29/12/2025: If you’re looking for cheap food in the city center, this is the place. You get a takeaway box with different size, which is good value for the price. The food selection includes standard dishes such as fried chicken, fried noodles, fried rice, curry chicken, spring rolls, mixed vegetables, sweet and sour pork, and fried calamari. You get what you pay for — simple, filling, and affordable. A good option if budget and location matter more than presentation or refinement.

21/12/2025: The toilets are really messy. Water and i don’t even wanna know what other fluids everywhere. The food is mediocre, nothing too horrible, i just wouldnt willingy go there again… it used to be great, but things changed after a few years.

02/11/2025: I ordered via Wolt. The restaurant has Danish dishes on the menu, and I felt like roast pork......unfortunately. The roast was so dry that it was inedible and the skins were soft, like rubber. The potatoes were from glass but edible. The brown sauce(!!!!!) was horrible - made with soy sauce, and I suspect oyster sauce. Since Friday I have had a terrible stomach ache, been dizzy and had the worst diarrhea. I am quite intolerant to all kinds of mussels, and the aforementioned symptoms fit with the intolerance - damn lucky I am not allergic!!??

26/10/2025: Takeaway. Gongbao with sweet chili sauce? Not spicy, nothing to do with gongbao. Dry meat. Sorry but can't recommend.

10/11/2025: Lovely healthy food! Place is usually busy, and it can be annoying to wait in line for you pick-up order. But staff is always working is quickly as possible.

02/10/2025: The worst sandwich I've ever tasted! Very arrogant guys! Shut up and be stingy with your toppings even though you pay full price. Can't recommend the place at all! Waste of money

31/12/2025: Not recommended. Had a table for 5pm, but arrived at 4pm to a completely empty restaurant. Was greeted by the most flabby guy at the entrance. He didn't even say hello or welcome. I asked him if we could come to the table now, or alternatively just sit and have a drink somewhere in an otherwise completely empty restaurant. Both requests were just met with a no, after which a female employee of the restaurant came over and said we could easily have the table right away. First I started by ordering 2 cocktails, but only received one of them. 10-15 minutes later we asked a waiter where the other cocktail was. Another 5-10 minutes passed before she came back with a receipt that we had only ordered one cocktail. I showed her our order on their smartphone ordering system, which clearly stated we had ordered 2 cocktails. She then took my phone and ordered the one we hadn't received again. We received it shortly after. So by the time we received the second cocktail, I had already drunk mine - super bad service. The food was excellent, but when I was about to pay for 2x all you can eat and our 2 cocktails, they entered 3 cocktails. They don't do that for me, so I was quick to say that we only ordered and drank 2 cocktails.

07/12/2025: We haven't been to Kasai (as a chain) for a few years after moving from Copenhagen. We used to have Kasai as our favorite when it comes to ad libitum. Unfortunately, this time we have to admit that the quality has dropped a lot. Both the salmon and tuna don't taste completely fresh. The service is fast, however, and from the time you send the order to the time the food is on the table, it's actually quite ok. But in addition to the fish having dropped drastically in quality, I have to admit that it is completely out of proportion to charge 50 kr for a liter of tap water with a quarter slice of lime in it. And it's not 50 kr for the table to get water ad libitum (like so many other places) but 50 kr per order of water. This, combined with the fact that we can unfortunately see that the quality of the fish has gone to the bottom, means that we simply won't set foot at Kasai again. Super shame because we were really happy with Kasai the first few years they were present in Copenhagen. But price and quality simply don't go together anymore.

12/08/2025: We ate there with two adults and three children. It was supposed to be the family summer buffet for our birthday! Unfortunately, every company canteen does it better! Aside from potatoes, there were no vegetables. Unfortunately, there were no leaf salads or iceberg lettuce with the side salads either. I couldn't find the listed nuggets and fries for the kids. Dessert was extra – about €9 for three mini scoops of ice cream. In Germany, maybe 1 to 1 1/2 scoops. In total, I spent about €210 there – including five drinks. We had hoped for more and unfortunately, we expected more! Not recommended!

04/08/2025: We went to a family buffet on a Saturday night where the restaurant unfortunately also had a large party. This meant that the service was slower than a snail on dry asphalt. The buffet quickly ran out of food and plates, which were just as slowly replenished. The food was mediocre and the buffet was hidden away in a room that most resembled a storage room which was also the passage for the service to the party. Not the luckiest night we hit unfortunately, too bad there wasn't more control and management of the whole thing.

21/03/2026: Terribly arrogant staff. Especially the guy in the suit who greets people at the door.

25/12/2025: 160,- for a margherita because it's December 25th is downright criminal. Most pizzas are around 200,- a piece. A completely foolish undertaking.

10/01/2026: I spent 1.5 hours and the opportunity to buy Shrove Tuesday buns somewhere else because you had sold the things we paid for and ordered Now I'm just waiting the next few days to get my money back This isn't the first time this has happened

06/01/2026: Excellent bakery with a wide selection of traditional Danish pastries. The pastries are exceptional. Plenty of seating. Friendly and fast staff!

01/02/2026: When you use the same menu card for children's pizza as for adults (normal), you can expect mistakes to happen? And the telephone was invented so you can call the customer, right? Ordered a 43 “2 should have been normal, got a children's pizza 😅 damn a mess Never heard of a child choosing a spicy pizza & adding extra spicy things 😅 4 pieces of pizza (children) for an adult man 110 kr 🤔👎🏻 was not even reasonable…. After all, the pizzas were good, you damn must have! Still disappointed though! Hope you do better next time 🙏

18/06/2025: Crispy chicken was very bland and dry, it also had a rotting piece of salad inside the burger. Would not recommend it. Update: they claimed the salad turned yellow and black from the hot chicken. In my 12 years in a kitchen that’s news too me 😅😅😅

18/10/2025: Nice branch of the bakery chain. They even had a vegan cinnamon roll!

16/08/2025: The location is great, right above the Carlsberg station. It is spacious inside. Flat White was delicious. The Tebirkes did not taste fresh although it was 9:15am.
