27/05/2026: An outstanding establishment! Who doesn't love a craft brewery paired with fantastic food?! The menu is simple but with complex flavours and excellent presentation. The pork sandwich and beef capaccio a delicious standout. A great range of beers are available with our favourites being the tap sour, Brown Sugar and Raven Sort stout. The staff are incredibly friendly and our 2 visits were the highlight of our stay in Roskilde. The front room is also dog friendly! Happy days!

15/06/2026: A very nice and relaxed place for a weekend brunch. Planty of space for children around, and in the museum across the road. Very safe and fascinating for them. Good selection of smørrebrøds and cakes, and the prices are much better than in downtown (you get 3 here for the price of 1 at Torvehallerne). You also get a decent coffee for about 30 kr. and this even includes a refill. If you are e.g. on a bike trip around Ballerup and need a decent brunch break, this one is easy to recommend.

11/05/2026: On Thursday, May 7, 12 of us gathered for a cozy dinner at SvendborgSund. We had booked a table for 6:30 p.m. where we started with a drink, while we ordered food from the May menu, which was Svendborg Ham with White Asparagus with truffle mayonnaise, salad and pickled onions, and then Beef Fillet Steak with Celery Puree, Asparagus Saute, baby carrots, roasted potatoes and creamy tarragon sauce. One of the participants says he is a wine connoisseur, so he chose a lovely white wine for the starter and a delicious red wine for the main course. When the chef was ready with the starter, we were nicely and politely asked by a very professional waitress to take a seat so that we could be served. It was a really delicious starter, and then came the main course, a lovely juicy steak cooked just right, so all in all it was a super good experience, so we highly recommend SvendborgSund the next time you are in town and have a super good experience.

29/12/2025: We had Sunday Roast with 3 servings of meat which was of very warming quality. Oh my! The side dishes were absolutely fine. Our waiter was incredibly unengaged, spoke so softly that she was a shadow of herself and almost impossible to get in touch with. After previous visits we had really looked forward to Sunday Roast with meat ad libitum, but oh my they couldn't live up to that.

21/12/2025: Food was a bit overrated, meat was ok but you can taste almost the same anywhere. Our meal was forgotten by the kitchen so we had to wait for almost 55 minutes for dinner after the starters. Nothing special about the atmosphere and the dinner.

06/01/2026: Went there on Christmas Day 2025. Awesome Jam session was going on. Musicians and singers (who all seemed to know each other) were swapping off. All very talented. Were playing great cover tunes. There was dancing. If you like seeing cover bands in a bar in US or Canada, this is the vibe. It was a tonne of fun. Drink prices are on par with anywhere else in Copenhagen.

14/12/2025: There is room for both music and the audience while maintaining intimacy, as the place is not very large, but still larger than other small venues in Copenhagen. They have Happy Hour twice, from 3-5pm and 8-9pm. With the expensive beer prices that Copenhagen is probably world famous for, it is worth going for. Their nachos with cheese are a fairly small portion where you literally have to look for the cheese. The best places to sit are in the corner at the back left of the bar or just inside the entrance door on the left. In both places you will not be disturbed by the crowd of guests in the bar and can sit on cushions. The music is turned up very high, so use earplugs if your ears are not used to loud noises. Unfortunately, the sound adjustment was out of balance, so the singers are not at the forefront of the soundscape, as quite a few songs require. Another consequence of the sound level being turned up to the max. The audience is everyone and some locals it seemed, but it probably depends on the music.

02/10/2025: Some of the wines are really sharp; especially for the price, and others are pretty ordinary.... From my experience, take it with a grain of salt. I haven't been to the restaurant.

20/06/2025: Visited the place at the end of a dinner in the area. Cozy atmosphere and good service. The owner had great knowledge about the wines that were presented and sold. Exciting to hear about, but the wines were probably oversold as they were not at a high level in terms of taste

06/12/2025: If you only visit one restaurant in Aarhus, let it be Møf! Incredibly delicious food, surprising ingredients and compositions, amazing service, perfect cocktails.

02/11/2025: I have always had a special relationship with Møf, which used to radiate passion and presence. After moving to the new premises, everything is nice and professional, but some of the soul and intimacy have unfortunately been lost. The food is still well-prepared and technically impressive, but the spark is missing a bit. On the other hand, Kristian deserves great praise for his calm and discreet service, which once made the place very special.

13/05/2025: Really delicious pies! I have bought frozen pies several times and filled the freezer. I can also recommend their “fill my freezer” offer, where they deliver frozen pies to your door on Tuesdays 😊

06/05/2025: Got a Chicken Pie and a Beef Pie to go. Went home and baked it. The pies came out flaky from the outside while still being moist and well cooked from the inside. Will totally visit again and try the fruit based and vegan pies that they have!

24/02/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, but rather ate in the café. The food was excellent the staff were incredibly friendly. They were so helpful and attentive. They spoke perfect English and helped us to choose some food. There is a lovely area for children in the café too!
