23/07/2026: Delicious lunch cafe, perfectly located close to the square, but still secluded. Delicious open sandwiches? Where absolutely nothing is missing.

03/07/2026: I had three different types of open sandwiches and they tasted absolutely fantastic. The price is on the high end though – actually a bit above what you pay for similar quality in inner Copenhagen. But when the food is this good, I'm happy to pay extra and I'll definitely come back for lunch.

07/07/2026: I have eaten in most places in Køge, but I keep coming back to this place. It is an interesting menu with exciting combinations and everything is homemade, which can be tasted both for lunch and dinner. They do not follow random trends, but rather a solid choice of good ingredients. Pay attention to the music....always in the background but a well-chosen genre that suits the name, whether it is from the speaker or "live" in the summer. Try it 💫

26/07/2026: A most charming place. Tasty food, comfy atmosphere, and a most wonderful host making you feel welcomed for every second of your stay. A playing corner for the kids made it a wholesome experience as we could enjoy our meal while our son could also enjoy the food and explore the toys without being tied to the table. A great place.

23/07/2026: Stopped here on the way to Stevns Klint for a quick lunch, and it almost became the highlight of the day! Tasty food, super friendly service, and cozy decor with all second-hand items and furniture. Highly recommended!!

21/06/2026: Small but cozy establishment. The ordered dish was served quickly (~15 minutes), although there were not many guests in the establishment at that time (Sunday evening). Tasty, pleasant service, not cheap, but you can have dinner on a budget. Overall, thank you for a nice evening ☺️

13/07/2026: Fantastic experience at Hugo’s Kælder! The cozy atmosphere in the historic premises, the impressive selection of beers and the friendly service make the place completely unique. There is always a good atmosphere, and you feel really welcome. An absolute must if you visit Køge – We will definitely be back!

17/07/2026: If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you owe it to yourself. The Lebanese food is a fantastic taste experience – full of authentic spices, lots of flavor and prepared with love. The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The icing on the cake is the fantastic host couple. You rarely meet such warm, committed and welcoming people. They take time for each and every guest, have lots of humor and create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. A restaurant experience in a class of its own, which is highly recommended. We come quite often - I guess that says it all 🌹

22/06/2026: Really delicious food but we paid almost 900 kr for 3 burgers, 1 salad, 2 ml cola, 1 large cola, 1 small iced coffee, 1 black coffee and 1 small piece of cake... there were 4 of us... I think it was too expensive...😳

16/08/2026: The city's absolute best-tasting pizza. Limited selection, but with a focus on quality. The outdoor seating is cozy, the atmosphere indoors is not as cozy.

Insanely good pizzas and crispy as well as friendly staff and really good service 👍 highly recommended and I would say that even though we were on a trip from Lolland, it will definitely not be the last time we visit this place 🤤

When I first took a bite of the chicken salad, I thought of Babette's Feast, where the hard-working locals forget all grudges during meals and become happy "just because of the food". It was truly the best open sandwich I have ever had. The surroundings and staff were pleasant, which only added to the good experience.

13/08/2026: Such nice employees and they have many delicious and interesting pizzas that you can't usually get at other pizza places. I also really appreciate that they have several really delicious vegetarian options.

15/07/2026: I absolutely loved the ice cream! The freshest and best I’ve had yet. Would definitely recommend, ill be dreaming about their Pistachio ice cream. If you go to møn you have to stop here!

15/07/2026: A cozy excursion destination for young and old. Pet a cow, crawl in straw bales, eat delicious ice cream and buy organic Danish farmed meat and other delicacies in their farm shop.
