22/04/2025: Good hamburger and nice restaurant. Highly recommended

09/04/2025: Got the Gringo Burger recommended. Nice Burger und good fries. Really solid but nothing spectacular. Price was okayish. What was really annoying was the music choice Swedish and German mumble rap. Listen you are shying people away with that…or you just target the younger audience?!

09/09/2025: The lady is super annoying and there are brown spots on the wall and she's touching a don't go to Rosengården!

04/09/2025: stay far away from this place very bad food the staff was really rude there is mold you are only allowed to jump 2 on the trampoline all in all it is a bad place

11/11/2025: A great bar with a range of Danish and international beers. The interior was cosy and also had plenty of outdoor seating with heaters. Staff were friendly.

22/10/2025: Male server or manager does not smile, instead smoking cigarettes and just scrolling on his phone. We expected expensive drinks in this area of Copenhagen but some customer service would be nice. Limited food options but our meal was okay.

26/08/2025: Joe and the Juice’s sandwiches are usually pretty good and things are not different in this spot. I had one sandwich with ham, avocado and something else I don’t remember; anyway it was pretty tasty. Service though is impersonal and not very efficient: I’m pretty sure no one told my name (not loudly at least) but I saw a sandwich laying close to the counter, so eventually I asked, and it was mine. This little station spot is nice but the music volume is crazy. Osterport station itself is clean and generally ok. Overall, it is ok for a quick bite but I wouldn’t say the experience justifies the price.

14/08/2025: The coffee is good, but the service from the staff in the morning is very, very unpleasant. You're close to a hotel and the station, so they should be used to tourists. Instead, they give you dirty looks just as you walk in. Rude.

01/12/2025: I bought food here after a long time. The same dirty hygiene I left back then. The food tastes good but the man who served with the glasses is so dirty and unhygienic, his clothes are completely stained from food and sauce. And he used the same hands for my pizza fillings as he used for the salad on my pizza and at the end he also scratched his ear and of course he also took my cash with the same hands and immediately went on to make a new pizza with the same hands. It was so dirty to see that I hardly wanted to eat my pizza when I got home. It's a damn shame for customers who don't see this. Damn dirty.

The staff were incredibly patient and accommodating, especially during our engagement, which was a big and important event for us. They took the time to guide us and made sure we found exactly what we were dreaming of. We highly recommend Shiny Star to anyone who wants a safe and professional experience with a personal touch.

17/09/2024: It's the worst I've ever experienced on the hill, the service consisted of a lady who tried to speak English, she couldn't understand we had ordered on the spot and said we were using Ældersagen. We wanted some dark beer, she didn't understand and I could go on like that. The torilets look like something that was a lie, it was so disgusting, so we used Bakken's torilets.
