De bedste restauranter

25/10/2025: After hearing good things about Sprød in several places, we decided to have dinner here. We were given a nice table away from the noisiest guests and our order was quickly taken. After 25 minutes I asked the waitress if we had been forgotten, as neither drinks nor appetizers had been served yet. After 35 minutes we received the appetizer, which tasted good. Unfortunately, our 3 small burgers took longer to arrive, which made for a somewhat longer experience in a very noisy environment than planned. There is nothing to complain about the food - it was absolutely as promised, but the service level needs to keep up. Despite the long wait and admission of forgetfulness, compensation was out of the question. That is why restaurant Sprød unfortunately does not get all the stars this time.

04/12/2025: Just steps from the lakes, the location is unbeatable. We liked their concept and the guys at the counter were super helpful and nice. Without a doubt, the bacon cheeseburger is the tastiest in its simplicity. Fries quality was average as well as the dips. One detail that pleasantly surprised me was that they had a container of tampons in the women's restroom. And even though I didn't need one at that moment, I appreciated them being there.

29/09/2025: Enjoyed a wonderful experience here during our stay in Copenhagen. Each dish of the tasting menu was well planned and beautifully executed. The seasonal dishes were top quality and fresh, highlighting the flavors of each ingredient. Service was friendly and excellent, with little amuse bouche bites between courses to keep the pace moving. One of the best, if not the best, tasting menus we've ever had. Highest compliments to the chef and staff!

26/09/2025: Really delicious food, and equally good wine! I've rarely had such a good wine pairing as here. Service was also top notch! Would definitely recommend opting for the cheese cart, it was a super cool experience. Hope to come back soon!

11/11/2025: Amazing place to spend a night. Welcoming staff and rooms had everything you need, nothing more. I recommend a stay in the castle and dining at the bistro. Ghost enthusiast’s dream.

05/08/2025: Cozy weekend at Dragsholm Castle. Overnight stay with breakfast and 3 course dinner in the bistro. We also had a guided tour and heard the exciting history, which is definitely recommended and gives a little more depth to the stay.

13/08/2025: 2-for-1 deals on 0.5L draft and Carlsberg...so great place! The service is also very friendly. The location is also perfect...great for people-watching...in short, a great pub!

08/08/2025: A nice little pub with music in the evenings. I was there myself in the afternoon on a normal afternoon with a couple of friends. 75kr for a ½l draft from the tap, so it's also paid. Fortunately they have some good hours, including 3-5pm, where there is 2 for one when it comes to beer.

The food was delicious and flavourful, and everything was served with a smile. The place itself is cosy and has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for a little pampering evening. I can definitely recommend the place – I would definitely come back!
