05/07/2026: A very different experience, sleeping in an indoor tent! Everything went smoothly, everything was super clean and the staff was kind and smiling. Great position and an useful food court and vegetables market just near the hostel. Will come back!

23/03/2026: For the price pretty good hostel. I liked that at least at the time I booked the room the price of all female hostel and regular ones were the same (this should be the standard for every hostel, I don’t wanna sleep in the same room with old german dude!!) For cleanliness I say its ok, in the evening showers start to smell a bit but overall pretty clean. The common space gets very busy on the weekends but after that it’s pretty chill, mainly people on their laptops working. The location of the hostel is also good. Felt pretty safe going there in day time and the evening. There are near by Lidl, 7eleven, mcdonald’s (🤮), as far as I understood it’s also kinda muslim neighbourhood so many tasty kebab places. I think its near by metro but if you’re not carrying heavy luggage you can just walk straight Nørrebrogade street and explore the second hand shops. If you book through their website its gonna be cheaper and you gonna get free drink voucher and a towel. You need to bring your own locker. Overall, if needed I could stay here again.

11/05/2026: Beautiful restaurant and beautiful surroundings. We were at a family party and the food was well prepared and tasted really good.

26/04/2026: Nice place for funeral coffee. It felt a little strange that the food is portioned on plates, so the waiter removes buns and pretzels along the way and brings an extra one when a new guest appears. We had to figure out ourselves how to take off the layer cakes that were on a table by themselves.

07/08/2026: We had the penned pasta with smoked salmon and cod w eggplant. Both were amazing. Served hot and delicious. One waitress it seems for the whole little restaurant. Highly recommend!

05/08/2026: Hi, we came 3 people to eat and had booked a table, ask if we can sit inside, it's ok but the table is not cleared, we say ok that you will clear it in a bit, but it takes between 5-10 minutes when the waiter comes, she clears the table without wiping it, so we have to contact the waiter, she then comes and wipes the table with a sour face, we have had a really bad experience with the place and the staff. As we could see, not all waiters ran at the same speed.

14/09/2026: Fantastically delicious homemade (in-house) sourdough bread with scrambled eggs. And one with butter and lovely jam. Super friendly staff. Very cozy place. Perfect location one minute walk from buses and trains.

22/08/2026: Excellent food, best coffee so far this year, very friendly and efficient service. Prices are reasonable for good food and Danish standards. Highly recommended.

11/08/2026: There are many other pizza places in this town, but we always return to this one. The food and service is simply at another level compared to the others.

05/07/2026: I ordered online, requested time 6:30 PM. The time was changed to 6:55 PM, which is annoying in itself; but fair enough. I didn't get my food until 7:20 PM. It's a very long time to wait for food that was ordered in advance. When we got home with the food, there was an elastic band on one of the pizzas. Not really appetizing

06/09/2026: What an aweful experience I had at the Liv in Lyngby yesterday. I order a burguer, which looked amazing, but when I took the first bite it was completely raw. Like cold raw. I went back to complain and the large cook told us that it's safe to eat meat like that in Denmark. He did not fix the issue and just send me back my way. I threw away the burguer. It may be safe to eat raw meat in Denmark. But I did not order a tartar or carpaccio. I order a burguer. And even if rare or mid rare, you expect it cooked. And you would expect a better service.

06/09/2026: I read the other reviews and I feel privileged. Maybe it’s during peak hours that C&C go off the rail. Maybe I’ve been lucky. Regardless, every time I’ve been there, food was great, service (albeit young and inexperienced) was fast and genuine. I find it pricey but it’s the Main Street of Lyngby so I’ll give that to them.

22/04/2026: When you enter you are greeted by a smiling owner. When you get the food it gets even better… the meat is delicious and tender, fresh ingredients and warm and fluffy bread It is close to being one of Copenhagen's best kebab places and is a MUST TRY if you haven't been there.

22/08/2026: Super fresh and tasty! They have great lunch offer for a slice a pizza which is actually 2 large slices foldes. Super fresh and extremy good! Honestly I think it is a hidden gem, if you pass by I totally recommend for a quick and delicious Italian taste!

23/08/2026: We ordered a sandwich with fries and were surprised by the portion size. In the end, we were more than full and very happy. Highly recommended!

15/08/2026: It's a lovely restaurant with very good food and generous portions. The restaurant is located right on the fjord/beach. There's a great playground for all ages, so there's plenty of time to play. The view is magnificent!
