18/04/2025: Very good food and excellent service. Recommended!

14/04/2025: I have never reviewed food or anything else online. But I have to say it's the worst batch of pizza and fries I've tried. Asked for the pizza to be made thinner than usual. And it came out 4 times thicker than I've ever seen a pizza before. Fries were completely hard and empty of filling. It was like biting into those table chips the first and last time you order from here.

05/10/2024: Highly recommended café with an attached knick-knack shop where you will certainly find nice souvenirs. Despite the nearby street, sitting in the courtyard is very quiet and relaxed. We really enjoyed our coffee break.

26/09/2024: We can only recommend this place. There are the most delicious cakes here, a different one every day, freshly baked in-house. You will be welcomed very friendly. You simply feel comfortable here.

15/04/2025: We only bought ice cream here. The service was very nice. The ice cream was delicious and the scoops were quite large. However, there wasn't a very large selection and the prices, like everywhere in DK, are quite expensive. 1 ball 30 DKK, 2 balls 45 DKK... Here you can pay by card, cash or mobile phone.

24/05/2025: Their durum was dry and more like a tortilla with frozen kebab. You paid 79kr for a tortilla pancake with a slightly limp iceberg lettuce and a kebab straight from the freezer… it was tasteless and dry, way too expensive…

17/03/2025: Food was better last year before the renovation. Also less children friendly, last year there were some books and toys to play with. No free water anymore. Burgers are still very good and the best in the area

04/05/2025: Vi har idag været til konfirmation. Virkelig behagelig service og maden var også helt i top! Vi har også tidligere været til brunch og 3 andre konfirmationer på hotellet. Altid en fornøjelse.

10/06/2025: I have ordered from here many times and have been very satisfied so far. The food has always been delicious, and the ingredients are of high quality. Unfortunately, my latest experience was far from the standard I am used to. My boyfriend and I ordered takeaway, and in one of the salad bowls we found a long black hair. In addition, the avocado was on the verge of being bad. When you pay 135 kr. and up per dish, you expect a certain quality and care - and this experience did not live up to that at all. Unfortunately, it was enough for me not to order from here again.

09/06/2025: I am usually very satisfied with Caspars - They are certainly not the cheapest, but you usually get what you pay for. Finally I order and pay an order, here I am contacted and informed that they are refunding my order, they say nicely sorry (Translated from English, as I have not yet met an employee there who spoke Danish - Only if you do not speak English). Fair enough I think - They close 20 minutes after I have ordered, which is probably ok, and they explain that it has auto accepted the order and that they cannot turn it off. Fair enough I think and am informed that I can order before 9 pm the next day, - which is a bit funny if they close before 8.40 pm? What is not ok is that it takes up to 5 days to return the money - no one said that on the phone, they took my money for the order - after which it said that you have 10 minutes to pay, but it takes up to 5 days to return. It must be a hoax. I have given Caspars another try. After ordering on Wolt I have received nothing but errors. 2 orders, the first with an error and the second was a completely different order. I have changed my review to 1 star and do not intend to change it until I have my money back. A very dissatisfied former customer.
