30/03/2025: Everything is fine as long as you don't complain about the warranty.
They try to cheat you out of the sales law and warranty obligations.
When you confront them they just stop responding.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced..
30/03/2025: Warning: Real Coffee keeps your money and ignores complaints!
I bought BRITA Maxtra+ Filter 15 pcs from Rigtig Kaffe and paid DKK 754. Unfortunately, I was unable to collect the package from the post office and it was sent back to them.
But instead of automatically getting my money back, I had to contact them myself to ask for a refund. If I hadn't, there was a good chance I would never have gotten anything back.
To my great surprise, they only gave me a credit for DKK 546. Firstly, I only got a credit card and not my money back, which is unfair when I have neither received my order nor used their product. And secondly, the amount on the credit is over DKK 200 less than what I gave! It is completely unacceptable. They have effectively stolen money from me.
Even worse is their lousy customer service. I contacted them a month ago to get my money back and after 15 days they have stopped replying to my mails.
It seems like a deliberate strategy to cheat customers as they neither inform about refund nor give a fair amount back.
Bad business practice - stay far away from Real Coffee!

13/08/2024: The bowling/indoor playground/arcade hall was demolished, the place no longer exists but only the restaurant at the front; there is a collection of remaining items. There is also mini golf.

11/12/2023: We were supposed to hold an event at the café in November. The buffet was excellent, but much of the food was buy-in food that was simply heated. A bit disappointing. The service from the youth workers was quite nice, but the service, from what I assume is the owner, was service-abandoned. No interest in providing any kind of service. We got the feeling that we were a nuisance by coming. In any case, we don't want to arrange anything down there another time.. Our guests also commented that she was rude - both to them, but also to her employees. The youth workers also seemed to be slightly "afraid" of her. At one point, she was sitting at a table next to the bar with some friends, directing the youth workers what to do. It's not a very good signal to send to your guests.
09/12/2023: My boyfriend and I had called down to the cafe to ask if we could use our smartbox at them. Our smartbox rang for brunch for 2 people. We are told by an employee on the phone that it applies to both people and that we can just come down and have brunch and then "pay" with our smartbox. When we have eaten and have to go over and "pay", they suddenly want us to pay DKK 189 for the food. My girlfriend and I say that we have called and been told that smartbox one applies to both of us. So we will not pay. After some time where we have discussed with the employees, we are allowed to leave without paying any more.
It's a shame that it has to spoil our experience. We will never buy a smartbox again or go to that cafe.

29/08/2023: All you can eat buffet for a really good price for Denmark.
Don't hesitate to download the app to get discounts. Sometimes even 50% off the buffet.
The food is quite decent, don't forget that it is an all-you-can-eat buffet for an attractive price, so don't expect gourmet dishes, but still very good.
I recommend and will return.

11/01/2024: It says on Google that they are open, so we drive all the way from Skive to get sushi (it takes about 30-35 minutes). Then they have closed, it still says on the website that they close at 21 (the time is 18:27) now. I think that's just mind-boggling. It even says on their door that they are open, but no lights or customers, very strange
30/12/2023: I did not get what I ordered as they had chosen to "put their own stamp" on my order. It meant that we cannot eat more of the pieces and I therefore asked them to correct the mistake and said that I could wait.
The waiter kept telling me it was my fault. And that I would therefore have to pay for the new pieces if they had to redo them.
Abandoned the discussion that got nowhere and left.
Will not come here again and do not recommend to anyone with allergies or diets.
Check the food before you pay.
