18/11/2025: Their food is delicious :) You certainly won't leave hungry with the size of their burgers haha. Even though the price and the burger are big, I think the price is fair for the food, also menus and the like. I don't know if they still have it but I got a couple of lunch deals for ~50kr which consisted of a cheeseburger menu, and it was delicious. Their restaurant is nicely decorated with an old American style, so the walls and tables and chairs are decorated with Elvis, 50s cars and other famous people.

18/10/2025: The blue cheese burger was very nice. The fries were a bit cold and without salt but overall a good option for some fast food.

05/12/2025: We stopped by for lunch at the restaurant. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and cozy, the food is also nice (a little small portions, but good quality and taste). The service, on the other hand, is so bad that I left with both great irritation and annoyance. It ended in an argument with the waiter - something that does NOT add to my mood. I will not be back. Please note that the waiter told us that we could not count on any kind of agreements being made over the phone. Not even if you call three times and a note is written for the booking. Apparently we should have told ourselves that, because there was not the slightest apology from his side - quite the opposite! The problem was that food was promised, which did not contain certain things, so quite essential to the experience. The coffee is also absolutely terrible (thick and cloudy), as if the plunger was out of control. A real shame, when you could otherwise make the place so good.

12/11/2025: We visited for 4 days during the autumn holidays week 42 in 2024 and everything was perfect. We were so happy with the place that we have booked ourselves in for the New Year's party with dining and accommodation here 2025. It will be a fantastic evening and night for my wife and I 🕺💃❤️❤️

20/10/2025: I do not recommend you to shop at this grill bar/pizza hut, especially if you want to eat flame-fried burgers, steaks, because they could not manage that at all in any possible way..‼️ I instead looked at the menu at their neighbor, Mødestedet in Brørup. (At Alice) Where you can get cutlery delivered. The Meeting Place With fresh coffee, the opportunity to play cobbler billiards, and dark, and watch sports on TV The sweet woman who was on duty at the Meeting Place was a little hungry, so I walked the few meters around and in to order some barbecue food, which I later bitterly regretted..‼️💯😥 The "house" largest burger, with flame-fried steak of 250 grams of meat, (not sure it was pure beef) with bacon and cheese, (real cheese?, Looked strange.) Since there is a burger on the menu, with pickled cucumbers in it, and with More, I ordered pickled cucumbers in addition, which triggered a surcharge in the price of 10 kroner, (surcharge for extra, is completely in place and expected. (there were only 7 slices of small pickled cucumbers, from the bottom shelf, corresponding to a kilo price of approximately 3500.- per kilo.) At the same time, a large tray of fries, with ketchup and mayo, which also triggers a surcharge of 10.- kroner An order of 151.- kroner, for not really a lot of food really .‼️💯 even pick-up. There were at least 8 people working in the small shop, so they can expect to get busy at some point. When I handed in my order, I explicitly said that the steak in the burger should not have much. The woman who took my order was even in the kitchen to ask (ethnic Dane, just new, which everyone seems to have been, Saturday, October 18.) I ask if one of the young people can come in with the food when it is ready, she goes to the kitchen and comes to the counter, with information that it triggers delivery.. I ask how much their delivery costs, which is 30.-‼️💯 That while I am standing and waiting for food, I can see into the kitchen, where something that looks like frozen minced meat is being thrown meat, on a frying pan, and a guy comes out of the kitchen and into the dishes, to me, at the counter, and asks if I also want the ingredients that usually come with it, in the form of cucumber and tomato..⁉️💯😥 I say that I want everything so that they will be the best burger of the day, I say again that the steak should not be fried very much..‼️💯 CHECK, Shouts the guy, all the while running back to the kitchen, and passing on information to those who are preparing the food, "Fresh from the freezer" (the door into the barrel cage is in the washing-up area, between the kitchen and the restaurant.) The steak was completely ruined, not only overcooked (So even before it got on the pan). The tomato was small, lumpy pieces, a single piece of cucumber, there was no onion in it at all, basically just the bottom of regular lettuce.

09/12/2025: At Huks Fluks we had super delicious food and a great menu that ended with dessert. Everything was extremely tasty. I really liked all the ham and pork and the crème brûlée was also good. The pork especially was so delicious. It is really worth visiting this restaurant for the food alone. The only downside was the extremely slow service. It took 3 hours before we even got the dessert. We were a table of 10 people and had booked everything in advance, so they should have known how much to prepare. We were the first to arrive in the evening and the last to leave because the pacing was a bit too slow for my taste. Even though we like to sit and talk, we were all very tired by the end. But the food was high quality so overall it was a nice experience.

15/11/2025: Very good restaurant. We went three times. Dishes with good ingredients. Reasonable prices.

02/11/2025: We picked up take away: Spaghetti Marinara, mixed salad and crustini. And everything was eaten up. Stop full. And we have often been to Italy. Food was ready on time, freshly prepared and hot. There was perhaps a little noise in the restaurant, but otherwise life and happy days on a busy Friday. We will come (pick up) again.

07/08/2025: This restaurant, once known as Ella’s Konditori and famed for its traditional dishes like wienerschnitzel, has been completely reimagined. Thanks to the passion of four incredibly enthusiastic owners, Simon, Ludvig, Malthe, and Max, and the help of many talented friends, it has blossomed into one of the most exciting Italian restaurants I’ve experienced in Denmark. Today, the focus is purely on pasta, with three main courses to choose from. Don’t let the limited menu fool you, each dish is so well-crafted that even something you might usually pass over elsewhere becomes a revelation here. Every bite is a journey through layers of flavors, perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying. Portion sizes might seem modest at first glance, but the food is rich and hearty, especially if you opt for the menu including a starter and dessert. Everything is handmade, and I was lucky enough to peek into the kitchen and watch as each pasta screw was hand-rolled. They go to great lengths to source locally, sometimes even foraging for wild garlic near Hammersø in the spring. Reservations are highly recommended. We were fortunate to get a table as walk-ins, but saw several people turned away. This is a “please wait to be seated” restaurant, and the cozy atmosphere makes it worth the wait. The space retains the charm of its past, with beautiful old trees and a tranquil fish pond from the original Konditori. If you’re willing to swap “brun sovs og kartofler” for some of the finest pasta in the country, this spot is a must-visit. It’s a heartfelt, flavor-packed experience and I can’t recommend it enough. Bravo to Simon, Ludvig, Malthe, and Max for creating something truly special!

08/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience at Phi Phi ApS in Kerteminde We had a thoroughly wonderful evening at Phi Phi ApS. The food was a real pleasure, fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Each dish was full of flavour and love for the ingredients. The service was top class: friendly, attentive and with a smile that made us feel welcome from the first second. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxed, and we left both full and happy with the desire to come back again soon. 19/07/2025: TL;DR not worth your time. Very mediocre Asian-fusion. The food we ordered came out after about an hour of waiting!! The prices are high, even for a good meal, SO you can imagine how upset I am when the food I got was not that good. Would not come back again.

27/10/2025: Is it not rather arrogant to close the café for the season without updating the info on Google? Your café is quite wonderful but after the experience I have just had - walking quite a distance in the rain to have lunch, deceived by the inaccurate info - it will be many days/weeks/months before I venture again ... Somebody should take the manager by the ear 🙂

12/12/2025: There were 11 of us visiting Art By Me in Horsens, and unfortunately the service was far below expectations. The staff did not seem informed about the Art By Me concept and could not answer even basic questions. When they said they would look into something, they did not come back with an answer. It was not possible to split the bill, and the staff did not want to call for help or contact a manager - even though no one could give us solutions. The atmosphere was also cold and unwelcoming, and we did not feel welcome as a group. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, which is a shame, as the concept itself has potential. We have given feedback directly and expect the experience to be followed up.

23/11/2025: We had a party in Slotsstalden yesterday, November 22, 2025, and the food, wine and service were top notch. In addition to the beautifully decorated room with flowers on the tables and a fire in the fireplace, we were received with great kindness. A big thank you goes out of our way for a lovely successful party that we can live on for a long time👏👏🇩🇰🇩🇰🎅🤶

17/08/2025: The starter set the tone. A white fish – dry as cardboard, grey in colour and completely devoid of flavour. Sending such a dish out of the kitchen is a culinary mortal sin. As if that wasn’t enough, the experience peaked when the chef saw fit to small talk my daughter – just 17 years old – into having a beer with him. Unprofessional and downright borderline.

04/10/2025: Always go to O'hlerys at the airport. Been there over 10 times. When the 3rd waiter came and said that the low (normal) table section was closed and no low tables were offered in a completely packed section with a queue for the high tables) which my wife had to sit at due to pain in her body, the staff said "You can choose another place". We can now recommend "Cocks & Coes" 50m further down. Super nice staff and really good hamburgers. We will go here next time!

22/09/2025: Horrible attitude from waiters. Just ask where I could sit. First two ignored me completely. Third one yelled that I could just sit in the front. Was a regular. Not anymore. @o’learys what’s going on?
