11/11/2025: Super experience, good food and friendly service

11/11/2025: Restaurant Valdemar has maintained a good level the times I have visited them. I expect an average restaurant experience (based on price and "cafe" impression) and generally find that the food served exceeds my expectations with slightly better food craftsmanship and presentation.

25/11/2025: Outstanding food, and of course it’s lovely to be in a completely vegan restaurant. The mushroom, the sliders, the yellow peas, and the pumpkin were amazing, but the entire tasting menu was great. The wines were maybe a little too different from the norm for my taste, but they all worked with the food very well. Lovely.

29/11/2025: Incredibly good finely seasoned food, good fresh ingredients and remarkable combinations. Everything we ate was shockingly tasty. You can really taste the love and care put into this food.

26/11/2025: Yesterday I went to this nice cafe and ate "Pytt i panne". The food was good and delicious and the cafe is cozy and nicely decorated. But looking at the decor, the cafe is made with love and therefore also 5 stars from me. I was in the cafe by chance since my dog ​​had just had surgery at the vet. I was then called by the vet when they were finished and when I picked up the cell phone, I was told by the staff that you could not use your cell phone in the cafe. I understand that they are not nice if someone talks loudly on their cell phone in a place to eat, but I think it was excessive to ban cell phones when I only talked in this quiet place for a few seconds. So this is a minus from me but the decor was otherwise so nice that I still give 5 stars :)

04/11/2025: A very interesting place with a homely feel. The food is delicious and interesting, many dishes that you won't see in other establishments in Denmark. The dish of the day is generally at a very nice price. The service was very pleasant, quick and without complaints. Of course, the atmosphere should be noted separately, because everything is sold in this establishment and looks a bit like a flea market, which adds to the feeling of an unusual place.

11/11/2025: This is next level. What a welcoming atmosphere. Great food and excellent service. We had a three course meal with Duck on Mortens Aften.

01/11/2025: Nice to be greeted by a handwritten note when we had reserved; We ate Fish&Chips, and got a generous portion. The only downside was that there was a little bit of Aioli on the plate, but when I asked for some extra we got it quickly. Thanks for a nice dinner on a Saturday night in November 😊

01/11/2025: Great food, cozy atmosphere, and super friendly staff! Our kids accidentally spilled a bottle of juice all over the place, but the staff handled it so kindly and even gave my son a new one. Really appreciated their attitude.

26/10/2025: Got a 30min. foot massage with my mom. So nice. Have had nails done before, was also satisfied. Such a nice place. Especially the area in the basement is super comfortable and relaxing. The employees are nice and skilled I think. The prices are fair.

10/10/2025: Inacceptable bad experience with so called waterfall head massage. I was given random person, not the one I booked with, treatment lasted 15 minutes shorter than promised, instead of waterfall it was a poorly functioning shower head that was either too hot or too cold, the hat which they give you with the mask was boiling hot, and the lady didn’t even touched my face, although facemassage is literally in the description of the procedure! Half of the time the extremely bright upper lights were on, which made me blinded, and there were people walking around. Communication was, unfortunately, non-existent, neither in danish nor in english. Here you go, spa-treatment that makes you twice as stressed as before you came! Solution of the person at the desk was to take a half price from me. Don’t think that this type of discount removes the fact of utter unprofessionalism.

11/08/2025: Very friendly staff and delicious food!!!

04/08/2025: We had two vegan burritos and one burrito bowl, along with a portion of nachos with guacamole. The prices were perfectly reasonable for Copenhagen. The burritos were generously filled. However, the bowl could have been a bit more filling and was a bit small. The nachos were super tasty, but unfortunately there was far too little guacamole. The food, however, was absolutely delicious! I would order it again anytime. We were there on a Sunday evening and had a bit of trouble getting a seat. The food was prepared very quickly. I would recommend it! Especially since the selection is very large and there are so many vegan/vegetarian options. Great!

08/11/2025: Kesar is back now and I am very impressed with their vegetarian options. They were even kind to prepare paneer butter masala which was not in the menu. I really like the dinner which they served couple of days ago. I don’t know who is the chef preparing the food now, but do keep up with him. Thank you.

07/08/2025: The whole family loved the pizza! My son says it's delicious, my daughter even ate the crust, I devoured it, my wife was extremely satisfied, and the bill compared to Copenhagen prices is heartwarming. Add to that the ingredients are exceptional and the pizza chef is excellent—well, what more can I say? Congratulations! Oh, we hadn't booked!!

11/06/2025: Last time I had such a good pizza was in a pizzashop in Pisa. Great service. Friendly guy and pizza was ready in 5 minutes or less👍 (photo of the Pizza Stromboli i had)
