03/04/2025: Fantastic experience. Everything plays great! The pizza base was crispy, the ingredients were fresh and the service was top notch. It is always a good experience to eat at your place.

15/03/2025: Grotesquely bad. I'm a little lost for words, but I'll try anyway. Party of 8, for a birthday. No flag, had to ask for it 3 times. There are 12 people in the entire restaurant besides us on a Saturday night. Waiting time 55 minutes. Almost all orders had something wrong with them. Mashed potatoes were cold, they came back, after 20 minutes we are told that they have no more... Then we eat children's fries instead. Ordered favorite sauce, they bring whiskey without saying anything about it. Children's burger menu, contains: dry bun, 4cm thick steak (which no child can yawn over) and kstchup, fries and 4 wrinkled cherry tomatoes. Tenderloin tasted ok, a little on the WELL side (ordered medium). Overall disappointing experience. Pity the staff as it goes beyond them in the end. The restaurant lacks an overview of raw materials, purchases and preparation for the day's meal. Definitely the worst Jensens Bøfhus experience to date.

08/04/2025: Here we got good burgers. But not too pleasant service. Spoke to them in Danish but was just completely ignored. Tried several times to place my order without success. Then asked in English, and then I barely got in touch and was able to order. The one cheeseburger was ordered without pickled onions and pickles but was delivered with a good portion of raw onions that were not ordered.

26/03/2025: I recently had a fantastic burger from this street food stall! The meat was incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispy edges that added a great texture. The overall balance of ingredients made it one of the best street burgers I’ve had. The service was also excellent—especially the man who took our order. He was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, as tourists, we ran into a small hiccup when our order number was called in Danish, and we didn’t realize it was ours. It would be great if numbers were called in both Danish and English for international visitors. Overall, it was an amazing burger with a warm and friendly vibe. Just a small suggestion for improving the experience for non-Danish speakers!

13/04/2025: I think the food itself was okay. But come on... Fesen lukewarm food? It's too small👎🏻 Too bad the experience must fail because of that.

15/02/2025: Was there at 19.10 where they had started to pack away all the food. We asked for plates and she directed us to take two go trays at the counter. (Seemed a little weird). The food was awful and they had moved it to a corner without descriptions. When paying, we are asked whether we take it with us or stay and eat. Followed by them closing the dining area 5 minutes later (so 7.30pm even though they don't close until 8pm). We therefore choose 2 go. We were very disappointed with the experience and did not feel welcome.

29/03/2025: Became far too expensive and too bad in the end. Min DKK 100+ for a pizza plus delivery.. nope!

12/03/2025: DKK 40 to get an extra kebab and you can't even tell the difference 🫡

24/08/2024: The price has become far too high in relation to the quality and children have to pay 179 even though they are only six years old they don't eat that much and adults have to pay 349 because you have to pay that money and it's not quality for the food I want say that a children's ed it cost 119 and an adult buffet 299 it is not worth much more and it is cold food I have never experienced it so bad and in any case I will not come again it was pretty good

19/08/2024: Disaster but it wasn't the waiter's fault. There was no buffet even though it was on the menu, ordered 3 two-course menus, which showed that there were only 2 menus 👎then we left...bad, be careful...

14/02/2025: I start by standing and waiting for 2-4 minutes at the counter without anyone serving me. I just have to say "sorry, have time to take an order". I then order and the food is ready in ten minutes, so you can't complain about that. The pizza I have had has a good crispy base and tastes very nice. A small minus is that the bacon on it is not fried before it is thrown on the pizza, so I don't eat it. I know you can eat it anyway, but it's just not for me. My fries are simply too salty, so I give up halfway through that tray. Not a completely satisfactory experience, but because the pizza tasted ok, the review creeps up to three stars, but would probably give 2.5 because there is definitely room for improvement here.

29/08/2024: Delicious ice cream and they also have a gluten-free cone. The rhubarb ice cream tasted good. All 7 of us thought the ice cream was excellent! We had a great time outside. The ice cream was not as expensive as other places.

01/01/2025: The food is delicious, the food is delivered on time, the food is ready when I have to pick it up, very nice and friendly staff who can inform about allergies. They have a partnership with a butcher so all meat is fresh

29/01/2025: Really tasty and warm food, I have been there personally to pick up food as well, and the people working there are so no nice and smiling, It explains the great quality of food , happy people make great things! And the quantity is also always satisfying! Highly recommend!

12/04/2025: Terrible. The chicken seemed stale or undercooked. The hamburger is disgusting. Almost empty inside and the wait was quite long. We are feeling bad now and I hope it stays that way and doesn't get worse. I do not recommend anyone to eat there. Compared to KFC in other countries, the one in Horsens is an unfunny joke. If you want to be healthy, it is better not to eat there.
