20/05/2025: I felt like having an iced coffee, I'm not a coffee drinker... but I was told that here at Dark, the coffee is the dominant ingredient... so you probably shouldn't add milk to the coffee... bad experience...

14/05/2025: I have never had such bad apple slices in my life. They were dry and hard as a rock. My son got pancakes that were either black and burnt or completely pale as if they were not baked. We placed a relatively simple order, but still we got it wrong to start with. The Painter's Corner is not what it used to be. It lives up to its good name, but we will not be back. And certainly cannot recommend others to go there anymore. Too bad.

07/05/2025: Maybe we have chosen an unlucky day. There were 10 of us who had the buffet on Sunday. It was quite dull, seemed like it had been reheated from the day before. A bit disappointing. They could not have known that 😡

17/03/2025: Jeg bestilte et “Stort Stjerneskud” til 159,00. Stor var skuffelsen, da maden kom. Stjerneskuddet lå på et vådt stykke toastbrød. Der lå en lun paneret fiskefilet (det var det bedste af maden), og to stykker små torsk eller sej. Øverst lå en slatten hvid asparges, der mest af alt lignede en, der var helt ud af en dåse. Det var godt for dem, at asparges hedder det samme i ental og flertal, for så kunne de slippe afsted med kun at lægge én på. Der var ca. 0,5 teske fuld kaviar på, nogle få rejer, en lille smule dild og en lille citron skive på. Jeg gjorde indsigelse med det samme jeg fik maden. Det var sindssygt dyrt for den smule mad, men det var ejeren fuldstændig kold overfor. Jeg sagde, at jeg følte mig flået til prisen og at det var både første og sidste gang jeg kom der.

11/03/2025: We had dinner at this pizzeria, the food was really good and the staff were exceptional! Really satisfied!!!

10/10/2024: Bøffen hvor størstedelen var fedt, kvaliteten dårlig. Virkelig dårlig betjening. At man skal bestille ved skrank passer passer ikke til restaurant i den prisklasse , men dette er det mindste af det. Ubehøvlet kok, bøffen bestemt ikke pengene værd, ikke et sted vi kan anbefale.

07/08/2024: Enjoy your meal! The steak was cooked as desired, the pepper sauce was very tasty and appropriate. Waitresses attentive.

18/09/2024: Delicious Greek gyros at an absolutely friendly price. Super nice guys who were service minded and chatty. We can strongly recommend going down here instead of the overcrowded and expensive beachside cafes 😊

30/05/2025: I order a burger and send it back because it's super dry, the kitchen doesn't take my complaint into account and I get the same burger back, good enough for bad.

06/05/2025: Ordered a smørrebrød with chicken salad with bacon and fresh apple slices on it, it was nothing to write home about 🙁 The chicken salad was definitely not homemade and tasted like one I had bought in Netto and the bacon was completely cold and not crispy in any way, it was the most boring food ever and then paying DKK 119 for such a bad piece. The menu card is so boring, unfortunately cannot be recommended 😕

28/03/2025: The food they serve is not optimal for the price… Longer. It used to be, For example… 1a. In their homemade burgers the meat can be burnt 1b. With their homemade burgers you get fries, Unfortunately they are not as good as they used to be… 2. Their homemade durum rolls, There is very often too much dressing and they can be small 3. The granita for their steaks, Started with you getting a good portion with your steak… Now, you have to be lucky if you can get five/six pieces of bell pepper I'm a little sad that things have gone downhill for them, I don't know if they have a new chef in the kitchen or what… But it's just not as good as it was a few years ago.

23/05/2025: The food quality varies from visit to visit. At times the sushi will be excellent, and will taste wonderful. But sometimes it will be as if it has gotten slightly stale, as if it has stood out for too long. The food tastes good regardless, but it makes for a sub-par experience. Twice, the fried noodles which I have gotten have been either badly burnt, or far too peppery. This has only happened twice out of a dozen or so take-out's, but it's still a negative. Overall, the place is still good. The interior decoration is very relaxing, and there is a very nice view over the harbor.

14/05/2025: We have eaten there for many years, even when there was running sushi as a concept. We have always been happy with the food and the staff, and this time was no exception.
