12/12/2025: Great food and service - the wine in the pairing could be slightly better (the wine quality did not feel like it matched the high food quality)! but overall very cozy great quality food experience!

11/12/2025: Absolutely top of the line, fantastic food, with lots of flavor and taste impressions. Super attentive waiters, sweet, friendly and have a wide knowledge of the food, wine and drinks. Downstairs the atmosphere is cozy, with subdued lighting, a small lamp on the table and chairs you can stand and sit on for a long time, and if you have a bag with you, you get a bag hook so it doesn't have to be on the floor. A truly fantastic place.

12/12/2025: Without a doubt Aalborg's, if not Denmark's, best pizza. There's a world of difference between Pompeii and your normal pizza place, both in terms of service and quality.

08/02/2026: The atmosphere at our table was good..the reason I'm not giving the last star for the food is because in my world you have to have bearnaise sauce for a good rib eye..and the choices were pepper sauce or mushroom sauce...and the guy who owns the place seems a bit stressed to say the least...a smile would do wonders

20/09/2025: The service and the atmosphere were great! For me the music was a bit too loud, it was hard to speak and hear each other. To people sensitive to sound I recommend using earplugs. We were a big group of internationals and unfortunately we missed the big part of the show since it was in Danish (we were told that it is in English though, now we know :)). Otherwise, nice experience!

14/12/2025: 🎄❤️ Christmas time is a time for fun, and the greatest joy is to show your love to someone who is having a hard time and may need your help and presence 🎅 *I often visit this breathtaking building M/S Museet for Søfart down below the surface of the earth and like to end in the dock's café.. but tonight the menu was on blood moon and it was a bit disappointing to look at for all of us along the coast at Kronborg Castle. However, I once took the best picture ever, and I'm still quite proud of it to this day 😀

25/06/2025: I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. My friend and I visited the Sydhavnen location for the first time, planning to join the crash course we’d seen online. From the start, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we asked about the course, the staff member pointed at the payment machine without greeting or explanation. After signing the waiver, we asked where to find the group and where to change, but the lack of basic courtesy and effort to guide us felt unprofessional. Only after returning did the staff inform us the crash course was cancelled for the summer. Instead, we got a brief, indifferent intro about the track levels. Even when we asked about the chalk powder lying around, they didn’t bother to explain. The unwelcoming atmosphere made us want to leave, but we stayed out of determination not to let the poor service ruin the day. Customer service needs real improvement here. We’ll be visiting a different location next time.

07/10/2025: 🍦🌊 A nice little ice cream parlor 🌊🍦 Well, FOR THE SOUTH! If you're looking for an ice cream that can knock you out like Mike Tyson in '86, then Guf & Kugler in Nibe is the place. The balls are so big that you need a knife, fork and a helmet to get through them. I have a black belt in ice cream eating, and even I had to capitulate halfway through. Normal people would have run away screaming with brain freeze and cold shock after just one ball. But the taste? It's right in the cupboard! It's like being kissed on the tongue by an Italian gelato master while he sings opera and sprinkles chocolate in slow motion. The hot dog? It was so good that for a moment I thought I was in a Michelin restaurant – just without all that crap with foam and microscopic plates. The atmosphere at the harbour is classic ice cream parlor culture: children with soft ice cream all over their faces, parents desperately searching for napkins, and of course the 72-year-old pensioner who believes it is her duty to teach the young employees how to serve a scoop of ice cream in 1953. “THAT TIME they gave the scoops with a spoon, young lady, and you stood straight when you handed it over!!” Damn it… I’m getting so tired of standing in line and listening to that. Give the young ones a break – they’re juggling balls the size of bowling balls while being shouted at by Bente from Hasseris. And yes, the staff can seem a bit reserved at times. But honestly – who wouldn’t be when you’re standing in a heatwave and serving 500-gram strawberry scoops to never-ending queues? I had a poker face myself after the first hour. All in all, Guf & Kugler in Nibe delivers giant balls, a treat for the soul and hotdogs that save the day. It's a place that makes you smile and shake your head – but always leaves happy. Rating: 4 out of 5 balls that should have their own postcode. I lost the last ball in the Limfjord because I was busy balancing a 3-ball soft ice cream monster with guf and jam.

21/09/2025: Arrived to a very long queue, which meant it was supposed to be the best ice cream of the summer, but we were disappointed. OK ice cream, but expensive and very small portion of deliciousness for 7 kr. Not worth the money at all. We have been there for the first and last time.

26/08/2025: We had a really nice experience, the inside was very cozy and you could tell a lot of love went into the place and the food which was really delicious 😋 we ordered very delicious two pizzas and something to drink and spent around 400kr

06/12/2025: Everyone said the cardamom croissant here is a must-try, so I had to give it a go. And wow it’s perfect! Absolutely incredible flavor!
