18/11/2025: Dronninglund Art Center is a charming and atmospheric exhibition space where art and nature merge into a higher unity. The center offers changing, well-curated exhibitions that range from modern visual art to handicrafts, and the bright, open rooms make the experience both calm and inspiring. The beautiful location on Borgbjergtangen provides an extra layer of peace and presence, and it is a place where you can easily spend a few hours in contemplation. All in all, worth a visit for both art connoisseurs and curious visitors.

18/11/2025: I liked it. Came with a friend for dinner. We ate well and had some nice cocktails. I would say that for what we paid and for what we had, there's alot of really good quality tasting menus and wine pairings for the same price. Pleasant evening though

24/10/2025: We had a family trip with an overnight stay to Ree Park right before the autumn holidays and had a really good trip! The food was super good, the cabins (camel camp) were nice, the staff were nice and good at sharing interesting info about the animals both during the jeep tour, train and guided tour in the evening and the park was a really nice experience for both children and adults 👌🏼

18/08/2025: (The Red Box) in Copenhagen is among one of the finest dining places when you take into account high-quality of service, quality ingredients, and overall experience. This French Asian infusion kitchen is absolutely wonderful. I can definitely recommend the beef with black pepper sauce.

18/10/2025: The place is well visited ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First time at an Italian restaurant – and definitely not the last! 🇮🇹 We had both lamb and wild boar, and wait a minute… it tasted excellent! The lamb was tender and juicy, the wild boar had a nice deep flavor, and the sauces were just right in the cupboard. The garnish wasn’t exactly my taste, but never mind – the meat and sauce more than made up for it. The dessert, “Tortino di Mele”, came in like a little bird’s nest with ice cream and apples – tasted great and rounded off the evening in just the right way. 🍏🍨 The waiters were smiling, fast and super friendly – ​​you felt really welcome. The food came quickly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the place was well visited (which says it all). All in all: a really good experience – we will definitely be back! 🙌

02/11/2025: We've eaten at Lighthouse Burgers (formerly Burger Boys) several times. Unfortunately, the inconsistent quality of the food, combined with the very high prices for a burger, no longer appeals to us. We were enthusiastic at first, but we've grown less fond of it each year. They're not bad, but the flavor profile has become too bland for our taste. Luckily, there are plenty of other (fast-food) options on Fanø. The team is young, very nice, and friendly. The atmosphere is great, very cozy. There's seating both inside and outside. If they return to their former quality, we'll gladly come back.

29/09/2025: The burger is definitely top notch. You can really taste that the ingredients have been thought through. The fries are crispy and seasoned/salted just right. The service is polite and quick. In addition, the option to wash it down with a draft beer from Fanø Bryghus doesn't detract. Quite the opposite. I'd love to come back. It's definitely worth recommending.

26/09/2025: Cozy little craft beer spot, a little isolated from the buzz of the city. Good selection of cans and bottles outside of the taps. Very charming barman (owner?) makes it great. Only minus is almost all tapped beer is rather strong, most 5.5%+

25/10/2025: You could spend hours in here. Great selection and cozy surroundings. They have happy hour for coffee and tea before 4pm. So cheap!

05/10/2025: 🎲♟️ Spilcaféen Aarhus – where the fun is big, but the tables are small ♟️🎲 Oh my… I stopped by Spilcaféen in Vestergade, and yes – it IS fun. At least I got a lot of pieces to fall into place that evening. The selection of games is impressive – it’s like stepping into a candy store for board game nerds. Everything is there: from “let’s ruin our friendship in UNO” to “let’s save our marriage in Partners.” But popularity comes at a price. And the price is space. You sit a bit close together, so it sometimes feels like playing Stratego against the next table. If you pull out a large game, finding space for the pieces is almost archaeology. The prices? Well, they’re right on the high end. You pay a little for the very idea that you’re sitting in Aarhus’ gaming mecca – not just for the drinks. And then there’s the staff. Here I had an experience that could almost have been taken out of a role-playing game: When I said “good day”, I got a look back that could have killed me on the spot. I was sincerely convinced that the person was a second away from pressing the panic alarm, just because I smiled too friendly. And honestly, I care more about customer service than whether you can recite the rules of Twilight Imperium backwards. A smile and a little helpfulness are what you remember – not a death stare over the counter. All in all, Spilcaféen is a great place: huge selection, lots of coziness – but also a little too expensive, a little too cramped and with looks that can knock you over faster than a game of Matador. Rating: 3 out of 5 pieces that always fall to the floor. Thanks for the game, Spilcaféen Aarhus. I am both entertained, a little bit squeezed – and still impressed by how much you can feel suspicious just by saying “hello.”

24/11/2025: Dijon mustard HEAVEN!! We went there on a sunday morning it was very peaceful, the owners were lovely. The food portions were big we absolutely loved the place. Would love to go back when I visit copenhagen again!!

26/10/2025: Great menu with a team who really care about the food. Superb beer, lovely hot chocolate and great choice of French wines. Frenchy is a lovely pit stop to grab some food!

05/12/2025: It's really hard to accept when the waiter brings the wrong main course and is unable to handle the situation. Then you also find other mistakes on a dull evening, where everything could have been made right again. We had to ask for the dessert wine ourselves when the dessert was served and the water was not refilled, and to top it off, an error in the bill (and without an apology or appropriate decoration)

09/11/2025: An evening at B-Spis. As the menu is called, and that's exactly what you get. You enter a new universe, and completely forget about time. The dishes are complete, the wines are carefully selected, the waiters' performances of the evening menu take you through the journey and the wonderful universe of taste you are embarking on. You leave with the feeling that you have been on a wonderful journey. Definitely worth a visit.

27/10/2025: Don´t really like this restaurant. Had not a good feeling in the restaurant. The atmosphere was more low then high. The Service was nice, but I had the felling, she´s happy I go. The food was good but I don´t like the decoration. I order meat not meat in carrott dressing. The prizeses are very high.
