11/07/2026: Professionalism Is What Happens When Things Almost Go Wrong People often judge hotels by what happens when everything goes according to plan. I don’t. I judge them by what happens when they think something has gone wrong. Some time ago, mu wife and I were enjoying the seven-course tasting menu when, after the third course, I jokingly remarked that it had been a rather small piece of meat. A few moments later the waiter asked whether everything was alright. My wife smiled and said everything tasted wonderful, but that I might have been hoping for a little more meat. The waiter quietly nodded and disappeared. A couple of minutes later he returned with the head waiter. Suddenly our table became the centre of a perfectly choreographed operation. Plates disappeared. New plates arrived. Steak knives appeared from nowhere. The table was reset with almost military precision. It was obvious they were preparing to serve me a complimentary beef tenderloin. I was genuinely impressed. Then reality caught up with all of us. We hadn’t even reached the main course yet. The “small piece of meat” had simply been course number three. The actual main course—a magnificent quail—was still on its way. We all laughed, the table was restored, and dinner continued as if nothing had happened. But here’s the thing. I’ve spent much of my career working with large organisations and complex projects. What impressed me wasn’t the misunderstanding. It was the response. Nobody argued. Nobody tried to explain why I was wrong. Nobody waited for a manager’s approval. Their instinct was simply: “A guest might leave disappointed. Let’s fix it immediately.” You cannot fake that. That isn’t good service. That’s culture. The food was outstanding. The setting is beautiful. But the professionalism of the team is what I still remember. That’s rare.

09/06/2026: Was at a conference with overnight stay. Beautiful hotel with an atmosphere of the "old" days with nice decor. Service was faultless and the room was nice and clean. There are also good parking options close to the hotel at a reasonable price. Or free a few minutes walk away.

05/08/2026: They don't write clearly enough on the menu that there is parmesan on their fries, parmesan is not vegetarian so that's 40 kroner out the window

02/08/2026: Perhaps the best burger chain I've ever eaten at. The fries and accompanying sauce were especially fantastic. Since it's located a bit outside the city center, it's almost a hidden gem – definitely recommended!

13/06/2026: We went to a champagne tasting and it was a super nice experience. Good atmosphere. It was a good performance of the different champagnes. Funny enough, we missed some sales pitch, i.e. advertising for the purchase of snacks, the menu could possibly be on the tables. Advertising for the purchase of champagne at the end, possibly with a discount.

17/05/2026: Very fun place. A bar-like vibe but then with champagne!

12/09/2026: veeery delicious breakfast. many vegetarian options and very friendly staff. one small improvement suggestion: It would have been nice to also have a vegan option to eat.

12/09/2026: I had breakfast here every morning while I was in Copenhagen. All their products are my favorites. If I ever come back to Copenhagen, I'll come here every day.

13/10/2026: Really nice food(We have ordered One lamb dish and spicy chilli garlic white fish) - both were amazing. Good service Good selection and nice taste But, We only got 1 bowl of rice for two dishes

09/10/2026: The food was SUPER delicious, but unfortunately not a 5/5 experience, as the service was not quite good. You order on an iPad, and then the food comes out continuously. Super delicious, but we were missing one dish, and after having received and eaten everything else we ordered, we waited for a really long time. We mentioned it to the waiter, who said they were busy and that they were sorry. Quite ok, but we waited for another 20-30 minutes (we had been sitting and eating for over 2 hours) and we wanted to continue, so we ended up having to find a waiter and cancel the last order. A bit of a shameful end to the evening, but that will definitely not stop me from coming back. Super good food.

24/07/2026: Fantastic service, as I had forgotten to bring my credit card and couldn't get home without some gas in the car. A solution was found and I was able to move on from there. Thank you so much for your help :)

16/10/2026: Perfect small pizza place serving freshly baked pizzas. Large size, small price. rlTun by a kind older man (for 28 years). Homely atmosphere, children can draw pictures to hang on the wall.

20/08/2026: Best value for money in the neighbourhood. Pizza so good, you eat the crust

17/08/2026: Good pizzas with good ingredients. And they go lightning fast! Went by yesterday, and they seemed to be a bit busy. Ordered two pizzas and a sandwich. And was told 10 minutes, but barely had time to look down at the phone before my food was ready.

17/08/2026: Really good pizzeria with good Italian ingredients and you can taste it in their pizzas.

07/10/2026: Held a big birthday party, really good food and drinks were included in the price, as well as using either mini golf or bowling, and children had access to rental land.

07/09/2026: The foods are ok. The price is high. They mixed up our foods with next table’s 3 times. They did not tell us the water was not free, so we paid $7 for 2cups of tap water which we hardly touch, because we ordered soup. Other restaurant gave us the price warning before serving the water, especially if soup has been ordered already.

04/10/2026: Amazing food and service at Piccolo Pizza! The pizzas are delicious and cooked to perfection, and the two people working there were wonderful and super helpful. I loved everything about this place

09/08/2026: I'm not a fan of calling a pizza a kebab pizza and then there's barely enough kebab on it? They must be laughing all the way to the bank when they're not willing to make sure the product reflects the name.
