14/05/2025: The food is truly excellent; we had a chicken pita and halloumi/falafel bowl. The food is, of course, freshly prepared and served very quickly. The shop is in the basement, making it easy to miss. Unfortunately, there aren't many seats, and it's not particularly cozy, but it's clean and serves its purpose. A definite recommendation for an inexpensive (by Danish standards) and delicious snack.

26/03/2025: One of all time favorite restaurant in Copenhagen. You know you will never fail with Vækst. Both personal and professional visits were amazing. Most recently, I went to Vækst (again) with my external partners from abroad, they looooooved it. They could not stop talking about the restaurant - food was great service also was great. We also got those small ‘surprises’ between servings which was quite pleasant 😉

07/04/2025: No esperaba mucho y solo quería tener una comida rápida después de estar fuera todo el día. Voy a hacer una larga historia corta: la lasaña que era tan "famosa" fue la peor de toda mi vida. El queso tenía un olor desagradable y no se podía encontrar salsa de tomate. La carne tenía un sabor extraño y la pasta era un desastre esponjoso. No había especias para hacer el plato más interesante. El sabor que impregnaba eran los sabores a fuego del queso quemado en los bordes. Fue realmente asqueroso, no pude terminarlo. Al camarero no le importó, tuve que pagar la totalidad. ¡Advertencia clara!

08/05/2025: Very friendly staff. Sweet and smiling. The food tastes good and good ingredients. Maybe a little small portions, and Copenhagen prices. Nice that there are wet wipes on the tables. The food comes quickly, perfect if you want to move on, but also a cozy atmosphere if you want to stay.

30/04/2025: Was just there for my birthday. The waiter was super pleasant, the atmosphere was great, and I was super full, without refills on warm dishes. Price was also good. This is my new go-to brunch place.

03/04/2025: Holdt fødselsdag for 22 personer til frokost (et 7-timers arrangement med velkomstdrink, 3 retter, kaffe og avec samt vin, øl og sodavand ad libitum) i et af festlokalerne. Flot lokale, virkelig god mad, den sødeste betjening. Alt fungerede perfekt, super professionelt kørt, alle var glade, ikke mindst fødselaren. Kan kun anbefale!

27/03/2025: Vi kom på en fredelig onsdag aften - der var stuvende fyldt, men vi havde heldigvis bestilt bord til min fars 89 års fødselsdag. Servicen var som vanligt super rar og imødekommende. Maden var helt sublim god. Det er fjerde eller femte gang vi har været her - og fortællingen er det samme hver gang!!! Mad i absolut topklasse, krydret med super betjening !! Tak - vi kommer helt sikkert igen
