02/07/2025: Delicious pizzas, shady service. If you come here, bring cash. Often their card terminal doesn't work, and therefore they only accept cash. Their pizzas are delicious - of course. Lovely service in itself. Incredibly nice staff and a good experience in general. However, it is unfortunate that their card terminal doesn't work 9 out of 10 times you come here, and therefore you have to pay with cash. Of course, it's just unfortunate timing on my part, and certainly not so that they can avoid paying VAT and tax on that money - right? Recommended? Yes! More than once? Yes, but bring cash!

12/06/2025: One of my life's little pleasures is eating a No. 13 once a week. It's an incredibly ambivalent experience, as every time I take a bite, there's one less left. Happiness and sadness mixed in equal proportions. In short, here's a recommendation.

29/05/2025: Muy buen lugar, habitaciones limpias, servicio muy bueno, personal agradable, señora muy agradable llamada Ira en el desayuno. Era muy agradable. Nada era un problema para ella. Espero que los gerentes en Richmond lean comentarios y le den una paga extra.

24/05/2025: Increíble desayuno, gran variedad de pan fresco, embutidos e incluso salmón ahumado danés / arenque. Además, el personal ha sido muy servicial y amable.

09/08/2025: Dirty tables, even though no customers were in sight. Asked to stay in the café and eat and was hoping for some service, plates, or the like - maybe one of the two young guys working would check if the table I was sitting at was ok, but alas no they were busy talking about the party they were going to visit tonight. A somewhat boring experience now that it could easily be a wow experience.

20/09/2025: Not the biggest selection, very few extra ordinary flavors and all tastes super sweet and chemical. We had cherry and raspberry. Far from any natural taste. The apple pie one pretty bad and consistency was grainy, like biting on sugar crystal and couldn’t taste apple just rum rosiner….

10/09/2025: I've been there twice at 8:30 PM to buy ice cream, but both times the shop has been completely closed – despite the fact that the opening hours are later. It's really a shame when you go there expecting it to be open.
