09/12/2025: I was invited to lunch on Sunday at "Silberbauers bistro". That place gets all my best recommendations 👌 The food was absolutely fantastic and the wine perfectly matched 👌. The service/staff was competent, professionally skilled and created a friendly/cozy atmosphere throughout the restaurant 👌. It's an experience I'll never forget ‼️. THANK YOU 🌞

02/11/2025: The initiated are aware that Copenhagen offers a wide variety of French restaurants: From soulless tourist traps to themed venues that drown you in images of Eiffel towers, baguettes and mustached-beret-wearing mannequins. Then there are the upper-class-upper-price range-mediocre-produce places that look like the place to be, but rarely keep what their polished looks promise. Silberbauer is the opposite of that. Discreet and understated on the outside, full of life and buzz on the inside. Though they fall in the same category as most other restaurants - namely that the starters outshine the mains - all dishes that I tried were the best I’ve had all year. However, the undisputed star was the seared/grilled(?) bone marrow with bread (see photos). The taste was so rich, it actually made the main dish (gnocchi ragout) pale in comparison in terms of flavour. Pro tip: Order it as a pre-desert after the main! My only regret I have from my visit is, that I didn’t order more of them. Four stars on the vibe because it was lunch and I’d imagine dinner time is more lively.

09/09/2025: Highly recommend their coffee beans. I've tried KAFFA, AYNU, WORKE and DESTA and they were all very good, however I preferred their medium roasts over dark roasts.

01/09/2025: Chillest of places in a totally unexpected location. A cute oasis filled with great vibes and actually high quality coffee. The hot cocoa was immaculate too, sweet as a treat and still full and rich in flavour. Oh and also the interior is super cool. Big couch area to socialize, lots of whacky artifacts to wonder about and some kind baristas too :)

02/01/2026: Excellent sushi and lovely staff. We had the pleasure of serving some sushi to our Norwegian friends who agreed with us, this is perhaps some of the best TA sushi we have had.

01/01/2026: Super delicious sushi place, with the most amazing service. The level is super high compared to the price. We are happy to drive 20 km when we want sushi.

26/11/2025: Unassuming bakery offering traditional danish pastries and sourdough bread. Loved the deeply flavoured sweet and savoury yeast dough bun with coffee glaze. The pastries with croissant doughs were also fab - the tebirkes with poppy seeds and the Kringle with prunes, cardamon, brandy - beautifully laminated, crispy and flaky, soft inside. The cardamon bun was probably my favourite from this trip. All buns were sweeter than what I’m used to but flavours and textures work really well. Great staff too!

21/11/2025: The pastries were delicious, best pain au chocolat that I’ve ever had, the apple Christmas pastry was also delicious. Unfortunately I did not like the hot chocolate. I do not doubt that it’s made with high quality ingredients but for me the taste was a little too sour. Also, I’d like to have an option to add whipped cream ☺️ Would definitely return.

24/03/2026: We ate vegetarian pizza, the dough was very good.

24/03/2026: It's literally a little piece of Italy, a cozy restaurante in the streets of copenhagen. Close to the center of the city, hás a lot of different pizzas made with fresh, truly italian ingredientes. I surely recommend everyone who likes pizza to go, also, it's cheaper than most places over there.

26/12/2025: Great burgers, worth the wait since we didn’t reserve a table. The staff were very accommodating with our burger choices, as well as finding a table for us last minute last Saturday evening. Really tasty burgers!

08/12/2025: We were in Copenhagen for three days and Karla was recommended to us for its regional cuisine. Making a reservation online was easy and even possible at short notice. The atmosphere is rather rustic. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was amazing. The roast pork with the gravy was so tender and delicious. My husband had the Wiener Schnitzel and was also incredibly impressed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and would definitely come back. 08/12/2025: Exceptional flavor, incredibly friendly shopkeeper. The crispy dough coming out of his oven will make you want to come back. If we ever pass by, we'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: Tucked inside the Meatpacking District, Prolog nails the balance between cool and serious. The coffee is outstanding — smooth, complex, and clearly made by people who care. Their croissant is crisp, buttery, and one of the best you’ll find in Copenhagen. The space is small but stylish, buzzing with quiet energy and creative types. Come early, grab a window seat, and enjoy one of the city’s finest coffee experiences without the pretentious vibe.

27/10/2025: Coffee milk texture of my latte was decent but they were very weak. Probably better with a second shot of espresso but it works out pretty expensive for a single cup of coffee then..! The drinks are not served very warm so beware if you sit outside - they'll get cold very quickly! The customer service was unfortunately meh, not very friendly at all...

10/12/2025: They made a sourdough pizza for me even though it was 10 in the morning and they really only serve pizza from 11. Ordered a white potato pizza and it was super good, very appreciated.

28/10/2025: Sushi Anaba was absolutely delightful! Next to Salt (in Budapest), Sushi Anaba was one of our favorite restaurants and experiences during our journey across Europe. We skipped the wine pairing and went with wine by the bottle . The two I would recommend that paired well with the coursed meal are: Domaine Vacheron Les Romains Sancerre; and Gerard Boulay Sancerre La Cote. Lastly, and not to distract from the food, they had the best restrooms at any of the Michelin restaurants we've been lucky enough to dine at. Choose Door #2.

27/10/2025: The food is great, the service is great compare with most of other restaurants. But since it is award as Michelin one star and based on my experience I would only think it is 3/5 for the food. First of all, I think the vinegar rice I had is a bit too salty which over take the some white fish nigiri flavour. Secondly, I had one fish bone in of the nigiri. Third, I think most of the nigiri is using same sauce with all kind of fish is a bit too simple. Last thing I would like to mention is that the bowl of the soup dish I had is a bit broken. As Michelin one star restaurants, I think this is a bit unpleasant experience.
