21/06/2026: Been to Wokshop at Kinopalæet, Lyngby. Been here with the family and had some really delicious dishes and dessert. Service here is top notch and there is a lovely calm to chat with each other👍🏻

16/07/2026: I can't help but feel that this place has been overhyped by social media, and many of the glowing reviews seem questionable. I visited with my husband, who rarely dines out. Throughout the entire evening, my husband remained nothing but polite, thanking the staff after every course and treating everyone with kindness. In return, he was made to feel as though he didn't belong there, as if he wasn't sophisticated enough for the restaurant. I've honestly never experienced service like this before, and it still upsets me to think about. He took me there despite feeling uncomfortable in fine dining settings because he wanted to do something special for us. He's a nerdy engineer. He doesn’t look polished or rich despite having a lot of money. He’s not artsy, stylish or cool, he’s unpretentious and one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. The waiter barely made eye contact with him, seemed cold from the start and was speaking to the table next to us the entire night who spoke the same language as him. To start with he brought over the bottle of wine, my husband, smiling and speaking in his usual shy, slightly nervous way, politely asked for. The waiter responded in an incredibly rude and condescending manner. My husband asked to taste it, and the waiter loudly said that my husband already ordered the wine, so he couldn’t “taste it” first. He then proceeded to quiz him about the bottle he asked for, mentioning the tasting notes, asking if that wine wasn’t the wine he wanted - in a way that clearly seemed intended to embarrass my husband. The place was also disappointing. The seating is clearly meant to look trendy, but in reality it's just a few high stools and tiny tables lined up in front of what looks like an ordinary bar. As for the food, it certainly aimed to be avant-garde, with combinations like pasta, liquorice, and paprika. Unfortunately, much of it arrived only lukewarm, with textures that were disappointingly mushy. The only redeeming part of the meal was the tiramisu, which was genuinely outstanding—an easy 10/10. Needless to say, we won't be coming back

06/07/2026: I had a fantastic experience at Restaurant Boutique Emilia! From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole evening something very special. The food was simply exquisite – each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavors that truly surprised and satisfied my taste buds. It is clear that there is great passion and dedication behind the kitchen. I can highly recommend Boutique Emilia to anyone who wants an elegant and tasty dining experience in a cozy setting. I look forward to returning soon!

29/05/2026: Really lovely lunch with small servings of extremely delicate homemade herring and exciting dishes and a dream of a dessert. Really good service with a nice and precise (not too long) presentation of the dishes and a wonderful atmosphere in the nice premises. Highly recommended.

30/05/2026: Although I don't drink alcohol, my beer-loving husband and I stopped by this local craft beer bar after dinner on Saturday. As other reviews mentioned, the staff were very thorough in explaining the beers and even offered us samples! While there weren't many Danish craft beers, they seemed to have a good selection from various countries like the US, Germany, and the Netherlands. I opted for a non-alcoholic drink, a Fever-Tree tonic with ice. The staff were incredibly friendly, even to a non-drinker like me. They even said "See you later!" in Japanese when we left. It was a wonderful evening in Copenhagen. The bar had many record-shaped art installations on the ceiling and pleasant background music. The entrance is small, which might make you feel a little nervous, but I highly recommend it to Japanese beer lovers!

11/07/2026: The best place I’ve been to in Aarhus! The service was great and I’ve loved the idea of serving different kinds of juices as an option to wine. The food was delicious and the place itself was lovely!

10/06/2026: I had to wait a while as there were 3 others in front of me, but the wait was worth it for the shawarma you get is more than average than in inner Copenhagen. The man behind the counter was working at full speed, but offered me a free soda for the wait. So the service here is high. I will come again.

14/06/2026: I have been to brunch here a few times since last year, and the food is very tasty! It is served family-style, which gives it a more cosy vibe. My only concern is that it seems to be quite expensive now for brunch, so not sure if I will return which is a shame. I suppose it is a buffet so one could try to get their money’s worth. Deffo recommend to try once though!

28/05/2026: Good food. Bad service. We had reserved a table. Upon arrival there was no table for us and we were placed by the window. Just for information; You don't have to be a facialist when working in the restaurant industry.

25/10/2025: Just had to find a decent place to eat... It was just such a great experience with service and probably one of the best tapas I've ever tasted. I simply can't recommend it enough... and no, I didn't know anyone there, but I was impressed, so I'll definitely be back. Niels

23/10/2025: Seriously... this is a special place. The food is fantastic and the service and experience is way beyond what you would expect in a major city like Copenhagen, let alone the rest of Denmark. The wine selection was amazing and the owner seriously knows his wine. Just go here if you like amazing food paired with great wines in a super friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

31/12/2025: A great snack bar, super clean, friendly service and delicious food. A little hard to find, but thanks to Google we managed.

26/12/2025: Bought fish fillet yes thank you offer, came home and opened the package, it was fish that smelled was limp inedible, hence one star. Have been offered to get the money back. But a claim that they do not think the fish is bad.

28/06/2026: Waited almost an hour for service, which seemed arrogant and indifferent. Got the wrong food, warm white wine and warm glasses. The food was great, but we still won't be back. When paying there was no apology or acknowledgement of our experience. A bit of a shame, because they have a nice location with the possibility of a cool atmosphere.

15/06/2026: The truffle pasta with sausage was wonderful. As was the gnocchi. Really enjoyed their gelato (it's not ice cream!). Seating both inside and out, although we found it a bit hot inside, so sat outside.
