21/09/2025: Lovely, well-prepared food. The menu didn't last, because there was no red deer fillet and plaice. Plaice had become redfish. The redfish tasted fantastic and there was parsley sauce.

04/10/2025: Got 2 absolutely fantastic soft ice creams. Really tasted like cream ice cream. So bought 2 liters of ice cream. It was really a disappointment, the ice cream tasted like water, definitely not cream and was crystallized so it was crunchy.
Last time we buy, Cream ice cream with chocolate and nougat pieces.
18/09/2025: I've eaten soft serve ice cream everywhere I've been in Denmark, but now I've found my absolute favorite. Simply delicious. Creamy with a wonderful, delicate flavor, and the price is amazing, too. The large ice cream costs 20 kroner, with a topper, 25 kroner. I thought I was in the wrong movie. This shop deserves an award for this ice cream and the price. Absolutely fantastic! Please never change the recipe.

24/08/2025: Absolutely delicious food but oddly paced. Our courses were fantastic but the night ground to a halt at the “champagne and restroom break.” We sat idly for thirty minutes. They had told us we should expect the evening to take three hours, but at this point it was 23:10 (from an 20:00 reservation) and we had four courses to go. We were there til 0030, and that was skipping the cheese cellar presentation and collapsing two of our dessert courses together.
Again food was fantastic and everyone was warm, just expect it to take more like five hours than three.

From the welcoming start, the menu was incredibly varied and extensive, and the wine list was outstanding. Everything was perfect.

28/09/2025: Yes, you can eat well here. No matter what I ate on vacation, there was nothing to complain about. Only, the waiters could take the dishes from other tables when they're already bringing food to the table. 😬

21/09/2025: Calling Alchemist a "restaurant" feels like a wild understatement. For a few hours, we were completely immersed in a world of beautiful madness and we simply didn't want it to end. The food, which ranged from "simple but good" to "mindblowingly creative and delicious", was only part of the story. It’s the way each dish connected with the powerful visuals and ideas, the art, the music and the flawless service (shoutout to our amazing server... Sadly don't remember her name but she's from Mongolia). Such a privilege to have experienced Chef Rasmus Munk's vision firsthand and I hope to be able to come back one day!
