12/11/2025: Really delicious place with super fast and perfect service. The food (steak bearnaise/ gorgonzola) was cooked to perfection and the waiting time was absolutely minimal! I also got a glass of (the house) red wine, which definitely lived up to expectations, both taste and quantity 👌😊

31/10/2025: Have always been super happy to come to Visa, good food, fast service and nice staff. Tonight was unfortunately, good food, the world's slowest service, a struggle to squeeze all the guests in, guests who were forgotten and staff who had to correct other people's mistakes and carelessness. We ordered a table at 6 pm, it was 5:50 pm, we were shown to a table, but we didn't order food until 6:20 pm because a group of 8 came, about 15 minutes after us, who got all the attention. We think we were in good time in terms of getting to AKKC for an event, but we barely made it there. At 6:50 pm we had to go down and say that either the food should come now, or we had to leave to keep our appointment 🙃 Here the waiters were probably almost surprised that we were actually sitting and waiting for food 🤦🏻‍♂️ A truly disappointing experience..

The young lady who looked after the shop was one of the friendliest, sweetest and nicest people we have met in a long time, we ended up buying 1 box of what we tasted and would definitely recommend Pinot and the staff there at any time. We will be back. Thank you.

20/10/2025: I would like to start by praising the bakery for offering a vegan option – I really appreciate it. I ordered a vegan cake for 15 people and brought a picture of a cake the bakery had previously made for a family member. The original cake had a chocolate base and passion fruit cream and was light, fresh and heavenly in taste, so I wanted exactly the same for my daughter’s birthday. When ordering, the picture was shown to the baker to make sure it could be done – but the cake I received was unfortunately completely different from the one ordered. It was square, covered in marzipan (which I can’t tolerate), and without a chocolate base. It also tasted very sweet – according to both myself and our guests – although I must admit that the cake was beautiful and well-made. Look at the pictures – I honestly don’t know whether to laugh or cry. The guests thought it was a joke. I had a friendly conversation with the bakery manager on the day of collection, where I was given an explanation that the clerk had not noted down all the details, and that the baker had unfortunately been ill during the period. The conversation was handled politely and respectfully from both sides, which I appreciate. However, professionally, I believe that the responsibility for ensuring correct information should lie with the bakery. When a customer comes with a picture and clear wishes, there should be a follow-up if there is any doubt - for example with a simple phone call. I was encouraged to be more detailed with future orders, which I understand, but in this case I had actually done just that. All in all, a beautiful cake and friendly service - but unfortunately not “my” order.

02/10/2025: A truly great café with a substantial menu and good service! This was our first time in Aarhus and we actually wanted to start our day trip with a quick bite and a coffee/café latte! As luck would have it, we ended up at EmmaEmma. What luck! Everything was perfect, from the service to the ambiance to the food (one breakfast and one brunch (spicy eggs & salad with chicken) – fantastic – plus the warm and filling whole-grain rolls – fantastic. We'll be back when we're back in Aarhus.

06/12/2025: I eate butter chicken and it was absolutely fantastic! Round and creamy taste with tender chicken bites, combined with tasteful rice. Exactly how it should taste and exactly what I wanted 👌🏽

28/11/2025: Wasn’t impressed with this restaurant; the food was OK; karahi chicken didn’t look like it was made in a karahi Butter chicken was too thick And for both, the chicken was a bit dry Bag pakora had to much of the baste uncooked Positives: naan was good and so was mango lassi, but it was packaged so maybe they bought from third party Dhal thharka was meh 🫤 as was the mango kulfi Maybe a good place for people who want bland food but not for me

21/11/2025: Cozy café where you can get a nice big cup of black coffee and really good cakes. Friendly staff. It is also possible to buy sandwiches and a selection of good rye bread or French bread.

12/10/2025: Great bakery, super delicious pastries, and very friendly staff. The cardamom snails are highly recommended.

25/10/2025: Unpleasant and unfriendly attitude. I entered the café and asked politely if it was possible to borrow the toilet, as I was unfortunately in need. The owner's answer was a short "No!". I then politely asked if I could buy a cup of coffee. "No!". And "Go!" came from the other side of the bar. Disappointed, I left. I can understand that they want to reserve the café's toilet for guests. But the demonstration of the total lack of human resources was frightening. The interior is nice. But I wonder if there are cafes nearby with more genuine friendliness?

09/10/2025: Such a lovely café! You can really feel that the people here put their heart into what they do. Cozy atmosphere, nice (and not disturbing) music, friendly service, and absolutely delicious food. Prices are very reasonable — I love coming back here!
