08/07/2026: Absolutely amazing. The Food was one of the best curry's I've ever eaten Soo far and since I didn't know what exactly I wanted the owner made me something special. It was super tasty. The owner and staff are both very nice at least the two I meet and even tho not being completely fluent in English still very nice and polite.

30/06/2026: Bland sushi that fell apart when dipped in the soy sauce... Teriyaki duck as shown in the picture, 80% fat, dry and unappetizing... The service was young people with student caps, friendly enough but just slow and confused..

16/08/2026: Complaint about staffing and planning on Saturday evening/night I would like to complain about the completely unacceptable staffing at Circle K in Grenaa on Saturday night. It is simply poor planning to put one employee on duty on a Friday night, when Grenaa was also full of people due to a huge concert in town. It should be completely obvious that there would be an extraordinary number of customers, and that one employee could not possibly handle the pressure. When we finally arrived after standing in a long queue, there was practically nothing left to buy. The queue grew, the customers stood waiting, and one poor employee had to stand alone and accept it all. It is honestly a shame for the employee, who was put in an impossible situation due to poor planning on the part of management. This is not about criticizing the employee who was there, quite the opposite. She did what she could under some completely unreasonable conditions. The criticism is directed at the responsible planning, which should have foreseen the situation. How can you seriously run a 24-hour store and at the same time choose to have only one person working when you know that the city is full of concertgoers? It seems like a complete lack of understanding of both the customer base and staffing needs.

05/08/2026: I had a rather unpleasant experience this morning at Circle K in Grenaa When I was met by a clerk in a very bad mood. I am met with a nasty answer. I ask nicely if I can buy a bag for my things, to which he replies, I ask if you want a hot bag with me in a rather flabby, angry way. When I finally get to buy my bag, he just throws it down on all my items. I myself am in a store and know what good customer service is. This does not imply good customer service. When you give good customer service, as a customer you want to come back, I certainly don't want that today after the bad experience, it's not the first time I have experienced his bad mood getting to me. Normally, all the other employees are super nice and I always leave with a big smile, but when he is there I leave in frustration.

28/02/2026: I was going in to make a tip coupon. the holder with coupons was empty, I told the employee, I was just told that there were only those that were there. no attempt to find them, or help in any other way. The worst service ever Circle k, you are there for the customers, not the other way around

27/06/2026: One of the nicest bars in Copenhagen with an absolutely fantastic and lovely staff. Everyone there is super nice and really goes out of their way to create a good evening. I had invited 40 people to a celebration at the bar, and it was so easy and nice to arrange it and be there. Really high recommendation for anyone who wants a good evening with perfect service.

03/09/2026: if i want to get frozen tiramisu, id get it from market. not order from a restaurant. funny stuff is when i contacted the wolt about it, restaurant says wait for 15 mins. so that’s also what you saying to your customers that order in the restaurant. serving frozen tiramisu and telling customers to wait for 15 mins to defroze on the table. ridiculous. awful customer service from the restaurant. never ordering again also telling people around me to avoid this awful service. cheers

22/08/2026: I order a calzone (89kr) and a tray of fries (50kr) there are almost no fries and the tray is not even full. And there was no tomato sauce for the calzone either, I bought a tomato sauce on the side (12kr) and it is not even half full. I haven't experienced such stinginess in a long time, I won't buy that again.

05/07/2026: A really cozy hotel, located right next to the Cathedral. The room was so cozy and the breakfast was really good

17/06/2026: We have just visited after renovations. We booked an overnight stay with gourmet food. Everything has been perfect! The service is top notch, very nice and accommodating. The rooms/cellars are clean and very nice. Can definitely be recommended!

24/08/2026: We ordered Højland, it was awful. The meat was not cooked and it tasted very bad. Inside was very warm, outside is noisy. Not recommended at all

07/07/2026: Paid 145 kr for a pasta carbonare and got a ridiculously small portion! It's simply too much and not enough for my colleague and I to be full.. cheeky!

22/07/2026: Laden experience After a long day, I chose to have a lamb kebab. In a moment of fatigue, I forgot to tell him that I can't stand red onions. I apologized for the mistake and asked for a new one, while making it clear that I would of course pay, since it was ultimately my own fault. The employee in front of me had good ethics. I don't need to understand Turkish to know that he whispered: "Don't let him pay." The other employee, who had apparently forgotten what sevap means, chose to demand 75 kr. for a new one. The next customer was served surprisingly quickly. You can almost wonder if my kebab was resold. My conclusion is that the experience testified to unethical behavior and poor morals - something I have fortunately never experienced on Istedgade or Amager.
