01/09/2025: My friend had her wedding catered by Mielcke & Hurtigkarl and it was so good I've been planning on visiting again. The food was outstanding! It's in the Frederiksberg Garden so quaint. Seating is interesting because it's open and you sort of all look at each other as they seat you facing inwards. Other than that I can't wait to go back, everything was fantastic, the non alcoholic pairing was also great.

02/08/2025: An authentic and child friendly Danish restaurant. Food (I had a staple of fish, salad and prawns) was delicious and fairly priced. Kids were allowed to draw with chalk on a blackboard. They also sell delicious local craft beer (Kloster). Service was attentive and friendly. Recommended!

30/06/2025: A different Stjerneskud in good quality. Smagshuset in Brande has made their own version of a Stjerneskud, with ingredients that you don't normally associate with this dish. We arrived at 13:40 and 13:46 ordered 2 Stjerneskud with a pilsner and an ale. 10 minutes later it was served. So impressively fast that you could fear that it was compromising the quality. First impression was that something must be missing, because it doesn't look like a shooting star usually does. The base consisted of some bread that didn't do much, and if it was fried in butter, there wasn't much butter on the pan and it hadn't had many seconds. It could do better. The bread was spread with a thin layer of salmon rillette. It tasted really good. On top of this was one of the surprises, a celery remulade with capers. One of the orders came with this remoulade on the side, which meant we could taste it without it being mixed with the other ingredients. A nice remoulade, but not comparable to a regular remoulade. I could have liked the capers. On top of the celery remoulade were 2 butter-fried fish fillets that were wonderfully fresh and fried just right so they were juicy. Fortunately, the panko breading was not too thick, as you sometimes experience. I could have thought of a steamed fish, which you usually get in a shooting star. On top of the fish there were some hand-peeled shrimp. They were good and flavorful but they had been saved a little too much. 5-6 more and it would have been appropriate. Nice with fresh salad and dill and fortunately in the right amount. What gooseberries do on that plate beyond decoration is unknown. In terms of taste, it added nothing to the dish. When you take a good bite of it all to taste how it all fits together, you get a lovely experience of fresh and flavorful ingredients. But also a surprise, as it doesn't taste like a shooting star usually does. It tasted good but different. The salmon rillette disappears in the other taste impressions, perhaps because there was too little butter on it. Too bad because it had a good taste that goes well with the fish. The shooting star could have been a little bigger, and it could have been done with the steaming fish. 175,- for this shooting star is a reasonable price. So the grade ends at a small 4/5. Polite staff but I missed them asking about the food.

03/10/2025: Routes? Solid. Holds? Grippy. Staff? Friendly. Vibes? Mostly good — until Planet Testosterone rolls in. I’ve climbed in many gyms, but never have I witnessed five shirtless men simultaneously parading through the bouldering area like they were auditioning for a protein powder commercial. One even bench pressed — shirtless — on shared training equipment. Four of the five couldn’t send a 5a, but hey, at least their pecs were projecting. A humble request: introduce a no-shirt policy. Chalk is for hands, not for seasoning sweaty benches. Still, great gym Edit/Answer: Doing sports shirtless is a male privilege, it’s intimating for beginners / less athletic people and spreading your sweat over a bench press is just unhygienic and disgusting. That’s why there’s a no shirt policy in different boulder gyms all over Europe… it’s surprising that there‘s such a naive response from a gym in a modern city like Copenhagen ..

13/10/2025: Really good service, actually everything! If you are looking for a good authentic French place to eat and have delicious wine, this is definitely the place to come! Definitely a place I would recommend visiting.

10/09/2025: ARK has a green Michellin star 2025 and it truly is deserved. Food is exceptional, delicious and very innovative. You can taste chef caring about each dish and flavors dance in the mouth. At the end of the evening we got our menus as a gift home, and they contain forgetmenots flower seeds that we can plant in your garden next season. So sweet!

15/09/2025: The waffle is very good, but very sweet. The coffee not so good. Personal are friendly. I am rating it 4 only for the waffle. The people who attends this place is very unpolite and dirty. They entered in the bathroom and let all dirty - peeing everywhere. So, if you want to eat the waffle, take it away and eat outside. (If I would rate the environment it would be 0).

We ate here from Germany because of the comments and it was the best decision. The food and service was super delicious. We were served many freshly made starters. Very helpful people, they also helped us with parking. 10 out of 10

17/10/2025: A container village with incredibly diverse and delicious street food. There are also some arcade games and you can play mini golf for free. A very cool place and absolutely worth a visit!

09/09/2025: This is my favourite restaurant in Copenhagen. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Samuel, Jimmy, and the entire team were excellent. They’re really friendly and lovely to talk to, and most importantly they make delicious food! I had the 7 course tasting experience and it was amazing! i can’t recommend it enough. Great ambience too, i love the open kitchen. I’ll be back for sure.

06/09/2025: It was first time for me and my friend went to Copenhagen. I got recommendation to try this Indonesian restaurant. Food was amazing and authentic. We ordered grill fish absolutely tasty!! And also fried duck with green chili and Tofu Gejrot typical street food. Restaurant was looking nice and staffs were super friendly. Shout to Fadil and Samuel, they were giving 5 stars services. I would recommended Saji Restaurant for people want to try Indonesian food. Definitely will come here if I visit Copenhagen again :) try to book in advance ;)
