10/07/2025: We had a go at their indian cuisine due to us loving the old restaurant that used to serve nice, authentic & and cheap indian cuisine. We have been avoiding this place for the past couple of years due to the very clear shift in theme - is it a burger joint, a café or still an indian restaurant? Well, that hunger for proper spicy food took over one evening, and we found ourselves ordering curry from our old favourite spot. To our disappointment - a super limited menu when it comes to indian cuisine, with no daals, no biriyani and very few currys to choose from. Nevertheless - we ordered: -Palak paneer -Chicken tikka masala -and a naan bread on the side Here comes the reason for the 2 stars, and not 1. When I asked for the tikka masala to be proper spicy, she seemed very excited and happy - and would gladly make it as authentic as possible. It was perfectly spicy, and it was clear they added fresh chili - very nice! The chicken however was the driest lumps of frozen meat i've had in a while. As for the palak paneer; clearly frozen, overly sweet and altogether disgusting in its texture and appearance. And last but certainly not least - the biggest middle finger to their costumers - the Naan... 25 kr for 2 weird cuts of microwaved lukewarm pieces of "mini-flatbread" with a bit of butter spread on top. Fellas.... when you microwave bread, it turns soggy throughout half the bread, and rock hard/dry on the other half. Inedible! This has got to be the most confusing and disappointing indian/burger house/cafés in... well the world? I dont think i've ever come across such a "concept" before. We won't be coming back to this place, that for sure.

06/06/2025: As the name suggests, it is a cozy little place, with a modern interior. I ordered online to save a little (10%). I was inside Hygge Costa a few min. later and was welcomed by a friendly employee who asked if I had ordered anything. When she got my name she rushed into the kitchen and had my order expedited - even though I hadn't asked for it. That's really good customer service. I ordered 2 burgers: Søborg Burger (150 grams/medium), Price: 75 kr. Brioche bun, Beef, Cheddar cheese, Bacon, Salad, Pickled cucumbers, Caramelized onions, Aioli, Cipotle dressing. It's a good burger, with nice flavor, I especially liked the bacon, but for the price I expected a little more. I know that Brioche buns have become very popular, but I would have preferred a classic (toasted) sesame bun (3.5 out of 5) Pulled Pork Burger, Price: 95 kr. * This burger is no longer on the menu. Brioche bun, Salad, Pulled pork, Roasted onions, Pickled cucumbers, Bbq, Dijon mayo. This burger was really delicious, and no expense was spared on the meat - there is plenty of flavor both in the meat, but the other elements (5 out of 5). I will definitely come back to try some of the other burgers with e.g. Pulled Duck, Steak and the 'Hygge' burger. --- There are new owners, the name has changed to 'Keerthis Kitchen' and Indian food has been added to the menu. There is no longer a discount for online ordering. The service is unchanged, with very welcoming and service-minded staff. I was even offered a taste of their mango lassi while I was waiting for my order. I tried 2 burgers that I have not tasted before (but I guess their Indian food is better than the burgers). The burgers are great and the buns are toasted, which is a plus. The lettuce in the pictures is not the one used in the burgers, so it loses some of its "crunch" and is just a decoration. Steak Burger - 95 kr. Brioche bun, beef steak, truffle mayo, lettuce, pickles, caramelized onions. This one was very disappointing. The meat was rubbery (maybe microwaved) and had tendons in it, and although the bun and accessories in the burger were excellent, the meat should be the 'star' of this burger. 2 out of 5. Lamb Classic Cheese Burger - 75 kr Brioche bun, lamb, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, fresh onion, aioli. This burger was really delicious and juicy, but it didn't have a distinct lamb flavor - but tasty. 4 out of 5. My revised rating is without having tried their Indian dishes. I could well fear that not having a sharply focused menu would compromise the quality.

28/02/2026: I ordered a Punjabi Special minus the meatballs with the addition of onions, olives, dressing and mushrooms. They charged extra for that – fair enough. But when you pay extra and already pay a pretty high price for the pizza, you also expect to get what you order. First of all, I waited over 1.5 hours for the food, and when it finally arrived, it was completely cold. This is simply not acceptable. I could neither see nor taste the mushrooms or green chilies that are otherwise in the description of the pizza. It honestly felt like a completely ordinary standard pizza – and I actually think a frozen pizza would have tasted better. There was also very little dressing. But the worst part was the base. It was not fully baked – there was clearly raw dough, which can also be seen in the picture, where the toppings have been removed. It is not just a matter of taste, it is poor quality. When I called to point this out, they started arguing and insisting that of course there were mushrooms and chillies in it. I couldn't see or taste any of it - maybe I'm blind, but it didn't seem that way. All in all a really disappointing experience, especially when you pay at the higher end and have to wait so long for cold and half-baked food.

13/12/2025: We went here on a Saturday evening and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was very nice. We got butter chicken and chicken tikka massala. I found the naan to be a little off, but it didn't subtract from the overall experience. I would dine here again with my partner :)

02/11/2025: Great find whilst visiting Copenhagen. Really good value for money, a great menu and the staff are really lovely and friendly. I came with my 2 sons one had nachos, the other had the breaded chicken and chips from the kids menu and I had the fajitas. All hot and tasted really good. If we come back we will definitely be visiting again.

31/10/2025: It was a bit out of season, so it was a bit of a hmmmm experience. The main dish was Wiener Schnitzel with baked potatoes etc. There was also the fish of the day. Wine Ok and the food was well prepared, but a bit unimaginative.

12/11/2025: One of the nicest places I've been. Have been here a few times, and every time is a pleasure. The service is good and they are always smiling - and the beer is excellent. The prices are just as they should be. The atmosphere and decor create a really nice atmosphere.

01/11/2025: Vinstue 90 is one of those places where time feels frozen. The lighting is dim, but not cozy — more like an old fluorescent tube that refuses to die out. People sit close together, yet far apart. Conversations repeat themselves as if they’ve been going on for years. There’s a heaviness in the air, as if no one really wants to be here, but can’t leave either. Many come to forget, but end up remembering everything they’re trying to suppress. Vinstue 90 is not mean — just empty. A place where you feel the silence amidst the noise, and where eyes seek contact but rarely find it.

25/10/2025: The food never disappoints. Always order either a burger or a skewer and it's always good. Service: nice staff no matter how busy it is they are down to earth. Atmosphere: there is not much space so it's not family friendly but more of a takeaway But otherwise 5 out of 5 from me

25/12/2025: Myself working in the food biz and having personally being part of the whole BMO scene, I know how hard it is to deliver a consistently good product. Maybe only one bun out of the +30 buns I’ve had from Ard in the past year, have been just below near perfect. Says a lot. There’s plenty of bakeries in cph that specializes in BMOs, but very few make a bun consistently this good. Sesame seeds on both sides, airy crumb, well caramelized, thick pieces of cheese and descent amount of butter. The only thing I can critique is the butter, not sure if they season their own, but if they do, they could throw in a little for salt. Just my preference. Anyway, all in all the sesame bun is a 5/5. Shared Top 1 spot (in my opinion there’s only 2 good ones, no need to name the other one) Keep up the solid work Peace
