02/03/2025: Since yesterday morning, I had tried to book breakfast several times via the app, as the ones I want are always sold out. Every time I tried to pay, it said an error in my app and that the purchase was not completed. I could not see the orders under my click and collect orders, but I could see that the amount was reserved on my account (6 times). For obvious reasons I therefore call them as early as possible to find out if it is actually 6 orders or what is up and down. Just as much out of courtesy to make sure they haven't booked 6x my order which could potentially be sold to others this morning. My first call to the store is a line that is taken, and then I was allowed to listen to clerks dispatching customers for 5-6 minutes without anyone picking up the line. Therefore, I hang up and call again, as I assume that the receiver was picked up by mistake. Here I am met by an extremely flabby employee who clearly doesn't bother to listen to what my inquiry is actually about, and it is quite clear to feel that it would have fit better into the agenda if I had simply stopped calling, because she didn't have time for my call anyway. It's very rare that I choose to write a review like this, but it's just as much from continuous poor treatment at the same store over the past two years. It is the closest store from Lagkagehuset to my address, but it is definitely the last time I shop here. I would like to drive somewhere else from now on, because it simply cannot be right that you should have a feeling of discomfort in your whole body after being in contact with you or a customer in your store.

22/02/2025: 17!!! Minutes in line at the drive-in. No chocolate buns, no cinnamon rolls, no student bread - and then a Saturday morning. Think it will be CircleK next time

03/04/2025: Fantastic experience. Everything plays great! The pizza base was crispy, the ingredients were fresh and the service was top notch. It is always a good experience to eat at your place.

21/07/2025: I ordered three takeout pizzas, but only got two because the kitchen apparently didn't understand the order. I said I'd wait for the full order because I had guests at home, but they refused. So we had to choose who would eat and who would just watch, or share it among all the guests and still be hungry. The pizzas weren't cut by the restaurant, so we had to cut them ourselves. It seems the chef didn't understand that takeout pizzas should be cut into slices. Taste: Some people liked it, while others complained that it was dripping with grease, too salty, and too tough. We won't be ordering pizza from there again.

20/07/2025: Bad service with employees who are not very committed to their work. The food was very mediocre. We had their luxury buffet, which was mediocre and lacking. Super lazy cola and their pasta salad reminded me of something that has been bought ready. The pizza is also nothing to write home about.

10/06/2025: I ordered a kebab mix with everything and ended up only getting kebab, fries and dressing. The service was incredibly bad, the employees were rude. It cost 70 but they took 80 kr, and they said it was for service. Got a sticky fork, no napkins and otherwise had an unpleasant experience.

15/08/2025: The food was superb. We ordered a variety of dishes. My Stjerneskud was truly delicious. The fish and chips for our children were a bit too much and a bit greasy. Perhaps they could swap the beer-battered cod for a plaice fillet. Otherwise, it was still very tasty. My wife really enjoyed her spaghetti carbonara. It also seemed to contain real pancetta. The boneless chicken was very well seasoned and crispy, but unfortunately a bit dry. Fortunately, there was plenty of sauce served with it. The flank steak was also really great. I don't really understand all the negative reviews. Perhaps something has changed in the kitchen, too. The service was excellent. The children were entertained with coloring pages. The only thing was that the cutlery was unfortunately forgotten, but that's overlooked. We had a lovely last evening of our vacation at Værftet Mad & Spisehus and would gladly come back.

14/07/2025: We won't eat there again. It is not a good value or quality for the money. It's also a bit expensive. Not recommended.

31/07/2025: I should have read the reviews before they should be ashamed to call it a pizza I visited my son in the hospital and took them when they were closest. The like something you have kept under the table for a week they should be ashamed to do something like that and should close the place down.

17/06/2025: I had heard good things about the place before, and bought a pizza for my wife and one for the kids. Today I had the worst pizza of my life! The quality and ingredients were the worst I have ever tasted in my 42 year life. A frozen pizza from Netto is almost gourmet pizza compared to this experience. We threw both pizzas out, it was not worth eating, unfortunately. :-/

10/07/2025: I had the pleasure of being served by Sebastian, and it was a really good experience. He was smiling, welcoming and incredibly professional throughout the entire visit. Sebastian managed to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and he was always attentive to our needs – without being intrusive. The service was top notch, and it was clear that Sebastian is committed to giving guests the best possible experience. Everything was in order, and he handled it all with energy and good humor. I highly recommend Sebastian – he is a fantastic example of what good and attentive service should be.

03/07/2025: Went again after 40 minutes no service

05/08/2025: Rooms ok clean and decent. Spookie pillows - reminiscent of sofa cushions with covers Unmanned Inn and Hotel? Unmanned reception until the day of departure, but breakfast was ready every morning. So it was more B&B actually corresponding to what was expected. Notice that the restaurant was closed came the same day as check-in 16/7! This means that a room could not be cancelled where the deadline was 2/. There has been no notice of this at any time. Would not have stayed there if it had been stated from the start that the restaurant was closed. Was going down to the city for a pizzaria or for a sandwich in Rema1000 after a long tourist day. There was a smell of tobacco all the way up to the 1st floor where we stayed. The smell comes from the gambling club/brown cafe that is connected to the hotel. Then we experienced Aulum Inn & Hotel!

19/06/2025: My previous review was 5 stars but the last two times we got pizza here in the last couple of months (spring 2025) the quality has significantly dropped. It is very sad because it used to be very good. I hope it is a temporary problem and they fix it. The Margherita was not well cooked and the cheese quality was not acceptable. It might be a coincidence, but it seems like they used to have more choices. on the last two occasions I found only Margherita, Potatoes, Ham. I used to love those with Eggplants, or Peppers, but I was not able to find them anymore. Please get your shit together!

26/05/2025: A great little cafe on the marina that serves excellent coffee, cakes and lunches. Beautiful views of the marina and plenty of outside seating. Excellent oat flat white and citron tart.

30/04/2025: It was a poor experience. Thinks a 10-year-old could have cooked food with more taste and which presented itself better. The burger patty was overcooked and they had forgotten to heat it. 3 different dishes and the experience was just sad. Totally tasteless

21/05/2025: Really a bad experience. Really expensive food and you don't get everything you ordered. The bread on the pizza and burger was burnt and the pizza was covered in cheese, while the burger was covered in dressing instead. Won't be back

15/04/2025: Piss boring pizzas. Nothing telling. Animals. The staff stood and discussed with me after they had made a mistake, had to leave with a half finished boring pizza. Will not buy again.

12/05/2025: Nice food but they run out of ice all the time. And cola zero, which you only see after you have ordered a menu. It's disappointing that such a chain has no control over their logistics. I sat there for 30 minutes and behind the table there were leftovers from a previous customer who was there when I arrived.
