25/11/2025: Really good service over email and a really great selection of coffee beans!

31/10/2025: Super delicious pastries, especially some really good chocolate croissants. However, you often leave empty-handed, as they are always sold out and in very limited quantities. The staff is hard to get a smile out of, which doesn't make the experience particularly good. When you pay 42 kr. for a croissant and come there regularly, a smile and thus some service is the least you can expect.

06/09/2025: Lovely facility with many possibilities for events

20/11/2025: It looks quite nice, but unfortunately we couldn't try it out; the opening hours until 5:30 pm are incorrect. We went twice, once at 4:15 pm and once at 2:30 pm, and both times found it closed. A shame.

22/03/2026: We came for lunch and it is definitely the best choice for the price if you have children with you, as they often do not use the whole large buffet they have in the evening. Children 2-11 years old eat for half price. The food is typical Chinese buffet and you will be full from it.. lots of fried food, 4 meat dishes and 2 platters with 6 different kinds of sushi, which is better than in the supermarket, but not close to what you get at other sushi restaurants in town. We might come again if the children want it, but as a couple we will not come here and cannot recommend it.

15/02/2026: It was a nice stay. The food was definitely not bad and the price was fair. The double room was disappointing with 2 single beds pushed together and at a much too high price.

06/12/2025: You're probably wondering why you've given it three stars when the location is 5, the service 5 and the rooms 4. It's because you never feel alone. It's creepy. Footsteps in the hallway, noise in the parking lot, and no one is there. So if you want a ghost hotel, this is perfect.

23/01/2026: We enjoyed a really delicious brunch. We didn't stay at the hotel, but it is possible to eat here anyway. The surroundings, atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and delicious brunch, with the opportunity to try e.g. Eggs Benedicts. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

19/08/2025: The food is the most real, well made and just perfect there can be. They bake the bread, make the jams, cook the ham, do everything from scratch in the oldschool way. The dinner dishes was sublime. Breaded and panfried Plaice is served all over Skagen, but the one we had here was next level, there is probably not a better to be had in Denmark! The owner is a rare case of a Chef with a knowlage spanning decades and refuses to compromise on anything from breakfast to dinner, a rare gem of a Chef and a class woman. Everything we ate here was as good as oldschool, authentic homemade cooking can be. All the produce they use is of the highest quality. As a Chef myself, this is one of the Realest experiances i have ever had and a was honored to be alowed into the retro kitchen for a look. The kitchen with the 50years old stove is the cleanest kitchen i have ever seen. My only regret is not booking a longer stay, but we will come back next year.
