26/09/2025: I had a really bad experience here. The owner/manager seemed very uninterested in serving me, said there was only cake until I asked for a menu, and had a kind of arrogant attitude. Very disappointing, I won't be back. If there had been other places nearby, I would have left immediately. But since there weren't, I decided to stay for some potato chips, which were incredible; large and with a really delicious herb mayo.

09/09/2025: I have eaten many different pizzas in my time, but this one is definitely one of the best. A white pizza with Salsiccia, pepperoni 🤩 The base was thin and super, super crispy! Ate there under an umbrella when it was raining. Everyone else stayed inside……

18/07/2025: Worst ice cream experience of the summer. Not only was I denied a small portion (1 scoop), as this is only for kids. I don’t want to have more than one scoop. Why are you discriminating adults? I had to then purchase two scoops, but I couldn’t choose two flavors as this is illegal in this ice cream shop. Why? Sad face

10/07/2025: Ice cream that is made at that time! It is a nice experience to see the preparation of what you will eat! The flavors we tried were all extremely delicious! A small gastronomic paradise! The salted caramel flavor is unimaginable !!!!!!

12/09/2025: We held a wedding party with reception and food at Transformerstationen last Friday with just over 50 guests. It was a great success, and everyone I spoke to had a good experience. This is not least due to the team behind Transformerstationen, including their waiters and bartenders. Simon was really good at sparring with us about the preparations for the party. And the waiters and bartenders (Christian, Emilie, Sebastian and Victor) were very service-minded, helpful and professional throughout. We thank you for a wonderful day and give our warmest recommendations :)

20/08/2025: Dining here was a formidable experience, thanks above all to the staff (both service and kitchen), whose warm service and thoughtful presentation made us feel genuinely welcome. They went out of their way to accommodate food restrictions — we even found some of the gluten-free variations more flavorful than the originals. The fish smell of one dish was otherworldly, something I’d happily bottle as a perfume. Pricing is very fair for smaller bites like aperitifs, while the ambitious 15-course menu is certainly a commitment in every dimension (culinary, attention span, financial, ...). The mixed wine-juice pairing was a highlight, with juices adding a creativity and diversity that outshines many wine lists, even alongside some wonderfully unusual bottles.

02/08/2025: Vi var afsted med nogle af vores gode venner, ankomst, vi bliver taget i mod med manér, sidder ved et bord med super flot udsigt over havet, nærmest portræt lignende, vi bliver sendt gennem en kulinarisk mad oplevelse, med passende skønne vine, i alt en rigtig god aften… Spiser en del ude, denne gang blev vi alle fire positivt overrasket, da vi skal tilbage mod hotellet og aftenen er slut, står al personale ved døren og siger tak for en skøn aften… Det er klasse… Er man på Bornholm, så må man ikke gå glip af denne oplevelse.. Vi kommer bestemt igen.

29/09/2025: The burger is definitely top notch. You can really taste that the ingredients have been thought through. The fries are crispy and seasoned/salted just right. The service is polite and quick. In addition, the option to wash it down with a draft beer from Fanø Bryghus doesn't detract. Quite the opposite. I'd love to come back. It's definitely worth recommending.

09/09/2025: The fries are seriously amazing and the burger was also great. Friendly and helpful staff that will go the extra mile to help you out, and the setting is nice as it always is around the island.

01/08/2025: Bestilte en bøfsandwich, den bøf der var i, var desværre under alt kritik hård og sej, forventer en rigtig saftig bøf til den pris. Personalet var søde og venlige, så nænnede ikke at skælde ud.

18/07/2025: Fik en tunmousse sandwich med rejer, det er over alt forventning. Der er god service, og personalet er meget professionelle i deres omgangstone, de giver et godt førstehåndsindtryk.

02/09/2025: We arrived in Assens on our sailboat and just wanted a quick bite to eat. Choosing the restaurant 'La Posta' turned out to be a great choice! The pizza is truly amazing, and the lady who served us was very attentive and hospitable. Highly recommended!
