24/08/2026: The food is absolutely first-class. The service was attentive and quick. However, I'm deducting one star: I didn't want to order a main course, as my children usually don't finish their food. Therefore, I wanted to order three side dishes. The waitress insisted that if I didn't order a main course, I had to order at least five side dishes. Even after consulting with the manager, no exception was made. So I actually had to order side dishes, otherwise I wouldn't have received any. I find that completely unacceptable.

06/09/2026: My boyfriend ate a regular Hawaiian pizza with creme fraise because he wanted a light pizza, but when we get home and he wants to eat, the pizza is far from light. There is way too much of everything. The ham is completely cooked to a pulp, it's like the lid on the dressing has fallen off so it's floating in the dressing and it's downright unappetizing to look at. My boyfriend manages to eat half of it, but then has to give up eating the rest and throws up the whole thing after 20 minutes. PRACTICE

27/08/2026: The food was acceptable, but the tender simply had so much perfume on it that it was transferred to the food, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.

08/09/2026: The sign outside said lower prices. Food is okay, but not for this price.

03/09/2025: The ambiance is simply dreamy! My meal (gnocchi with tomatoes and pesto) didn't blow me away, but my family's was very good. The fries were just right, and the sauces were also delicious. The friendly service was polite and spoke fluent English. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful. You can walk for ages and even walk down to the beach.

07/09/2026: The name fits it very well, its great but not perfect. First off I really liked the karaage and wings. The sushi was fine, some better some worse, the mozzerella stick and churros were really good and I like the fact that you can get free sauces. What could be better tho are the softdrinks, you can taste really much that its syrup and the taste is not pleasent to say the least. The meat, like lamb or the sticks are covered in way too much sauce which is taking all flavor out of the meat itself and also just doesn't taste that nice. I would add that you can order duck on the side aswell, if you already offer other meat. The service was lacking, not only was our table full often, but also the treatment could've been nicer :) Overall it wasn't bad and got good potential.

24/05/2026: The waitress was polite and professional, but unfortunately the food and overall experience were very disappointing. the staff seemed more focused on eating together than paying attention to customers. There was basically zero hospitality — no smiles, no welcoming atmosphere from others than this one waitress. What really ruined it for us was watching the sushi chef constantly touching his phone, his drink, and even his nose while preparing our food. That’s simply unacceptable. The sushi itself tasted weird made want to spit it out, and the rice quality was poor. In the end, we left still hungry and honestly regretted coming here. paid almost 500 for 2 people, not worth it..

17/08/2026: Got pizza with ham, bacon and sausages. Everything was boring and only tasted of turkey. I won't go there again and at that price Really poor. Unfortunately

05/09/2026: They have been voted Samsø's best potato food, but in 2026 we would like to rate them as Denmark's best potato food! The service was top notch and a delicious dish! Would highly recommend this place! 🤩

14/08/2026: We were 4 adults and 2 children for dinner. We had booked a table for 7pm. Our starters came after about 30-35 minutes and our main courses came about 25 minutes after we finished the starter. For the prices they charge for the food, it's too long to wait, especially when the children are hungry. The food was nothing to shout hooray for either. The Wiener schnitzels were boringly fried and the potatoes that came with them were not cooked properly. The plaice were also boring and the butter sauce was what the fish was fried in. Their Teres Major was the only thing that was fairly decent. Not a place we'll come back to

03/09/2026: I got a super delicious healthy and filling lunch sandwich. And the clerk was sweet and efficient

22/08/2026: A clear warning from here. We ordered and paid directly with Mr. Mums, but the food was never delivered. Yet Mr. Mums refused to refund the money and instead referred us to Wolt – a supplier of their own choosing. It is simply not right that you can pay for food, never receive it and then be denied a refund. This will be the last time we shop at Mr. Mums. Fortunately, there are many good local eateries to choose from – also places with better customer service.

09/09/2026: Boring pizza, expensive food and drinks, but pleasant waiters. Well, that's what you can expect when you choose to eat right down by the river.

15/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic, beautiful place, super sweet hosts with fantastic service and a super sumptuous breakfast buffet, you feel very pampered here at the place

16/04/2026: Nice hotel with good service and restaurant. Rooms are a bit worn, but fully functional.

03/02/2026: Second time checking in here, not a seat in the resturant. And the service on the floor is 0%.

30/11/2025: We came 8 ladies from Funen and arrived on Friday, we could only get a burger at the hotel on Friday, but the sweet waiter Rasmus conjured up a cheese board, for us on Saturday there was a Christmas lunch, with entertainment, we were again served by Rasmus, who was fast and VERY service minded and very fun despite the busyness. THANK YOU from the 8 ladies

18/09/2026: Looks really worn out from the outside, but maybe ok inside. Classic Chinese buffet.
