12/09/2026: The renovation of the Cafebiografen is great and it is just as cozy as ever.

04/09/2026: Perfect service! Something went wrong with the order, so we received nachos instead of pasta. The team immediately set to work on it, and we were even allowed to keep the nachos. The service was very friendly and the food excellent!

05/08/2026: I must admit that I think I remember that the food was better. We went in to eat and I must admit, I was really disappointed. The meat, which was supposed to be medium, was more well done, there was no real flavor and more like a cutlet and not a ribeye steak. As a starter we got shrimp. That's also fair enough. But I didn't really realize that you had to sit and be picked, I think they could have said that. For dessert there was cheese. It tasted good. But there wasn't really any side dishes, so I got some bread on the side (which we asked for ourselves). Instead of just the two thin pieces of crispbread. My fiancée, the food, it was okay, she said. It was only the dessert, as they took it to the wrong table. When we got it, after they had found out, the ice cream was actually half melted.

25/06/2026: Really delicious food 😍 Amazing wine, it's definitely the best white wine I've ever had. Even though it was busy, the waiter took his time and explained the wine. Definitely recommended.

20/08/2026: The food is great, and the waiters are also great. My only complaint is, the stale bread you get before your meal. i’ve been there twice now, and the bread has been stale both times.

18/08/2026: We spontaneously got a table for four and received very friendly service! The wine recommendation was excellent and the food was delicious! Highly recommended!

09/07/2026: Excellent bakery with fair prices. Perhaps the best cardamom bun I had in the city. Also a generous portion of cheese and butter on my bun. Some indoor and outdoor seats. Pretty area with embassies.

03/08/2026: Vegan salad with chicken was a bit expensive, BUT, best salad I've had at a cafe. Not the usual tomato and cucumber, but a green and hearty salad. Check it out. Definitely worth the money

31/08/2026: Really disappointing experience at Polly in Frederiksberg. We were there on August 30th around 5:30 PM and ordered two Amaretto Sours for 130 DKK each. It was honestly the worst drink I have ever tasted. I work in the nightlife industry myself and have therefore tried many different drinks and been to many different places, but I have never been served a cocktail that tasted so bad. My friend from Switzerland completely agreed. In addition, we were only served one menu for two people. When I asked if we could have an extra one, I was told that it would probably be taken away from me again within a few minutes, “because they don’t have that many menus”. I simply found that a bit strange when there were a maximum of three small groups of couples in the entire café at that time. I really think it is sad to have to pay 260 DKK for two cocktails that we could hardly drink. Especially when you can get much fancier, well-balanced and better cocktails for exactly the same price, or even cheaper, at much more elegant places in the Inner City. All in all, just a really disappointing experience, especially considering the price…

30/08/2026: While vacationing in Copenhagen, my boyfriend and I randomly chose this place for our last dinner in the city. We had a really good time; the food was excellent, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Last but not least, the value for money was truly excellent. Definitely a place to return to and recommend to friends.

30/08/2026: Actually I give "only" 2 stars for the food because in my eyes price and quality don't go together very well. It's a matter of taste maybe. I'm not stingy, but I think the price for the food is high when you consider the settings and the amount you get. If it had been at a "real restaurant" in a quiet setting and waiters to serve, then okay - no problem. Even though the taste is actually good, this is at a food market, where you do all the work yourself and don't get any service as such...

01/08/2026: They had a lot of exciting dishes on the board above the bistro, but they didn't have a single one of them. At first I thought it might be a sign of quality that they could report being sold out, but when I asked again a few weeks later, it was exactly the same story. I don't know if they just have it up there to seem fancy? You can only go by the physical menu. On top of that, their tuna tartare cost 145 kr. for a very small portion, and the side dish was literally the world's driest chips. A disappointing experience.

02/08/2026: Just want to comment the comment about the waitress i do not even know, but, dude, you dont comment a waitress on here, this is completely your personal experience, there are other steps before blaming someone in front of all.. And if you even liked the food why only 1 star!? You dont get bigger by blaming and humiliating others... If you know better you should be an example, not a demoraliser. Otherwise the place is very nice. Michelin you say... Right

05/07/2026: I visited Original Shawarma last month and had their durum. It was one of the best I've had—fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was perfectly prepared. The staff were also very welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

16/08/2026: Arrive early to slowly savor the lunch buffet (until 3 p.m.)—from herring in various ways to baked ham—and still have time for dessert (until 4 p.m.). Choose a clear day and you'll have a view of Ørebro and the entire bay.
