16/11/2025: Ordered the “Smack Down burger” menu with cheesy chips for 125 kr. Taste: The fries were well seasoned, crispy and soft and covered in some good cheese. The chili mayonnaise was homemade and well made. The steak was medium rare, very well seasoned and had a super grilled taste. The quality of the steak was absurdly good for the price; fresh, juicy and smoky in taste. You won't find a better steak for that price. The bun and the other items in the burger were fairly standard. Satiety: You'll be full👍🏼 The price: The price is good for what you get! Atmosphere: Standard (quiet). Service: Nice guy. The overall experience is 5/5 stars.

30/11/2025: Such a great experience here! I’ve had this place on my go-to list for a while! They’ve been serving brunch for over 15 years and my friends keep talking about it! Loved the options and how tasty everything was! And it’s even better that their commodities are homemade and baked in house! The only negative is that there could be more space! A definite 7/10 for me! Loved it!

07/11/2025: Of my extensive history of going to restaurants in Copenhagen, this stands out as the worst. The food was so poorly cooked, the pan-fried fish was soggy from butter, and the smoked salmon starter just reeked of coming straight out of the packaging before being slapped haphazardly onto the plate. My friend was served a wienerschnitzel and had a bite, when the server came back and said, that it was actually for a different table. We let them know, that a bite had already been taken. Their response? “They won’t notice”. Blurgh 🤢

05/01/2026: 1. May 25 and the weather is good. So there were many on the square. We were lucky that some were leaving, so we could take over their table outside. A green draft beer for 50 kr. And 55 kr. For specialty beer are okay prices. There is a stage inside and a good large room. Toilet was nice and clean. McDonalds is like McDonalds is. Fast and easy. 24/12/2025: This is one of the few best restaurants in Frederikshavn. They serve deluxe variants of the Danish Open sandwich (called 'smørrebrød' in Danish). They also serve a few hot dishes As we were there at Christmas time we ordered smoked duck and pork . Both tasted really great and was indulged with two local beers. The service is great and so are the food. Prices are fair and the atmosphere is always cousy and relaxed. That is why i can very highly recommend this restaurant.

22/11/2025: Luxurious sandwiches in the middle of the pedestrian street in Frederikshavn. 107 (!) different schnapps and good beer on tap. Bright premises in the best Danish design. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. A must.

22/10/2025: A restaurant where children are welcome and entertained. There's a small play table with cars, art supplies, and knick-knacks. The food is good, but could be a bit more substantial for some people. The highlight, of course, is the candle-making, which is hard to resist. The workbenches are right next to the entrance, and children are immediately invited to make their own candles. Yes, it costs extra, of course, but it's a lovely memory for the children. The service is very friendly and attentive, and they also spend a lot of time with the children looking after the candles. I would deduct one star for the service, as you can only pay in cash (euros or kroner).
