was too hungry not to eat even after that i was barely able to finish half of the plate.

25/10/2025: Their pad see ew is tasteless. They have added 2 pieces of boiled chicken and broccoli to spice up the experience a bit. All in all, miserable and I would recommend cup noodles and those pre-fried chicken pieces from Netto any day over this.

24/11/2025: The food was delicious, many options of meat, entries and deserts. The price is low compared with other buffets in the city.

24/11/2025: Just want to say that their hummus was very old and sour, really be careful. But the staff was nice and they apologized and we didn't eat over there anyway. But we have eaten before at the new place where everything was good.
