21/02/2026: Terrible service, broken agreement and suspected of trying to run away from the bill. I check in, the room is booked via a company agreement, and we have been told that the room must be paid for at check-out tomorrow. However, I am told that I cannot check in until payment has been made. They are afraid that we will not pay. I am completely shocked, of course we will pay. And they have our information. My girlfriend is not with me at check-in, and she has to pay with her company card. She cannot be there for a few hours, and first the receptionist says that I have to wait for her to arrive. After a long discussion and a queue that builds up, I am allowed to provide a guarantee via my card, but then we have to pay 3 hours later when my girlfriend arrives. But the terminal cannot take my card from the phone, and I do not have a physical card. Finally I am allowed to check in. We have still booked with the message that payment is made at check-out. It was both a waste of time for me and the others waiting in the lobby, and I actually feel treated poorly. And suspected of wanting to run for the bill. And then our agreement with payment at check-out was not respected. It is not a cheap hotel or room, so under all criticism, the service is at that level. I have to conclude that you can't trust Scandic. This is the last time we use this hotel - and we will probably also use a company agreement with another hotel chain next time.

27/01/2026: Nice location, a little worn out facilities both rooms and dining area. Small reception area and always crowded in breakfast time. All right location vice, needs upgrade and downgrading in price.

21/01/2026: A friend brought us here. Mr. Osman made us some delicious pizzas. They were tasty and quite filling. From what I could see on the menu, the prices were very reasonable compared to Copenhagen. We couldn't finish all the pizzas, so he even made us takeaway. I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really good coffee at Espresso House in Friis! Their Americano was just sitting in the cupboard, and the cardamom swirl was super delicious. The smoothie was also fresh and good. Cozy and calm atmosphere – a nice place to sit and relax. We will definitely be back 😊

26/06/2025: Today was a bad day. Unfortunately, the two pizzas we got had been in the oven for far too long. They were burnt. My salad pizza was really dry, and the crusts were straight to the trash. I've always been satisfied. But then it will probably be a different pizza place next time. Bad bad
