21/10/2025: I was waiting for at least 30 minutes at the bar. There was a blond lady not so young and when I finally got attended she said she doesn’t want to attend in English (in English)

23/09/2025: Björk and Theo are solid bartenders, they always know what you might want, no matter how indecisive you are.

06/09/2025: Nice service from the young girls, but their kebab plate is nothing to rave about (the fries were good) but there were 8-10 pieces of kebab on the plate and the rest was fries and salad, let's call it a fries salad. I don't recommend it to anyone, and plus they run around with a vacuum cleaner while you eat and it was an hour before closing time, and that vacuum cleaner didn't exactly smell like strawberries

20/07/2025: We arrived there by rail bike. Had we known there was such a great grill at the end point, we wouldn't have brought a picnic for the rail bike ride. There are burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. There are decent restrooms available.

15/10/2025: Very friendly and quick service. The food was nice and hot and tasted really good.

10/07/2025: On our way to Roskilde Festival, before the music days really started, we started to feel hungry. We thought: “Let’s take a quick trip into Roskilde town and grab a pizza.” The hunt for good food inside the festival grounds is difficult. So we ended up here. The pizzas cost between 90 and 100 DKK, so you would almost think we had ended up in a real Italian pizzeria. We weren’t. The experience was the worst. The service was abysmal, and let me explain why: We bought a large soda, but didn’t get any glasses. When I politely go up and ask for some, one of the staff members is almost offended that we even need glasses. Plates? Forget it. You get served the pizza on the lid – or maybe the bottom – of a pizza tray. Maybe it’s a new sustainable concept? Save on plates so you can afford better ingredients. But no, it wasn’t like that. The pizzas were downright bad. The salad pizza was a sad affair with watery dressing and tired kebab, and the dough tasted… weird. All in all, a dull experience.

19/10/2025: Hunter's price. 19/10 around 8:30-9:00 Should have a chocolate tea bun for my daughter who should have butter on it, I get this. However, you have to pay 23kr. And are wrapped like a buttered roll. I complain about this and am ignored. Since when does butter cost more than a tea bun for 10kr? 13kr for butter? That's just over the top

04/08/2025: I ordered a nachos for 90kr from leziz konya with chicken kebab. The nachos are completely soft and the chicken smells and tastes strange, like bad meat smells. Really a disgusting taste experience. I call them in a friendly way to make them aware that we have just been to pick up food and that the nachos were soft and the meat was not good. They answer that the nachos are soft because it is made in a microwave (have often ordered nachos that are not soft), and have never been served such chicken with my nachos, smells like old meat and tastes accordingly. In general, a flabby and incomprehensible way to meet their customers. I would never dream of calling them and making them aware of this if it were not true or simply because I did not like the food. Practice practice

29/12/2025: Subject: Recurring problems with online ordering – Lagkagehuset Silkeborg Hello Lagkagehuset Silkeborg I am writing to draw attention to a recurring problem with your online orders, which I have gradually found very unsatisfactory. When you order and pay for goods via your online system and receive a receipt stating that the order has been completed, you naturally assume that the goods are put aside and are ready for collection. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced that when I show up at the store to pick up completely ordinary goods such as rye bread and French bread, you have not put them aside. This is not an isolated error — it has happened 5-6 times over the past year. Each time I am told that I can choose other types of bread instead. But when you have ordered certain goods, it is precisely because those are the ones you want — not a random alternative. As a customer, I experience this as: •    Lack of consistency between your online system and the store's practices •    Waste of my time •    And a very poor customer experience compared to a brand like Lagkagehuset If your system is not robust enough to ensure that online orders are actually handled correctly in the store, then it should either be improved or not offered — because the way it works now, it only creates irritation and dissatisfied customers. 25/07/2025: We visited The Audo with friends and my husband for a late lunch, and it was a delightful experience. The elegant, minimal interior created a calm atmosphere that enhanced our visit. The food was simple but well-executed, proving that sometimes less is more. The entire place felt clean and peaceful. It’s a perfect spot for those who appreciate design, good food, and a tranquil setting with great company.

29/06/2025: Cozy place to visit for a cup of coffee, brunch, lunch or a drink in the sun. They have a large, lovely and cozy terrace in the backyard. Inside you can clearly see that they focus on design and aesthetics. It is always well-visited - both on weekdays and weekends.

13/07/2025: Very small portions especially for the price. The waffle was too sweet, so we unfortunately ended up throwing it out when the ice cream was eaten. The ice cream tasted great - we paid 55 kr. for 2 scoops of ice cream and 42 kr. for a small soft ice cream with sprinkles.

01/07/2025: They have recovered and you can get excellent ice cream again.

20/12/2025: A cozy and well-decorated place. A little too long to welcome guests. Cocktails were tasty, but far too much ice in the glasses. The cocktail in the picture consisted of Approx. 75% ice.

25/09/2025: Super nice terrace they have made. Great drinks but also quite expensive.

19/10/2025: We visited twice on our last vacation and were very impressed by the food and friendly service. We'll definitely stop by again for a snack next time.

12/08/2025: Do not order online! When I ordered food for me and my girlfriend she got tomato in hers which is a mistake. When we then contacted Fresh 4 you we were met by an angry employee who said he could not do anything with the memories we came there had, which we do not have the opportunity to get. In addition to that he said yes to sending money back from one of them in the event of a host. I have not seen my money now and will probably never get it from Fresh 4 you. Wait for a response from Just eat to see if they can do anything.
