25/08/2025: An unassuming, hole in the wall place serving great thin crust pizza! The Pizza Veggie is recommended in my opinion.

21/08/2026: The Café is nicely situated and has a charming atmosphere, however I wasn‘t convinced of the quality of food (cake/coffee) and the service. There aren‘t many alternatives around so the Café is packed (during high season, at least).

20/08/2026: Fantastic food! Many options to choose the contents of your bagel and lots of homemade options! The service was delivered with enthusiasm, good humor and mood and time for the individual even though he was only himself to dispatch and cook the food. We had to wait a bit to get in as it was busy but when we finally got there he did something very simple that many can learn something from (because customer service in many places in Copenhagen is almost non-existent) - he said "Sorry for the wait!" 🙏 He was attentive to ALL his customers and I/we felt seen! Never mind the hustle and bustle and waiting time when you experience a person who both knows his craft in terms of food and at the same time has energy for the individual customer despite the slightly stressful situation! There was even energy to respond to my bad dad jokes and give back! I can only recommend this place to EVERYONE! And if you don't care about the service, go there anyway - it's the best bagel I've had in Copenhagen!!!

18/07/2026: A very good bakery! They don't have a huge selection, but what they do make is excellent. The rolls and bread are still fresh even after three days. The pastries are delicious too. We are very satisfied and grateful!

11/09/2026: Sat right up by the open kitchen with a lot of noise from the employees. The food was definitely not to be complained about......but........they were extremely quick to get us to order and not least they kept having to take our plates BEFORE we were completely finished eating....not good style ..... Probably won't be back again....

28/08/2026: This tiny eatery is a true gem in Copenhagen. It's run by a nice Japanese couple and specializes in sushi. They welcomed me in today for lunch. I am half Japanese and was craving some home food. The sushi truly tastes like sushi and everything I tried had an authentic Japanese taste. I highly recommend if you are looking for real Japanese food. They have a specials board as well (I also ordered the spicy tofu off the board). Even the ocha tasted so good. At the end while paying, I noticed they have onigiri for takeaway which was another happy surprise! They are well sized and mine had a generous amount of salmon (shake). 29/08/2026: A place where you can have a wonderful Danish experience. The place is very beautiful with a welcoming garden and outdoor seating. The breakfasts are delicious! A must-see!!!

22/08/2026: A really lovely cafe. We sat outside in the garden; the cardamom bun and the sandwich were both excellent.

23/08/2026: Fantastic atmosphere, lots of seating inside and out and down in the basement where you will find the most wonderful selection of beer... 25 taps with a perfect selection and an even larger selection of bottled and canned beer but not only that you get here... and a fine selection of delicious drinks for those who are not into beer

11/05/2026: I don’t usually write Google Maps reviews, but I just have to say this: I can’t remember the last time I had such a wonderful evening in a bar. The beer and the selection of it and the rest of the drinks are outstanding and the barman (I think his name was Luis? Not sure how to spell it) was really attentive, a cool metalhead and played every song we asked for. I mean: great beer and metal – what more could you want?! But the best thing about the evening was my long-haired Danish friend (I am so sorry, I’ve forgotten your name) from Bornholm. We spent the whole evening sitting at the bar talking about music, drinking beer and some disgusting liqueur, swapping music... if you’re reading this: thanks for showing me Gaerea, I’m now in love with them, absolutely great band. I hope we see each other again sometime my friend! I love you (in a platonic way ;))
