25/02/2026: Really delicious pizzas! We ordered 10 takeaway pizzas on a Saturday, and they were just efficient at making them! Super good service, polite staff and good pizzas! All in all a really good experience!

11/11/2025: It was really delicious, fresh, affordable, and had a wide variety of choices. The owner and staff were very friendly, and the two of us girls had a great time.
08/11/2025: Great food, very tasty. We tried different dishes, ordered sushi and had a very tasty dessert. I highly recommend it. The owners are very friendly. We will be back.

But unfortunately the pizza didn't taste good at all and was very oily and salty
17/10/2025: Awesome, creative pizza toppings, great dough and generous portion sizes. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Nørrebro.

09/07/2026: After new owners the place is not worth visiting. Small example:. The price difference between a regular burger and a cheeseburger is 4 kroner. But if you buy a burger menu and want cheese in the burger, they charge 12 kroner extra.
07/07/2026: I was in Copenhagen for several days on business and happened to eat at Byens Pizza. I was so impressed by the food (pide/burger/pasta) and service (very nice staff) that I naturally came back several times during my stay and was always welcome.

28/03/2026: It's a nice enough place and the food is good. I just think it's become quite expensive to buy anything there. It's not the place's fault. It's various taxes. I've started bringing my own coffee from home. But it's a nice enough place.
29/01/2026: Delicious place in the old station building. Cozy decor. Many different take away dishes in the display case, also vegan. Varied menu also with vegan burger. A good mix of cafe, kiosk, coffee shop and eatery. Makes their own dough that you can buy, and homemade deli items.

11/07/2026: This was my first time at this restaurant, and the sushi was even better than I expected. The sashimi was very fresh, the rice was cooked to the perfect consistency, and every bite was satisfying. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended!
* The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the presentation was exquisite, and the sushi melted in my mouth, allowing me to taste the natural sweetness of the ingredients. Overall, a fantastic experience.
11/07/2026: The dishes are plentiful and delicious 😋 and the prices are very reasonable.

27/05/2026: We were having trouble getting bird droppings off our car, and unfortunately, after the first pass through the car wash, hardly any of it came off. The employee immediately gave us free cleaning supplies and also offered us another free car wash (premium). What fantastic service, highly recommended!
15/05/2026: Always the sweetest and friendliest staff. Extremely helpful and accommodating, come and go often with a fantastic experience every time. They are slowly starting to remember who I am and what I usually buy or need. It's just the icing on the cake but beyond that. So super friendly staff

27/01/2026: I have often been to Hai Yi with my family and friends and there is always a welcome and when we leave with full bellies of various foods, ice cream and coffee - a big smile on their lips with thanks for today and a safe return home.
The dirty plates are quickly removed, and even though it is very busy, they come almost immediately and take our order.
01/01/2026: I have never had such bad food.
The food was cold, sticky and tasteless. There were 18 of us who were looking forward to delicious food, but unfortunately we had to leave hungry because no one wanted to finish eating.
This is the first and last time we visit the restaurant. Over 3000 kr went out the window.
