The lighthouse building itself is well-preserved and lovingly restored. The atmosphere at the top of the tower is special: the wind, the light, the endless water – you immediately feel why Skagen has fascinated artists and travelers for centuries. If you're lucky, you might spot seals or thousands of migratory birds. A clear five stars for a place that combines nature, history, and views in a unique way. A must-stop when traveling in the region.

22/06/2025: It's a very idyllic and photogenic location at the northern tip of Denmark. Parking is available right next to the tower, and the hustle and bustle is kept to a minimum, unlike a few hundred meters further north.

11/06/2025: As always, a lovely experience shopping at Lagkagehuset in Meny in Aabybro. Today it was a strawberry pie that came home.

29/07/2025: We found this place based on reviews, put it in our memory, walked around different restaurants and finally decided to come here... In general, it was worth being thousands of kilometers away from Mother Russia to have a nice time in a purely local inexpensive establishment with delicious cuisine. It really is much less touristy than in the center, but after 17:00 locals arrive very actively, mainly to take food to go. However, we arrived earlier, there was almost no one there, there was time to get acquainted with the menu and have a good conversation with the friendly staff. In a word - I recommend it! The impressions were positive. Thank you! P.S. And yes, we ordered Lukus!

29/07/2025: The sandwiches were delicious, but the fries had been in the hairdryer for too long. Service was very nice.

05/04/2025: The small shop is located a bit away from the tourist attractions. Here you can get delicious beers, coffee, wine and nice little things to eat. If you are in Klitmøller DK you definitely have to stop by here.

The place uses high quality products and the fact that they have been there for many years clearly shines through in the preparation. There are not many options for places to eat in the area, but they have everything to offer. Can definitely be recommended

23/07/2025: Disappointing experience and unprofessional behavior from the owner We had been looking forward to a nice evening and had booked a table for 6 pm - indoors, as it is not possible to reserve outside. When we arrive, we see several empty tables outside and therefore politely ask if we can have one of them instead. But apparently we can't, since we have booked inside. This was not mentioned when we booked the table. We were met with a condescending and arrogant attitude from the owner Roald, that it could not be done. Bad service and unprofessional owner.

12/06/2025: I visited Bones in Frederikshavn today. Today I chose to eat there for dinner, previously I have picked up Take away or salad in Frederikshavn. Every time I meet some smiling and incredibly nice employees so you always leave with a smile. Thank you very much for always a really good service. 22/07/2025: A beautiful little gem with a perfect location in the middle of the city. Whether you want to sit outside or inside, the setting is beautiful. It's a small place, but that's what makes it unique. It's handmade and they pay attention to the details. Everything is homemade. The selection of bread, coffee, tea, cakes and other goodies is large. Friendly, smiling staff with a twinkle in their ear. The place is child-friendly. They serve gluten-free bread. It's definitely worth a visit♡
