We had the Paté Experience and what can we say other than receiving an explosion of flavors with plates that were all so different from each other but still maintaining an excellent harmony of taste. The artichoke dish is the best I've ever eaten, try it and you'll see 😉

07/06/2025: Good selection of beers, convenient QR code menu, and an interesting interior. However, there’s only one restroom for a rather large beer-focused venue. The food is okay, but not at all what’s described on the menu. What’s served as "pizza" can barely be called a flatbread with toppings. The dough is overcooked — not just baked, but fried to the point of being dry, thin, and burnt, completely out of place for the dish. The arancini are tasty but come swimming in a sauce that overwhelms the delicate truffle flavor. I recommend taking them out and eating them separately — that way, you’ll actually taste the truffle and enjoy the balanced texture.

29/06/2025: I’ve been to Cava Café several times now and keep coming back — I’ve even brought friends, and they’ve all loved it. I’ve tried many brunch spots around Copenhagen, but this one truly stands out for both the quality of the food and the great service. The staff is friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming, which is honestly rare to find in Copenhagen. Prices are fair and in line with what you’d expect in the city. To me, it’s one of the places where we’ve received the kindest service, and that, combined with the delicious food, always makes me want to return. Highly recommended!

26/05/2025: Stopped by this lovely little bakery and honestly, I’m already planning my next visit. The coffee was absolutely amazing—I had an oat flat white and it was smooth, perfectly balanced, and just the right temperature. Easily one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. I also treated myself to a slice of cheesecake, and wow… it was incredible. Creamy, rich, with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite left me wanting more. If I didn’t have to leave, I’d probably still be sitting there with a second slice and another flat white! The vibe in the bakery was warm and welcoming—definitely the kind of place you could spend a slow morning or afternoon. Highly recommend to any coffee and dessert lover.

24/05/2025: Went to 2 stores multiple times while we were on a short break in Copenhagen. Can thoroughly recommend the coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The stores can get busy a peak times but the efficient and polite staff know how to cope.

30/07/2025: The cafe's atmosphere is classy and nice. The food is unique and delicious. The thin layer of Danish rye bread underneath the food seems to be a special feature. I had a delicious meal.

22/07/2025: A real bakery – like in the good old days In a time when almost all bakeries are trying to reinvent themselves with sourdough, experimental coffee types and home-invented concepts, there are still oases of genuine, old-fashioned charm. On Amager – in the middle of vibrant Greater Copenhagen – there is a small bakery that refuses to follow the fashionable trends of the time. And thank God for that. Here, everything is reminiscent of the time when you were sent off on a bicycle with a coin in your pocket and a message from your mother: “Get a loaf of pastry – and remember, the one with the thick icing!” The window is still freshly painted, the cake recipes seem to have been inherited from a time when butter was butter, and you didn’t put three kinds of kernels in all bread. After all, it’s not canaries who are going to eat it – it’s us humans. There’s something touching and safe about a place like this. Here you can smell vanilla, freshly baked French bread and a time that is otherwise disappearing. The staff is nice, the atmosphere is informal, and they still sell raspberry shortbread that tastes like they did before someone started calling it “retro”. You might feel a little warm at heart. Because it’s not just a bakery – it’s a little piece of Denmark that still holds the flag high. I don’t think there are many of this kind left. But here is one of them. And it’s worth supporting

08/06/2025: Very delicious bread and rolls, a wide selection. Super friendly staff. For cake lovers, there are many different treats, including fantastic cinnamon rolls and heavenly strawberry cake.

20/07/2025: It is definitely worth visiting this shop if you find yourself in Reffen!! Very tasty fries and in large quantities!! I didn't even wait 5 minutes and their price was very good compared to the others I have encountered in Copenhagen!! I would highly recommend the shop!! 🙏🏻✨️

17/06/2025: A friend brought me here and I was tired after a flight so I had no expectations. The best pasta I've had (the one with spinach) and one of the best meals of my life. Thank you.

30/05/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't take any pictures this time. We had reserved a table online in advance. It was quite warm in the restaurant (open kitchen). It took about 30 minutes from the time we asked for the starter to arrive. The pizza was hot, fresh, and crispy—very good. Overall, though, it was a bit overpriced. Service was friendly, though not the fastest. It would actually be worth 3.5 to just under 4 stars. I can definitely recommend it.

21/03/2025: Så har vi igen været på besøg hos Teglkroen, fantastisk spisested. Vi fik stegt flæsk, kartofler og persillesovs i rigelige mængder - alt smagte himmelsk. En glad og smilende modtagelse af både “madmor” og den søde tjener. Et helt fantastisk spisested, vi kommer snart igen og anbefaler det gerne til venner og bekendte..

25/02/2025: Jeg spiste frokost på Teglkroen. Stegt flæsk med kartofler og persillesovs. Det var rigtigt. . Flæsket var saftigt og sværen sprød. Lige som det skal være. Kroen har en hyggelig atmosfære og en hurtig og venlig betjening. Jeg kommer gerne igen.
