31/07/2025: Super hyggeligt sted. Godt menukort, og både indendørs- og udendørs siddepladser.
Vi var 2 som havde en mor og søn frokost, hvor vi fik Uruguay oksefilet, samt hakkebøf
med tilbehør. Vi fik bord 26, og der var fin udsigt til nogle flotte billeder af James Bond (Sean Connery) og Muhammad Ali (Bokser).
Der var næsten fuldt hus på den sidste dag i juli, og tjenere var utrolig flinke og servicemindede, og maden kom hurtigt, og smagte rigtigt godt.
27/07/2025: On 26th July 2025 at around 11.20, my daughter and I wanted to try eating here for the first time. We were waiting to be seated while your 3 waitresses were busy talking and laughing in the back. I tried to get eye contact with them but no one paid attention. So I had to wave to get their attention. One of them came to us with the most unpleasant and the worst attitude we ever experienced. As your customers, we felt so unwelcomed and that we couldn’t tolerate such an awful action and service. We decided to leave at once. By the way, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
We wish you good luck with your choice of such employees. We will never ever set foot into your restaurant again. Thank you and have a nice day.

11/08/2025: Absolutely loved our visit to Skagen Fiskerestaurant at Illum! The fish & chips were perfectly crispy and delicious, the rooftop views were stunning, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. Special thanks to Emily—her warm, attentive service made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

But the breakfast was a bit boring.. there was what it should be but nothing extra..
It was better and bigger last time we were there..
04/06/2025: We were a Senior section on a two-day stay. The golf part itself was nothing to write home about, but the evening's cozy dinner was simply a disaster. The starter was a piece of flutes but some shrimp and half a sherry tomato and the main course was cold red cabbage uncooked potatoes, gravy and two slices of pork roast. Some guests only got a thin end slice.
Unbelievable that they want to know that.
The wine only came late and after we helped open the bottles.

08/07/2025: We had ordered beef steaks with side dishes. I'm sure it wasn't beef steak but a flat-cut veal schnitzel. The taste was okay and we were hungry so we ate it but when you pay for a steak, that's what you expect.

05/08/2025: Very good and fresh food. I've tried several pizzas, all burgers. I especially like the Mix kebab and the hamburger with homemade meat. Takeout - just 10 minutes and it's ready. I recommend it 👍
18/04/2025: Lovely quiet place, sweet and smiling service. The food was made from scratch, rare to get a salad that is freshly cut, really delicious, we had pasta carbonara, perfectly cooked, could smell the bacon when it was frying, but absolutely nothing that was bothersome, just increased the appetite, would love to come again another time

11/05/2025: Have been there before many years ago and it is still as beautiful to come in and feel as if you are appreciated by the waiter. The chef is really good at sensing one's desire. A good evening and well fed with lots of smiles.

24/06/2025: Som altid var betjeningen i top. Vi fik et bord kl 18.30 til 4 Pers. Sankt Hans uden at have bestilt. Super lækker fisk n’ chips. Frisk smagfuld fisk, lækker hjemmelavet sauce tartare, gode fritter og sprød salat med perfekt dressing. Hertil et fantastisk glas dansk Clairette. Hyggelig indretning og stemning. Vi kommer igen til juli og august

They have some simple food leftovers to choose from if you're a little hungry.
The bar is ok in terms of drinks.
The times I've been there, the service is good.
The times I've been there, there aren't many people, but there's a nice atmosphere otherwise.
It's especially the location by the water that makes it delicious if the weather is good.
12/07/2025: They need to advertise this place more. It would be really good if more people got to know about the place. Cozy summer place with really good service, but the drinks are on the expensive side.

31/08/2025: The food was excellent, however the staff would not serve tap water stating that there was no water in the tap. They wanted to sell us some very expensive bottled water instead for around €4.5. The staff were surly and not very friendly. Food really good though and also good value.
31/08/2025: This is the best restaurant i've been to in a long time. Quiet atmosphere, well made delicious food, and the best part - it's quite affordable and the portions are huge.
I got two plates of food thinking it would be the same portion as servings in other restaurants, but to my surprise it was much plentiful than i expected.
Please if you're ever in Skagen, do patronize them.
