13/09/2026: Looooong wait time and when we finally got our food it was the wrong order so we had to wait even longer to get our food

26/08/2026: There was total chaos when we were there. Half of our order was made, the other half was left unfinished. When we finally got the food, it was cold and the quality was just bad.

21/09/2026: Unnecessary rudeness and arrogance towards customers, who should at least be served with kindness. The owner treats customers with inconceivable aggression, and sells two plates of tasteless mussels as if it were the only restaurant on earth. Absolutely avoid if you're in Aarhus, given all the great places you can find in the city, run by competent and professional staff.

19/09/2026: A truly unpleasant experience. We were treated with incredible rudeness and arrogance right from the moment we walked in, to the point that we immediately lost any desire to stay. Hospitality should be the very foundation of a restaurant; unfortunately, here it seems to be completely absent. Absolutely not recommended.

10/10/2026: They have lots of sauces, noodles and other items that are hard to get in regular supermarkets! We always go here to grab golden curry.

02/08/2026: My family and I were looking forward to “Italian pizza”, but there was nothing really Italian about it. The pizzas were soft, undercooked bottom, and the meat (ham/pancetta) was undercooked… One out of three pizzas was baked enough, and had an ok crispy edge. One piece of my pizza was crispy. Super annoying. The staff were unpleasant when politely pointed it out.

09/09/2026: During our 2-week vacation, we stopped by Hugo; a nice quick bite with a drink, nothing wrong with that.

04/09/2026: No cutlery No napkins The menu has been changed but the card has not, you pay 10kr extra for dipping for fries even though it says it is included. The staff is not service minded

16/11/2025: really long wait before order is taken. before we are seated at the table and yes before the food arrives. and the service is not friendly at all. of course it doesn't matter that there is a long wait if the food is just playing, but it doesn't. the pizzas tasted boring. boring dough. boring topping and maybe also generally too little topping maybe, because they just didn't taste of much. we have been there a few times, so have really given it many tries, but the last three times, this has been the experience.

13/09/2025: The website says it is open until 11pm but turns away customers at 9:15pm because the kitchen is closed.

09/10/2026: Excellent food and the buns are a pleasure compared to the American ones.

24/09/2026: Worst burger ever. Small, tasteless. Plus the mayonnaise, a small bowl that we had to pay, was half EMPTY. A real shame. The vegetarian one was cold and boring, like a shoesole. Never back.

10/07/2026: I asked not to have tomatoes in it due to allergy, this was not complied with. In addition, my boyfriend had ordered a chicken steak with bearnaise sauce, the chicken was raw in the middle and the sauce was missing

07/04/2026: I won't come here anymore because Kurt doesn't want criticism about their price for non-alcoholic beer, which they charged 50% more for than a regular beer, which I had written on FB and therefore I was asked to leave the place.

26/09/2026: Super food and excellent service. However, not the best experience to come to the 3 course menu and then not be able to talk across the table due to another group in adjacent rooms who were extremely loud. But the 3 course menu has absolutely fantastic 👌

06/09/2026: Super cozy place, right in the middle of the square in Silkeborg. The service was good, attentive waiters. Got a steak that tasted absolutely fantastic. The only minus, I would have liked the bearnaise sauce to have been homemade, then it would have been 5 stars 😊

18/07/2026: Omelette with cold bacon, old salad and bread with warm butter (melted). Accompanied by a lukewarm Erdinger.

08/07/2026: It has always been a good place but now the service is going downhill. It takes WAY too long to get the food, 45 minutes for a simple omelet. And then you get an explanation about staffing issues? Not an apology.

03/07/2026: The taste is phenomenal. A little expensive but worth every penny.
