06/09/2025: Super nice restaurant that takes children into account. The waiter helped both my sister-in-law and I to take the stroller and the pushchair down the stairs. He also had 3 coloring books and markers ready for the children, so the wait wasn't that long. We all got pizza (8 people), and wow what an experience, even the gluten-free one was super good. I had to heat baby food, they helped with that too and the high school was ready at the table. I can really recommend the place! By the way, it was also reasonably priced. It's not on the expensive end!

27/08/2025: Nice place where dogs are allowed. Service was very friendly but chaotic. We asked for vitelli tonnato as main course, waiter said that that wasn't a problem but still got the starter version which led to confusion in the service of our pizzas. The pizzas were unfortunately too salty.

21/09/2025: We had reserved for two people many weeks in advance and yet were given the only table in the middle of the room. When we inquired, we were told there was only one alternative between two very noisy groups, so we opted for the original seat. This wasn't pleasant, however, as staff and guests constantly walked past us. It was truly uncomfortable and a table you shouldn't offer to any guest, especially not in a restaurant of this caliber. Furthermore, several windows were open, which caused a strong draft at times. Only after we pointed out that we already had a cold were they closed slightly. The meal, while ambitious, left much to be desired in its execution. The meat in the main course was only lukewarm, as was the sauce. It was also noticeable that at several tables, the meat remained on the plates. Given the restaurant's Michelin star, our expectations were high—and our disappointment all the greater. The attentive service of the young staff, the spectacular view of the North Sea, and the concept of working with regional ingredients and reinterpreting North Jutland cuisine deserve special mention. However, these pleasant aspects couldn't save the overall impression of the evening. The three-course menu at 650 DKK per person is not justified in our experience. The price-performance ratio is disproportionate. Although we regularly visit Lønstrup, we won't be visiting Villa Vest again.

09/09/2025: Villa Vest is fantastic. Unique and cozy restaurant on top of the dune with a direct view of the beautiful North Sea. We had the big lunch which gave us a culinary tour that cannot be described as anything other than fantastic. Very friendly staff. We left there well-fed. The lunch took 2.5 hours, which fit perfectly with the table reservation.

02/09/2025: Saw the exhibition of modern Danish design, a really interesting insight into the production of the great Danish designers. Also a photo exhibition with pictures from Elizabeth Taylor's home. New exhibition under construction about the American Way. A visit is recommended. For current exhibitions see the Art website.

27/08/2025: A truly magnificent building surrounded by greenery. Parts of the exhibition are very modern – Ai Wei Wei's sculpture is impressive. A high standard price – but admission is free for children under 18.

26/08/2025: The food was delicious. Both the starter and the main course. The staff were very friendly and patient. It was busy, so we sat a bit longer, but that's actually a good thing and a pleasant experience.

24/08/2025: We booked Restaurant Raalingen for our son's baptism and we have not regretted it. A truly great experience all the way through. Fantastically delicious food with matching wines and idyllic surroundings. Space for children to play in the courtyard, and a short walk down to the harbor in between courses. We couldn't imagine a better day. Thank you for that.

10/06/2025: I have ordered from here many times and have been very satisfied so far. The food has always been delicious, and the ingredients are of high quality. Unfortunately, my latest experience was far from the standard I am used to. My boyfriend and I ordered takeaway, and in one of the salad bowls we found a long black hair. In addition, the avocado was on the verge of being bad. When you pay 135 kr. and up per dish, you expect a certain quality and care - and this experience did not live up to that at all. Unfortunately, it was enough for me not to order from here again.

09/06/2025: I am usually very satisfied with Caspars - They are certainly not the cheapest, but you usually get what you pay for. Finally I order and pay an order, here I am contacted and informed that they are refunding my order, they say nicely sorry (Translated from English, as I have not yet met an employee there who spoke Danish - Only if you do not speak English). Fair enough I think - They close 20 minutes after I have ordered, which is probably ok, and they explain that it has auto accepted the order and that they cannot turn it off. Fair enough I think and am informed that I can order before 9 pm the next day, - which is a bit funny if they close before 8.40 pm? What is not ok is that it takes up to 5 days to return the money - no one said that on the phone, they took my money for the order - after which it said that you have 10 minutes to pay, but it takes up to 5 days to return. It must be a hoax. I have given Caspars another try. After ordering on Wolt I have received nothing but errors. 2 orders, the first with an error and the second was a completely different order. I have changed my review to 1 star and do not intend to change it until I have my money back. A very dissatisfied former customer.

12/09/2025: When the weather's nice, you can sit in the idyllic garden. The waitresses could pay a little more attention to guests in the garden. The bagels with lox are a dream. All in all, though, it's definitely worth recommending.

27/08/2025: Fantastic bakery, everything delicious, both sweet and savory. The bread is made with sourdough. There's also a takeaway coffee/cappuccino machine. Parking along the street is easy.
