01/10/2025: Used to be a regular, but not after my last visit here - charged me double and refused to rectify the mistake. I paid for mine and a friend's lunch by card, and could see from the terminal and my bank app that it went through. Nevertheless the owner said that it hadn't and insisted I pay again with another card, assuring me that if both were charged I could email them for a refund. Sure enough, I was charged twice, I emailed them with full details of the transaction and card used, but the owner refused to issue a refund unless I gave him access to my private bank statements.

I witnessed a women being pushed and robbed and the owner/chef and staff were rude about it instead of problem solving or putting the rest of us at ease. it made other patrons like myself so uncomfortable that this establishment would disregard a patron and also not do anything with random thieves stealing phones from its patrons. 09/05/2025: Warning to everyone who is considering becoming a volunteer at Cafe Paraplyen! This place is without a doubt the worst place to volunteer. A close family member has worked hard for you for a long time – taking shifts, turning up at short notice, being loyal and committed. And how is she thanked? By being slandered, ostracized and exposed to direct adult bullying from other volunteers. It's deeply personal and so disgusting it's hard to fathom😡🙄 Just because she has ADHD and dares to speak her mind and come up with ideas, she is made a scapegoat. No one bothered to take shifts with her, sleep in the same room on trips, or cooperate. She was labeled and isolated - all because you apparently cannot accommodate people who do not fit into your narrow "normal". The umbrella brags about spaciousness and openness, but it's a total joke. Your "inclusion" only applies as long as you don't deviate too much🤨 If you have a diagnosis or struggle mentally, you are obviously not welcome. I am honestly appalled at how low you can sink in your treatment of volunteers! The umbrella should be ashamed. I will never set foot in your cafe again - and can only warn others with diagnoses or vulnerabilities: Stay far away.

16/10/2025: The food is top notch, the fries are super crispy and well seasoned, their pizzas are freshly made with a crispy bottom. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Can definitely be recommended.

17/08/2025: After using cafe kled many times, I can no longer order my takeaway food from them. What I usually order cannot be ordered, and the lady/girl on the phone never gets that order.

11/08/2025: Lovely inn with good food. We were in the square outside the inn to listen to a concert. The last one during this year's jazz festival.

09/08/2025: Went to Rørvig Kro last night in the company of dear friends. Not only was the food exquisite but the serving was extraordinarily good. Staff that listens and hears their guests, and accommodates to the limits of what is possible for both children and adults. Expensive but a night to remember 👌🏻

27/10/2025: Highly recommended place for lunch/dinner in Herlev! The food was very good, the portions are generous, and they have an extensive menu. The manager's service was unbeatable. They are very pleasant and cheerful people. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely try it again. I highly recommend it!

13/09/2025: Cozy place with room for everyone🩷 ordered minced beef and it was "okay" but if you expect minced beef like "grandmother" makes it you will probably be a little "disappointed" but all in all an ok experience🤗
