28/10/2023: Noisette was once a sure winner. You were always guaranteed a fantastic and tasty meal. For many years it has been one of my absolute favorite places to eat in Horsens. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Me and a friend went in to eat steak au poivre twice. The steak was tough, as was the normal delicious fat marbling in the steak. The quality of meat could easily be found better in your local Rema1000. For the steak there were 6 measly half potatoes both of which they hadn't even managed and baked in the middle and the smallest amount of pepper sauce I have ever been served in a restaurant. But then it was good that the miserable meal "only" cost 275 kroner. The owners should have closed or sold the restaurant when they announced at the time that the profit and focus was no longer for 2 restaurants because this meal was under all criticism. Unfortunately, this is the last time I eat at Noisette.

13/08/2023: Update 13.08.2023 There is a new vegan burger on the menu. Unfortunately, whether you like it is probably a matter of taste. I had to give up as it was too meaty, I took out the steak and put in fries instead. I'm not the type of vegetarian who misses meat, I'd much rather have a steak made from e.g. potatoes, peas and carrots. Or perhaps a delicious beetroot steak? There are so many delicious options out there, how about making two versions; One reminiscent of meat and then one made of plants. The fries still taste weird. According to my husband, the crispy spicy chicken burger was not spicy at all. Idea: Vegan/vegetarian burger menu for kids (with a steak made from plants), my daughter is not interested in meat but so interested in our burgers. The place is not super cozy and it gets very hot, very quickly on a hot day like today. The place has two high chairs for children. Gluten free options. // Boring burgers and weird fries. You have to pay extra, in addition to the menu, to be able to use the soda machine, this was not the case when I was here last year. The extra price for the soda machine is not described on the menu, which I would describe as false marketing. Only the extra price for dip is mentioned. And then I have to say that 55 kroner for four pieces of chicken is greedy. In addition, it should be mentioned that the lunch menu is a beef burger, just a shame if you prefer chicken or don't eat meat.

24/02/2024: Vi havde bestilt bord og fik bekræftet det på e-mail med booking nr 1321. Da vi kommer til restauranten er der ingen plads. Og vi bliver afvist. Det er bare ikke ok, når vi forventer vi har bestilt spisested og så blive afvist da de sagde den ikke var gået igennem.

28/01/2024: Something to try, their burger menu tastes good! Well located in the center close to the library in the pedestrian street. The burger is served with fries and dip. The prices are good, but you can make reservations for a can of soda, which can be a little too expensive, especially when there is a Bones next door, which we have eaten at many times.

27/01/2024: Way too salty fries, worst and limpest burger I've tasted, didn't taste fresh at all. Will not go there again.

21/01/2025: Vi havde som ventet en god aften på MASH og kvaliteten af maden var god og alle vi var i kontakt med var venlige og imødekommende. Der var stor tilfredshed med de østers vi spiste og den tuntartar vi spiste. Jeg vil dog nævne et par lavt hængende frugter i relation til en bedre oplevelse for kunderne: Bøfferne og tilbehøret blev ikle serveret samtidigt. Faktisk blev bøf, fritter og bearnailse serveret i tre omgange. Det betød at bøfferne kun lige var lune, da vi spiste dem og at fritterne også kunne have været varmere. Kvaliteten var der god intet at udsætte på. Selvom restauranten langt fra var fuld, var det besværligt at komme i kontakt med betjeningen, da vi skulle bed eom regningen. Håber I kan bruge feedbacken til noget, da MASH stadig er Århus bedste bøfrestaurant.
