01/01/2025: Very successful community dinner. Very pleasant company, good food and afterwards we played a nice board game. Were there with our 3 kids (8, 5 and 1). Everything went smoothly

29/12/2024: A best place where you can have a nice wonderful meal with the best service ever and lovely friendly atmosphere. The lady there and the chef were always cheerful and full of power and energy wearing their lovely smile and speak in a very good English! I love the place and I recommend it always for all fish lovers. Also they have the best taste French fries ever you can have it!

31/10/2024: Yes, there is our popular fish fillet again with fries and a small salad bowl. It's a little more expensive than last year, but still just as tasty. They are two good pieces of fried fish, which sets them apart from other competitors. It is much more fish meat with a crispy breading. The fries are served crispy, with remoulade, and a bowl of carrot sticks, raisins and lemon slices. If the weather is not ideal (on Bornholm?), there is the option to dine in a large room. When the weather is good, there are enough outdoor spaces. The very friendly staff brings the ordered food to the table. There are various parking spaces available, but if there aren't enough, there are more free ones opposite, to the left of the former cannery. Various fresh fish, salads and preparations are offered from the in-house smokehouse. The fish cakes are among my most popular. It's definitely worth a visit!!

22/10/2024: Nice place, expensive but not so good food. Ordered hot smoked salmon with salad & bread. The salmon was a bit dry but good. The salad was brown-edged, the bread sparsely added and the dressing probably from a bottle of Italian dressing from the supermarket poured into a small plastic jar. We felt cheated.

01/12/2024: Super oplevelse med julemenu, øl og snaps for 3 friske piger 70+ på skibet udenfor efter kaos-oplevelse på Væksthuset, hvor den bookede frokost efter Billie Elliot ikke kunne serveres.

20/11/2024: Byens bedste julefrokost får du her. Alle munde blir forkælet og mætte men det er ikke det bedste. Det bedste er atmosfæren, det blandede klientel, den flotte anretning, mågerne på toilettet og det uprætentiøse samvær som gør at man føler sig hjemme. Det her blir mit stamsted!

02/10/2024: Personalen trevlig, maten jättegod, stämningen avslappnad. Vi trodde att vi skulle komma till en restaurang. Men det visade sig vara ett hål i väggen i ett matkvarter. Jättetrevligt!

13/11/2024: Vi bor i hundested og var den 13/11 -24 inde og fik en øl, samt bestille bord til 4 kl. 1830, hvilket var i orden, jeg gav besked til mine gæster om mødetid, 10 minutter senere kom Servitricen med besked, beklager der ingen ledige pladser. Der er sket 2 gange tidligere, hvor de først fandt ud af at der var overbooket, da vi ankom. De har ikke styr på deres bookning, hverken på mail eller ved fremmøde, hvilket er endog meget ringe. Der er, som kunde meget frustrerende, og jeg vil håbe og ser frem til de for styr på det Vh, Bjørn Hansen

14/11/2024: I gave a call to book a table for the Cristmas dinner for 13 people. I investigated the info on the website and wanted also to discuss some details on the phone. On every question I wanted to clarify, I received the answer: go to our website. And then the host said that I need to call tomorrow as they are very busy right now. Very poor level of communication to potential customers.

24/12/2024: Seafood in a cool atmosphere. The fact that you should eat fish, shellfish and mussels in the Baltic Sea metropolis of Copenhagen is a no-brainer. The fish bar offers a lot here: The 5 different types of oysters from all over the world and Razor Clams (Netherlands) were great. Unfortunately the lobster was a bit tough, but that may have been because the Christmas break started the next day. If you like something heartier, go for really good fish and chips. The fish bar is also a paradise for natural wine lovers, with a focus on winemaker champagnes and white wines. The location itself is casual and cool, as expected in the land of Nordic design. The service is attentive, friendly and fast and as international as the guests.

07/12/2024: I have to say the food was different. Different in a way that is is really delicious. Espacially the hooked burger was amazing.
