15/07/2025: Ordered Charcuterie, a fancy word that was supposed to be a selection of sliced meat from the butcher Munch. I thought it meant roast beef, ham, etc. It turned out to be some sausage pieces at a price of DKK 395,- Scam/Scam

27/08/2025: I went there only because is in Early Bird, but my god, I had a lot of dissapointing Green curries before but this one just takes the crown.
Usually I eat the food even if it's not great but this one seemed like they dropped a kilo of palm sugar in it (I hope at least it was palm sugar) I couldn't finish it. I give 1 extra star because at least it was a bit spicy.
12/08/2025: Authentic food in nice surroundings. And we just need to get the cobwebs removed from the toilet, please.

02/08/2025: They always serve good coffee in a lovely setting. It's nicely decorated, and the staff are friendly.
However, the tables could use a bit more wiping.

The worst coffee since ever.
Better you drink hot water.
And the service is the worst as well.
I think, they don't know, what they sell.
Never again!!!
Speak loud infront of other klients; it is the way to get back the money.

18/06/2025: Very cozy restaurant located in a nice area. Was met and service by a friendly and helpful waitress throughout our stay.
The food was excellent served in a elegant way.
I would definitely come back.

27/07/2025: Very rude staff , looks like racism to me . I walked into this restaurant to have some coffee , well never knew they had a private event ; I was pushed out of the hotel like a dog ; and that was very rude . What happens to courtesy or just being human and polite in this day and age !!!. The kind of look I got doesn’t represent the people of Aalborg, that has been very friendly. My first trip this side that ended with disrespect. Sometimes allow humanity if respect is not there.

24/06/2025: Today we enjoyed a lovingly curated cheese platter in this small but exquisite cheese shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained the different cheeses to us in detail. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: Great location that is maybe 5 minutes or less to the train station. We were able to check in slightly early without having to pay the early check in fee of 200 DKK. They also have bikes available for rental for 200 DKK per day or 100 DKK for 4 hours.
We requested a courtyard room for a quiet stay. The rooms are well sound proofed. I don't recall hearing anything from upstairs or next door, just some occasional sounds in the hallway. The bed was super comfy. We had the new standard room and it had enough space for 2 of our roller bags. Pretty spacious and well planned out. Highly recommend.

Very well located, close to the train station. But quiet area.
Well-decorated hotel.
Very good breakfast, in a lovely room.
Luggage storage is available if needed.
The room rate is still quite high. However, we regret that basic cleaning is not performed (emptying the trash, changing used towels, replenishing toilet paper) unless requested before 9 a.m., which we were unaware of.

08/08/2025: Underlig betjening, der er uklar i kommunikation. Dårlig varm kakao - det er bare fra en maskine, lavet på vand, og der var ikke nok kakao i, så det smagte bare af varm vand med flødeskum. Jeg bestilte en jordbærsmoothie, men der var nærmere et dårligt forsøg på en milkshake, formentlig bare mælk med jordbærsirup i.
22/07/2025: Really good service, the chef/owner had gone home when we arrived a little late, but came back to cook for us 😊 the only downside was that they were cleaning up and taking down umbrellas around us, so you felt like you had to hurry up and leave. If you've given the OK to cook and we had to eat there, you could just wait 10 minutes until we had eaten.

27/08/2025: Amazing taste and place (cool decorations and outdoor area). nice staff and friendly among new customers. The price may seem high but it makes sense with their portion sizes and magnificent taste. Would try again and highly recommend. :)
I recommend the roast pork.
25/08/2025: Coming from Japan, I’d say the ramen here is just okay. Nothing particularly special. The noodles and broth are on the bland side. Not much flavor and depth in the soup. And the soup is always served lukewarm, which makes the whole bowl cold too quickly.
I’ve visited a few times just to satisfy ramen cravings, but not frequently and I think that says something. This applies for other Ramen to Biiru in Copenhagen. I really wish they would serve the soup hotter, as that would make a noticeable difference.

02/08/2025: We went there spontaneously for dinner. The food was good and tasty, and it arrived relatively quickly. It was nice that all the burgers were available gluten-free. The staff was also very friendly.

03/08/2025: Super delicious place! Didn't have high expectations of (all you can eat) but this place is really something else. Super delicious food that tastes fantastic, and the service was top notch! You didn't need anything and the staff was always smiling and super attentive. Definitely a recommendation if you're into sushi and want to have a romantic date with sushi and maybe drinks!
