29/08/2025: What a treat...both the starter and the main course. I've rarely eaten such good pizzas. My burger with a 200g Angus patty was also a true treat. The friendly service rounded off the visit. We'll definitely be back. Dinner there again a year later...what can I say...still just as delicious, still just as nice and friendly staff. 13/12/2025: The pizza was expensive, but the underside of the pizza was burnt to a significant degree, with the coal black areas covering maybe 50% or more of the underside of the pizza. It affected the taste significantly negatively, and coal is not healthy to eat as far as I know regarding risk of cancer. The top of the pizza seemed good, and it was not undercooked, which is also good. I recommend not ordering pizza at this place. They do have many other options than pizza. Reading other reviews, some other reviews also experienced burnt pizza, but not all. Do they have different chefs working different days? Maybe the quality of the pizza and other food depends on which chef is working that day.

12/07/2025: Too expensive for what it is. 2 cappuccinos and 2 croissants (no butter or jam!) for 156 kr. (€21). And not even that exceptionally tasty... so overrated!

17/03/2026: How ruined this otherwise wonderful restaurant has been after the takeover. Opening hours are limited to 11pm. Before you could be sure of a dinner between 11:30am and 4am Sad it had to be ruined, that you can't even live up to a reasonable standard. It's sad...

16/03/2026: Awesome restaurant.. we came as recommendation from Martin from the politically incorrect tours.. the all you can eat pork is fantastic and the potatoes were amazing, however we waited for over half an hour for our food.. a burger and the pork should not take as long as it did.. when I asked for seconds they even did it as I asked them to and it came only after 10 minutes. The ice cream with caramel and nuts was delicious..

09/11/2025: Super cozy traditional Danish restaurant. It's a bit 'old Denmark', but it's nice that someone keeps traditions alive.

31/01/2026: A good local bar. Beer selection is varied. It's atmospheric, but the average age of patrons is ~45+ :). Perfect for enjoying a delicious, fresh beer in a relaxed atmosphere.

30/04/2025: Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse for et år siden med lækker mad og venlig betjening og var fortrøstningsfulde, da aftenarrangement med mad og vin igen blev flyttet til Strandhotellet. Maden var helt i top igen - virkelig udsøgt. Der var flere vine at vælge imellem - også en med prop og uden proptrækker. Vi var denne aften kun to par tilmeldt arrangementet, og måske derfor overså personalet os og fulgte ikke op på noget. Hovedretten kom på bordet, inden tallerkner fra forret var fjernet. Personalet virkede meget uengagerede i vores besøg, og der var ikke megen service. Det virkede meget tilfældigt, når de kiggede vores vej Vi håber, det var en engangsforestilling, men vil nok overveje, om vi næste gang melder fra, hvis arrangement igen må flyttes.

28/04/2025: Overall a good experience, lunch was without the advertised open sandwiches, but there was so much other delicious food. The inn needs to get a handle on the lunch price, which was 169kr on Facebook/website, but was adjusted to 189kr. somewhere. I'm happy we got it for 169. Other lunch prices were to be expected.
