29/10/2024: Too much oil from the fryer. Normally it should just drip off. The boyfriend and I KU ik eat our food. Unfortunately. I lay all night with heartburn from too much oil.

03/04/2025: Fantastic experience. Everything plays great! The pizza base was crispy, the ingredients were fresh and the service was top notch. It is always a good experience to eat at your place.

21/05/2025: Really a bad experience. Really expensive food and you don't get everything you ordered. The bread on the pizza and burger was burnt and the pizza was covered in cheese, while the burger was covered in dressing instead. Won't be back

15/04/2025: Piss boring pizzas. Nothing telling. Animals. The staff stood and discussed with me after they had made a mistake, had to leave with a half finished boring pizza. Will not buy again.

13/05/2025: I ordered from Too Good To Go. For an already high price for leftovers, they wouldn't even give soy sauce, wasabi, and single-use chopsticks. They wanted to charge extra. I have ordered sushi many times from leftovers, supermarkets, restaurants, all over the place and they always include soy sauce, wasabi, and single-use chopsticks

28/04/2025: Freshly made sushi ordered as TooGoodToGo. Very basic, but certainly acceptable for the price. 👍

17/10/2024: It was below average of what I expect from a grill. It was half dingy, the chairs for the little ones were dirtier the more you looked at them. They didn't have pizza even though it was stated at the front of the menu card. The side dish for the nachos tasted weird (maybe it was bad?). The burger was half lukewarm. The fries were good. Not a place we will return to.

17/09/2024: You get what you expect. Really ok for a snack. The boys who work there try hard. But it was already very dirty. Floor and tables.

11/12/2024: They have never heard of condiments, the food is bathed in fat, they can't tell the difference between aioli and salad mayonnaise, even though the fries are greasy, they have succeeded in making tasteless dry fries, it's like eating cardboard.

05/11/2024: There are no vegan entrees. Very narrow menu. As I am lactose intolerant, there was almost nothing you could get. The waiter didn't show much about it either. The others at the table mentioned that either their potatoes or meat were not heated properly and that there was a lot of fat on their ribeye (could have just been unlucky of course) However, the falafel salad tasted nice enough. There were just too few of them It's a bit of a shame that you can pay and control everything via the app (if you scan the QR code), it becomes far too impersonal

21/04/2025: Gerners Grill has been an icon, but halal, jala Music and no Red Sausages, Frankfurters, Bacon Wrapped Grill Sausages, then you kill the concept completely! Their burgers and fries are good. But only the name and the location remain, the rest are just memories, from a bygone era!

19/01/2025: The food is good, but I paid 8 kroner extra for dressing which I didn't get. And there are no contact options on their website apart from a phone number.

02/03/2025: Since yesterday morning, I had tried to book breakfast several times via the app, as the ones I want are always sold out. Every time I tried to pay, it said an error in my app and that the purchase was not completed. I could not see the orders under my click and collect orders, but I could see that the amount was reserved on my account (6 times). For obvious reasons I therefore call them as early as possible to find out if it is actually 6 orders or what is up and down. Just as much out of courtesy to make sure they haven't booked 6x my order which could potentially be sold to others this morning. My first call to the store is a line that is taken, and then I was allowed to listen to clerks dispatching customers for 5-6 minutes without anyone picking up the line. Therefore, I hang up and call again, as I assume that the receiver was picked up by mistake. Here I am met by an extremely flabby employee who clearly doesn't bother to listen to what my inquiry is actually about, and it is quite clear to feel that it would have fit better into the agenda if I had simply stopped calling, because she didn't have time for my call anyway. It's very rare that I choose to write a review like this, but it's just as much from continuous poor treatment at the same store over the past two years. It is the closest store from Lagkagehuset to my address, but it is definitely the last time I shop here. I would like to drive somewhere else from now on, because it simply cannot be right that you should have a feeling of discomfort in your whole body after being in contact with you or a customer in your store.

22/02/2025: 17!!! Minutes in line at the drive-in. No chocolate buns, no cinnamon rolls, no student bread - and then a Saturday morning. Think it will be CircleK next time

08/06/2025: Incredibly boring Pokebowls - consisted mostly of peas and corn. Very lethargic and virtually non-existent service. No one asked if everything was as it should be or if we wanted more (coffee/tea etc). The waiters were nowhere to be seen. We took our coffee home instead.

01/06/2025: Restaurant Gastropub: Personalet ikke særlig nærværende eller imødekommende. De har travlt med alt muligt andet and at tage sig af gæsterne der kom ind og ville spise. Personalet har svært ved at lytte og kom med mange dårlige undskyldninger om at de er for lidt personale, har travlt på trods af at restauranten knap nok var fyldt 15% op..... Det er ikke første gang jeg har oplevet dette på Hotel Birksø's restaurant "Gastropub" og jeg kan godt forstå hvorfor restauranten på en fredag aften kun er besøgt af 4-5 hold gæster.... Personalet skulle være mere imødekommende, smilede, engageret og ikke mindst lyttende. Maden - en såkaldt "Gastro-Burger" var noget af det mest kedelige jeg har oplevet. En meget lille gang forbrændte pommes friter, en halvkedelig burger uden nogen form for pynt eller ekstra. Burgerbollen havde også fået for meget og var noget af en "tør" omgang. Ved betalingen var der heller ikke nogen interesse fra personalet’s side, om det havde være en god oplevede eller om maden havde være ok. Ingen interesse… Det er bare på nogen måde godt nok.
