18/11/2025: It has gotten so much better with their new location☺️ however the staff was so busy that they forgot part of our drink order and also brought something wrong. It can happen but it seemed like they were understaffed

10/10/2025: I love the food but the day we were there we saw a worker call the police just because a man who didn't speak Danish took 4 plates of food on his birthday. I think it's very racist and unacceptable to call the police about that when it's also a buffet with "unlimited" food.

15/06/2026: It was an excellent buffet with lots of different dishes to choose from. The quality of the food is excellent, as I expect from a buffet restaurant. However, my personal experience of the meat tasted very similar, whether it is due to the selection of the day or my taste buds I will not judge. But all in all it was a good experience. We ate the barbecue buffet, and drank soda - before the food we each got a cocktail, which was very tasty and surprisingly large for the price - we got the two cocktails for 100kr.

08/06/2026: Nice family restaurant. Meat and side dishes were fine, the salad bar was also nice, but it would be nice if there were small bowls you could put it in so it doesn't have to be with a hot plate. But otherwise okay.

01/03/2026: New Year's Eve! Good food, good and punctual service. Entertainment, music, laughter and good room temperature. Made it a super pleasure! Not the last time they see me, the colleagues and the atmosphere!

22/02/2026: Was in the restaurant on the 1st floor. Had the 3 course 'Chef's choice' menu with wine menu. Lovely food, wine and good service.

24/05/2026: The Cafe is very nice. The food is nice with Scandinavian style. I have eaten 2 times there and everything was good. The stuff is quick and polite and the atmosphere is especially good when the weather is nice and you can seat outside.

24/05/2026: Lovely café in the museum. Ideal on a sunny day to enjoy its terrace with a sea view. I had the set lunch menu for two. It's hearty, with three typical dishes and dessert. It was delicious, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

06/06/2026: It was a pleasant surprise to find a bar with a good selection of beers and almost reasonable prices from an airport. The staff also clearly knew their beers.

01/06/2026: Just got charged 74 dkr for a coffee and perhaps some tap water. Ordered menu at 99 dkr with side of coffee- shitty filter coffee, barely drinkable and I did confirm my order with the når man who expressed that menu could be misleading due to a picture showing 2 different beverage items. Only saw after how much I was charged and I did not like this kind of service.

11/03/2026: Can only be recommended. Delicious bread and fillings, at a very fair price.

26/05/2026: Nice place in Sorø, where you can sit and enjoy the good weather on the terrace right by Sorø square. But the outdoor chairs were too low in relation to the table and the pizza had an off-flavor.

26/05/2026: The chairs outside the restaurant are really bad and there is very little legroom, the pizza I got, chorizo, tasted weird and felt like a cheap fastfood pizza. My “grøn juice” tasted pretty well! It was definitely the star of the show just remember to whisk it before with a straw it tends to collect at the bottom. Pizza felt overly salted and tasted a bit sweet, inside there was better legroom! The fishes seem to have a blast (:

02/10/2025: A truly great café with a substantial menu and good service! This was our first time in Aarhus and we actually wanted to start our day trip with a quick bite and a coffee/café latte! As luck would have it, we ended up at EmmaEmma. What luck! Everything was perfect, from the service to the ambiance to the food (one breakfast and one brunch (spicy eggs & salad with chicken) – fantastic – plus the warm and filling whole-grain rolls – fantastic. We'll be back when we're back in Aarhus.

26/04/2026: The city's best fried pork is available as a single portion or by the glass, and you can always ask the kitchen for "light" pork.

23/04/2026: We enjoyed ourselves, so 5 stars for the atmosphere. Food, not quite what I had imagined, the potatoes seemed like they were just split and put in the microwave to be warm, the sauce was a very ordinary butter sauce, I have had Wienerschnitzel in many different places, but always with a cloud sauce, peas had been cooked a few minutes too long. The meat itself was reasonable, not dry but not crispy on the outside either. So the food does not live up to the price. Service, the waiter was not service minded, asked "what can I do for you", it almost seemed like he did not want to be at work, not so much as a smile. But they were also looking for new waiters, maybe that's why😂 Cozy city center.

18/01/2026: Thank you for a really delicious and tasty burger today afternoon, it was our first visit to you and we will definitely be back. You could taste it was good ingredients, including good meat and a delicious homemade (baker's) bun. And cheaper than at cafes in mid-air 😁🍔

14/06/2026: Don’t go for the food. Quite often the don’t have what they advertise. Lifestyler place. Great for beer and vibe but everything else is a crapshoot.

07/06/2026: Hi Lygten - Have been to your place many times, and over time. Unfortunately tonight was bad, so bad that you get a letter. I order 2 beers, from a very arrogant bartender, I pay and take my 2 draft beers with me. I am very rudely shouted back by the same bartender, who claims that my payment has not gone through. I show the same bartender (on my phone) that the payment has gone through - no connection with the bartender, who insists that I have to pay again. I choose to pay again, and I can now show the bartender that I have paid double for 2x draft beers, i.e. that I have paid for 4 x draft beers. I suggest to the bartender - for the sake of convenience - that we do not have to refund the money, but that I can simply get the 4 draft beers I have paid for. That is also not possible, and here I give up, Tighten up your bar staff, you can do better.

15/10/2025: Recommendations: -Starters： 🥟Raviole of Langoustine ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fresh ingredients yet too salty. 🦞Blue lobster with marinated tomato ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing taste but the portion of tomato could be bigger. -Main Course： 🐔Poulet Au Vin Jaune ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not creative but still very tasty. 🐟Poached cod ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The garnish and the sauce are just perfect! 🫎Venison Pithivier ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best of all!! Deluxe version of beef Wellington, a must try. As an art of the table, the dish was partitioned beside the table for the guests. -Dessert 🫐Blueberry and buckwheat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not too sweet it’s my highest compliment.

12/10/2025: We visited the Marchal Bar and were quite disappointed. The service was negligent and somewhat indifferent—our mint tea arrived tasting only like hot water and ginger until corrected, we had to ask for more to get what we initially ordered, our cola didn’t come the first time, the sparkling water didn’t come the first time, and when it came it was flat. On top of that, the bar food itself lacked any real taste. Overall, we expected a much better experience.

20/09/2025: Definitely a good pizza, nothing remarkable but very good nonetheless. I love the thin crust, the service was great, and the inside seating area is cozy and definitely adequate. One of the few pizzerias in København doing their best to keep the prices under control, so they absolutely get points for that! ✨

14/09/2025: Pretty tasty. Wish I had a dip. No frills spot. Not quite neopolitan but still tasty!

06/10/2025: A super nice place in the forest by the lake with a cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic and most of it was homemade. Draft beer from Møn and delicious special schnapps that went perfectly with the herring. 😍
