17/10/2025: We only ordered two drinks because of happy hour and a bruschetta.
The bruschetta was really good, the chef did a great job, but the people who served us the food and took the order lacked interest in their work, which made the service less than good.
Otherwise, they had decorated nicely for Halloween, which made it have a very nice atmosphere! Unfortunately it was noisy, but that's not their fault.

21/04/2026: Went in for lunch special and the staff were very patient translating and were helpful with our child. The pasta had flavour and the bread paired had some crunch.
14/04/2026: We had a fantastic dining experience! The steak was perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and full of flavor with a beautiful sear. You can really tell it was prepared with care. The fresh salad on the side added a nice, crisp contrast and balanced the meal well.
What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Definitely a place I’d come back to for both the quality of the food and the great service!

D. 20.1.26. had a fantastic lunch steak today.
D. 9.6.26. had an avocado meal with eggs and a ginger lemonade. It was so delicious. Worth every penny. Cozy atmosphere (Holbæk)
08/06/2026: Best Vivaldi I've visited. Quality and service seem like a completely different league than the usual Vivalde in the Capital Region, which are even boring. So thank you Holbæk, we'll be back♥️

20/09/2025: Maybe the campsite is walking in shoes that are a little too small when you have to pay in September to eat the 4 ice creams you just bought for 100 kr at the rental site 🙄
10/09/2025: A very warm welcome 😊 We had a spot in the front row with a view of the islands. The toilets and showers were very clean and were cleaned every morning. This was our second time here and we'd love to come back.

The bathrooms have been renovated, it was needed and has become nice
When you use the sockets a small diode lights up, which is annoying in an otherwise dark room 🤔
27/03/2026: A bit boring rooms but nice service. Nice detail that you can take a tray up to the room with an electric kettle, cups and coffee/tea bags.
An okay breakfast buffet but a huge mistake to make powdered scrambled eggs instead of using real fresh eggs - it tastes synthetic!

21/05/2026: Grumpy employees and poor service. More busy with each other and their phones. Really a bad place to shop... after a new store manager came in.
20/05/2026: After new store managers came in, the standard and service have dropped to a big zero. Stubborn, lazy young employees without a hint of service. It's not clean and tidy anymore. Always lacking replenishment of goods on the shelves as well as gloves and paper at the stands. No soapy water in the buckets. More busy talking to their private provocative friends than handling customers.

24/06/2026: They fully deserve 5 stars here. It's really cozy inside, and the large stone oven grill in the corner is really the icing on the cake.
I ordered a no. 25 which is definitely recommended.
The staff was very smiling and very welcoming as soon as you stepped inside!
The prices are a bit on the high side, but completely fair, compared to what you get.
Try the restaurant before your neighbor!
