02/07/2026: Simply love Kesses Hus. Service is great and very cute dining area with both indoor and outdoor seating space, great simple and calm atmosphere. The pancakes are so delicious and tasty! Both the savoury and the sweet ones. They are filling as well. Just yum yum yum! One of my favourite places for lunch or dinner or dessert in Klitmøller.

27/10/2025: We found this on Maps and we were surprised that it was located in the Amager Center. We gave it a chance and I must say that I think the service was good. Their dishes were also nice. Their Paris steak was good for the price. A little overdone but still tasty. They had a new cod fish burger and I ordered it. I don't know if it was the spices or the oil it was fried in but it tasted like kebab and it was very strange. It should also come with lemon but I didn't get any. I wouldn't recommend it unfortunately even though the fish was a nice consistency. I was out shopping and came across this one, it was probably way above expectations for a shopping center. I can see their cakes are popular when we were there.

23/10/2025: Really delicious open sandwiches at a very reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was well prepared, and we felt pampered. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.

29/07/2026: The food was super delicious. We had tournedos and turbot. For dessert, homemade soft ice cream with chocolate sauce. Unfortunately, the waiters were not very attentive to their customers, so we had to ask for dessert cards and when we wanted to pay, we had to get up after 20 minutes and find a waiter to pay despite there being many waiters. Another thing that is not so good is that the tables are very close together, so you get the feeling that you are in a company with the neighboring table. This was also commented on by other guests.

28/07/2026: The food didn't taste like much. Cheap ingredients and uninspired. For the price you expect more. 1300 kr for three people. Lunch. Not worth the money in terms of taste and quality.

10/07/2026: If you are into alternative pizza combinations then this is the place. In the heart of Kerteminde you can get all the classic variants and also alternative suggestions like a no. 18 "Danish" which can best be described as a rib roast sandwich on pizza. The food tasted quite good but without us falling off the chair in pure excitement. Really good service and with many nice seats, some inside and many outside.

29/06/2026: Always good menus. The open sandwiches are especially delicious and nicely prepared. Personal changes to all dishes are very welcome. The menu is beautiful and covers everyone's needs. Very friendly service and always on-time delivery of ordered menus.

20/06/2026: We loved this restaurant--we had 18 courses ans there wasnt a single miss. Each course could have been a standout at most other restaurants, and they use top-notch ingredients! Absolutely incredible food matched with a friendly staff. Highly recommend experiencing this restaurant!

09/07/2026: One must distinguish between the two: 1. The roastery itself: excellent coffee (and I'm a tea drinker and only an occasional coffee drinker). I enjoyed even their regular house blend because of its mildness. But the Monsooned Malabar is amazing! I bought some and drank it today with a friend, who also loved it (a coffee drinker). It's wonderfully mild and smooth, extremely pleasant! The staff at the roastery were very friendly, attentive, and helpful (they ground the beans for me and resealed the bag). Hence, 5 stars for service. They also sell various sweet (chocolate) and savory (sauces, etc.) items, and you can watch the small roastery in action. 2. The café across the street: it was good; they have a small menu in three languages. Otherwise, the café is quite basic in my opinion. The smørrebrød (e.g., with shrimp) are too unimaginative for me (even with a generous dollop of caviar on top, hence 3 stars). No salad underneath, etc. We've seen it presented more attractively. There are various cakes in the refrigerated display case. They didn't appeal to us, especially since the atmosphere was more reminiscent of a cafeteria (the 4 stars for ambiance refer to the coffee roastery). It's not a place you'd want to linger in. Locals, however, seem to frequent. One of the two women was friendly and accommodating, the older one less so.

It's all about Pan-Africa food Of course we sampled Somali food and Joloff rice meals Woow Taste on point,Deliciousness on another level. Devine food really. 11/07/2026: Nice atmosphere and good food. Staff is humble and fun. We are from Sweden, so the language was fun. It is probably best left to a group of friends who want to eat and party.

17/06/2026: Everything was amazing. The waiter helped us with every question we had and also he was very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately we were in transit, but if you are from Vejle or if you are just in transit as we were definitely you should try this place. 10/10

02/07/2026: Imagine meeting a staff with such genuine commitment and joy to tell about this absolutely fantastic store! It was a huge experience to be allowed to see the cozy old management offices on the 1st floor. The store itself appears incredibly well-kept and delicious! Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy a glass in the well-stocked wine bar. We are grateful for that - which will certainly happen the next time we visit Kjær and Sommerfeldt! Thank you so much for the experience!
