20/07/2025: A lovely experience in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes were creative and tasty, and in line with our request for pescatarian food. Some that stood out in particular were the oyster, the smoked salmon, the raw shrimps and the mussel skewer. Beautiful presentation and great service. It’s certainly pricey, but it was worth it!

11/07/2025: for the 2nd time here, again an absolutely amazing experience in a very laid-back beach atmosphere and a unique, stunning location you cannot find anywhere else in the world, hosted by a wonderful and lovely team. Every dish was so delicious and impressive, I will remember this experience and the outstanding and Bornholm-specific dishes and flavours for years to come. Thank you <3

16/07/2025: We had brunch here during our family trip to Copenhagen and it was honestly one of the best experiences we had in the city. The place is super cozy with a relaxed ambiente, and everything felt very organized and calm — which is a big plus when you're out and about with a niño pequeño! We loved how we could build our own brunch as we tried the scrambled eggs, sausages... and the skyr with forest berries (delicious and not too sweet- perfecto!). Applpie was a winner with our kid,he kept saying ¡más, más! And our waitress, the young girl blonde, was really polite, professional and fast she knew the menu well and helped us choose a nice mix. Coffee was great and the elderflower lemonade super refreshing. We’ll definitely be back when we return to CPH!! Highly recommend this spot for a relaxed and tasty brunch. ¡Gracias y hasta pronto!

04/08/2025: The Kalo restaurant impresses with the quality of its food. The homemade fries and burgers were delicious. The waitress gave the impression that she didn't enjoy her job. She took our orders very coldly, without even a smile, making us feel unwelcome.

28/06/2025: We have now tried Cafe J several times both as a dine-in and as a takeaway. Every time the food has been really delicious and the service top notch. When dining in, the food has arrived at the table without too much of a wait.

16/03/2025: Hotel Villa Provence in Aarhus is a charming and atmospheric hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of the city. With plenty of good restaurants and shops just around the corner. The room was nice and cosy, and the hotel's French-inspired style provided a complete and authentic experience. Especially in the summer, the hotel will come into its own when the beautiful courtyard can be enjoyed to the fullest. The service was also welcoming and polite. A nice detail was the "newspaper" i.a. with the hotel's history. However, there are small things that can be improved. The breakfast area can feel a bit cramped and the temperature of the bath water was not always stable. The room was cold on arrival, and small practical details such as a too short cable for the kettle could be optimised. Another small thing is that not all guests like to mix drinks themselves - here it could be an advantage to point out that the staff are happy to help when they have time. All in all, Villa Provence is a wonderful experience, especially for those who value charm, personal atmosphere and good location.

An extra big thank you to our sweet waiter Kirstine, who was both attentive, friendly and accommodating. We felt really welcome. We are already looking forward to coming back

10/02/2025: Finding this place was one of our city trip highlights. A charming restaurant with friendly staff and an amazing wine selection. The charcuterie and cheese boards were absolutely amazing and delicious. It's run by a group of friends who are passionate about good food and wine an decided to start a restaurant with just that. This really shows in their menu, service and enthusiasm for quality. Thanks for having us and will definitely visit again next time were in Copenhagen!
