08/09/2025: I would like to share our disappointing experience with Bodenhoffs Bakery. We had ordered a cake for our daughter's first birthday, but when we came to pick up the cake, it wasn't ready. They could see that our receipt was for the date in question but no cake for us. We stood there, confused and disappointed, knowing that we were about to serve cake to 20 guests. The bakery couldn't even offer us anything other than to send us to customer service, which seemed completely unreasonable., to get their money back. We weren't even offered anything as compensation when we stood there with our hair in the mailbox and were supposed to serve cake. It's simply not okay to treat customers that way. I would not recommend this bakery as they failed to deliver what they promised and the customer service was far from satisfactory.

02/05/2025: Very good sandwiches - excellent roastbeef. Fish sandwich should have been avtad more crispy, but still ok. Fast service.

29/12/2025: Five sandwiches, four different ones. But they couldn't mark on the boxes what was what. When I pointed this out I got a flippant 'you can open the top and look we're busy'. You can't tell the difference between a tunacado and a spicy tuna that way. Or a club and an avocado, so people got the wrong sandwiches they started eating before they noticed the mistake. It's just so poor. Both handling and behavior.

06/10/2025: Clearly the workers here are getting careless. I got a Wolt order for à seranno, came with a random peice of cheddar inside and 2 thin slices of mozzarella. The worst sandwich I’ve had at à Joe and the juice in my 6 years. Honestly i will no longer be purchasing from tbis locatjon as clearly they do not hire people who put effort into the food.

01/06/2024: What an amazing experience. From you enter til you leave, this is one of the best dining experiences I had in years. Service was quick and aware, and the presentation and guidance through the drinks and wine menu were perfect. We had the full menu, dishes were on the the smaller size, and I would assume that If you chose tasting menu, you would leave a bit peckish. All dishes were beautiful presented and very tastefull. Looking forward to the reopening

05/06/2025: We ordered food on their website and delivery. The delivery from Wolt only came with half the food. Wolt didn't think they could do anything and the employee from Social grill Virum thought the same. They also didn't think it was their responsibility that the delivery got all the food. Social grill apparently couldn't order a new delivery to deliver the rest. This is not the first time that there is a mess in the order when picking up there. But luckily it's the last time we order there.

23/01/2025: It's a super nice place, good waiters and lovely guests and lots of fun. You can play billiards and raffle and listen to good music from the jukebox 5 out of 5 stars

26/12/2025: Good selection. Good service. Prices are definitely on the high end.

05/10/2025: Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. The cafe latte was not good, so I asked for either a new one, an extra espresso shot or my money back, but was refused everything. I was served by Rihanna and Laura, who unfortunately did not seem like they had the desire or ability to work in a service profession. It's a shame, because a good cup of coffee and friendly service should be a given. Unfortunately, I will not be back

09/09/2025: Waited a long time, got a vegetarian sandwich served in a paper tray which I had to eat because it was stuck. So threw most of it away. And quite expensive too

25/08/2025: Bad experience, only stools to sit on!! Dog bowls to eat from!! Nice staff and good food.
