17/06/2024: Ordered for delivery at 17:15. The order is accepted for delivery at 17:15. We wait until 17:40 and think "yeah okay. Maybe they're busy." After they are called, they already know they are late and apologize. But the food is still not delivered. A total of 1 hour waiting for 2 pizzas and a burger. Cannot be recommended.

23/07/2024: I read reviews of the place prior to my booking and thought it must have improved. On my search, it could be seen that the place has had several owners. That is not necessarily a bad thing in itself, but an observation for the larger context. I ordered 2 pizzas and a Durum. The order was approved and upon approval it was stated that the food would be ready for collection 30 minutes later. No problem, I thought, and ran some errands in the meantime. When I arrive, I am told that they thought the order should be delivered and that it was not ready yet, so I had to wait for them to start cooking the food (which should have been ready already). It didn't make sense if the food should have been delivered at a specific time, and indicates really bad planning and/or a lack of understanding of what you yourself approve from the place. While I waited, I sat down on a chair that clearly doesn't have many years left in it. On the table there was a defective picture frame and large pizza trays which in practice made the only table useless. After a few minutes, one of the colleagues was spoken to harshly, while another seemed unsure of what to do. When I got home with the food, we could see that the pizzas were perfectly fine and of a reasonable quality. So far, so good. But the kebab meat was dry and burnt at the edges, so the children were badly disappointed. With quite a few measures, the place can (in my opinion) become significantly better. 1. There must be control over what is approved from the site, and if a time is given, this should be observed. 2. Do not use the customer area for storing pizza trays and other things. 3. Accommodating customers, even under pressure. 4. Focus on the quality of food delivered. (It must be something you want to taste yourself) All in all, a practice experience, but there is real potential in the place.

13/01/2024: Insanely delicious pizza. Limited selection so it's easy to see. Crisp and delicious base and a hit with a twist of lemon on the pizzas.

02/09/2023: absolutely ridiculous to order food at 6pm and then only receive it here at 9pm, when you call them you just get one excuse after another, I'm aware food can be delayed but 3 hours it's completely hopeless, then it's because you don't bother, I'll never buy food here again, and won't advise others to do so. a resturant that is so frivolous does not deserve customers.

02/08/2023: The delivery time is simply ridiculous. Fine if it takes 3 freaking hours to cook, but at least be honest about it. This is the first, only and last time I have ordered here.

21/03/2024: If you had the opportunity to order, it would have been a different experience. You can neither call up nor contact via the website. The store is listed as open but no contact..

18/11/2023: Edit : July 2023 they have increased their prices significantly, so not such a great value anymore. I have to take 1 star down. The Pizzas are very good. However I NEVER got an order on time, this is getting ridiculous. Delays vary from 15 minutes up to 45 minutes !!! I will not blame it on the people working there, they are young and worked as quickly as possible. But they need to hire more people and probably some more experienced workers.
