30/12/2025: Fantastic pizza, crispy and flavorful dough, perfect amount of toppings and it was nice and hot when delivered!

23/12/2025: Great pizzas, the crust was excellent. I just found the pizzas too salty and greasy. We picked up the pizzas, and they were ready in less than ten minutes. We even got a free drink!

28/10/2025: Peking Restaurant Ringkøbing – Disappointment Despite Beautiful Harbor Location Anyone strolling along the harbor in Ringkøbing will inevitably notice the Peking Restaurant – an attractive location that makes you want to stop by spontaneously. That's exactly what we did: a family dinner, a spontaneous decision to enjoy Asian food in a pleasant atmosphere. But what began as a cozy family evening unfortunately ended in genuine disappointment. The restaurant advertises a "luxurious buffet" and Mongolian-Asian cuisine. Visually, the buffet initially made a decent impression: a wide selection, neatly presented, comparable at first glance to many Asian buffets in Germany. But first impressions were deceiving. In terms of taste and texture, much of it was far from what one would expect from a good or even average Asian buffet. The food seemed bland, some of it overcooked, and the textures – especially of the meat dishes – were unpleasant. Particularly disappointing: the pieces of meat for the live grill were frozen solid. While the staff was quick and efficient, they didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about serving guests. Friendliness felt more like routine. Even small details marred the overall impression: ice cream for dessert had to be paid for separately, even though it's a standard offering at many comparable buffets. On the positive side, the salads were fresh, and the selection of grilled sauces was excellent. The restaurant was also well-frequented – primarily by Danish guests, who appeared to be satisfied. Perhaps the cuisine appeals more to local tastes than to those of more internationally experienced diners. After roughly four decades of experience with both Germanized and authentic Asian cuisine, my conclusion is clear: anyone accustomed to a good, or even just decent, Asian buffet in Germany will be disappointed. The same goes for those expecting genuine Mongolian cuisine. The location is great – the food, unfortunately, is not.

03/10/2025: Everything was fried!!!??? No hot plates, which meant everything cooled quickly! It wasn't my thing.

27/12/2025: This pizza had a special ingredient that I didn't see on the ingredient list...a shard of glass. I will never order from here again!!!

29/10/2025: Wow we are a group of international students from Berlin who ate here and it was genuinely AMAZING.The pizza was supreme, the burger was exquisite pls for gods sake try the jumbo burger it was what I had and enjoyed rly much

28/10/2025: Omg this place reminded me of home back in atlanta Georgia. The bagel was so soft and swear they had to make the cream cheese . The young lady was so nice I remember name but I will get it tomorrow

30/09/2025: Unbelievably delicious food. Our Ukrainian girls are great, Regina, thank you for the delicious lunch. The next day, we went on a cruise, and I told everyone where you can eat deliciously in Copenhagen 👏❤️

28/12/2025: It seems like the store is run by a bunch of dull teenagers who don't really know what service is.

20/10/2025: I ordered a Stracciatella Bowl with the option of extra chicken via Wolt. You forgot the chicken, and of course that's what can happen. But what I don't think is fair is that in such a case, only a paltry 29 kroons is given as compensation. It's not fair, because I'm left with a dish without much protein, and I have to order another one to feel full. So I almost end up paying double the price because you're making a mistake that you don't want to correct in fairness. I've already spent thousands of kronor at Grød, but it's definitely over now.

10/01/2026: Really good pizza and high quality. The bottom was a bit burnt, but other than that it is clearly the best pizza restaurant I have tried in Kalundborg. The delivery via Wolt works really well. Highly recommended.

14/09/2025: The food was ok but expensive (300kr plus for two lunches). The service was poor. We ordered our food together with five others, but our two orders came more than 30 minutes after the others, which meant that we didn't get to eat together. Not recommended if you don't have a lot of time to wait for your food and want to eat with the others you ordered food with.

30/10/2025: They are friendly, deep fry their steaks. = 100% guarantee for a thin stomach. The cleaning and hygiene around the food could be better.

27/08/2025: Probably some of the worst fast food we've ever had. Their "snack basket" is a study in the most tacky frozen foods, so far from their own website description of wanting to "tease your senses". The pizza with chicken, pepperoni and bacon (called "Ferroperm") was incredibly boring and uninspiring. If the pizza dough and tomato sauce are from a 30 year old family recipe, we would really consider starting a new tradition! The harbor is a beautiful place with atmosphere and good energy - what a shame that this place doesn't contribute to this!

01/11/2025: I ordered some food for delivery. The food came and was totally cold. In one the dishes the chicken was raw. I call the restaurant to bring me a new one and pickup the one thats not edible, but they didnt. They dont have the time, he told me. After a long argumentation on the phone with the guy, he said he will contact wolt to get my money back for the dish. I didnt recive any money, and I called the guy again. He said that he told wolt to give me half of the money for that dish. I get into argument, that i should get the full payment for the dish, but he keeps saying that 120 orders didnt have anything wrong with their order, so he didnt believe me. I told him, that not a decent behavier towards a customer, and I am going to give ham a bad rating. He hangs up the one, White saying he doesnt have time for this bullshit.

05/03/2026: Ordered a pizza capricciosa with ham and mushrooms. Unfortunately, either the ham, the mushrooms, or both smelled so pungent that I had to add sour cream dressing to make it edible.

31/01/2026: Excellent pizza - thin and crispy base! Especially number 12 is fantastic.
