27/07/2025: Stay away! I got their Club sandwich, and it was by far the worst sandwich I've ever had. It tasted like nothing. The chicken was tasteless, the avocado was unripe, the tomato was grainy, watery and tasteless, the pesto was tasteless, and the so-called pickled red onions were large, almost raw pieces. Oh my. They also don't have soda, only water and NODA (fruit-flavored Danish water).

14/02/2026: The worst experience we have had in a long time. There was no refilling, half and completely empty dishes. There was no service, we had to reuse our forks, and the tables were not cleared. We didn't get any dessert either, because the ice cream tubs were almost empty, and what was left was mixed together and didn't look very delicious 😒

21/12/2025: Very mediocre. We had a buffet where some of the food was not very hot. Rice, spaghetti and several of the different types of meat were only lukewarm. Some of the food tasted boring. The onion rings were tough and not fried enough at all. The fish tasted strange and some little things like that. Won't be back.

09/10/2025: 2025 update Still good food and good quality. I still buy take away from here. My local Asian goto This is my favourite place on the weekends. I am ashamed to say I eat here too much 😂. Always good, fresh and tasty. And the service is amazing!

03/10/2025: An Espresso House exactly like you would imagene it. It's cosy on the inside with the same great menu like everywhere else. The employees are a delight to interact with and the place is as tidy as you would like. It is however quite nice to sit "outside", beneath the glass ceiling, inside the mall of "Spinderiet" as it is not quite as cold as being truly outside while still having the fresh air.

25/08/2025: Big place with various high quality plants there is small playground inside the place for kids and coffee shops And it has little animals;hamster, rabbit gekko etc. which kids can see them

20/07/2025: You can always bring baby food and water – even on planes – but at Plantorama it is not allowed, neither at the playground upstairs nor in the café area downstairs. When my husband gave our daughter a slice of cucumber, we were reprimanded by the staff, who watched us like police officers to make sure we didn’t use any of what we had brought. We usually spend thousands of kroner on flowers, plants, trees, food and coffee at Plantorama on each visit, but after this humiliating experience – where we felt watched and humiliated in front of other customers – we now prefer to shop online. It is both cheaper and no one violates our dignity. I truly regret all the money we spent there.

The smash burger was perfect – juicy, crispy edge on the steak, good cheese that melted really well, fresh toppings and a brioche bun that held it all together without getting mashed. The fries were golden and crispy, and the little dip with truffle mayo was just next level – could have eaten an extra portion! The service was fast and friendly, even though it was quite full. 28/01/2026: Unfortunately, they are not very good at answering the phone. I am a little doubtful whether they will make money or can handle the task.
