19/10/2024: We had booked a table for 4 on Friday evening and were received by a very nice waitress who directed us to a good table. The restaurant is surprisingly cozy inside compared to the building from the outside. Very pleasant atmosphere. We started with country ham and shrimp cocktail. The country ham came with delicious bread and a good pesto mayo. There were only 4 pieces of ham, perhaps on the narrow side for 125 kroner. Then came the steaks with plenty of side dishes and a good sour béarnaise in copious amounts. The steaks start at "ladies' size" 200 grams "men's size" 300 grams and then it's viking etc. Jens Hansen is not subject to the big city's woke anarchy and that is a liberation. The steak is from a cut with almost no fat, which in my view is a bit of a shame as a lot of flavor is lost with that choice and a steak of 300 grams can seem substantial when it is compressed meat. But my wife was very happy with that choice, so it's a matter of taste. Jens Hansen came and flambéed our pancakes at the table with plenty of cognac and cointreau - so delicious with his homemade ice cream. Would love to come again

14/10/2024: We had booked a table for 12 people at r Restaurant Sidesporet, and here it was obviously a condition that all dishes had to be pre-ordered. We had booked a table for 18, despite pre-orders, we only got food on the table at 18.45. The meat was tough/dry. Very boring vegetarian dish consisting of a bowl of pearl barley, without taste. Thawed pancakes with no taste too. It was definitely NOT a culinary experience, but very boring and disappointing. We waited a very long time between each of the dishes. The price is WAY too high compared to the quality. We have previously been happy to be guests at the site, but this time has unfortunately resulted in us not returning.

07/11/2024: Really cozy and quite big place. They make really good coffee and have delicious cakes. Worth a visit if you just want to get off the race for a moment. ☺️ The service is friendly, smiling, accommodating and helpful.

25/09/2024: Used to be really nice place to drink coffee. The place is still really nice and cozy, but the coffee is really boring. A pity when the place has such a good location and good interior design

03/06/2024: Had to wait over 1.5 hours, despite the promise of under 1 hour. When the driver brought the food, he dropped fries at the bottom of his bag, which he fished out with his bare fingers and stuffed into the package. Deadly burger. Worst meat stick. Not tasted.

15/11/2024: Caesar salad was made with pre-cooked chicken strips from a package and a thin dressing from the bottle. The salad was obviously started at the same time as the burger as all the croutons were soft. The prices are not cheap, so I had expected that there would be a lot more freshly prepared food in the dish, and not bought ready-made food thrown together. I ate what chicken I could but most of it was left as the bought chicken strips don't taste great. The fries also tasted strongly of fish fillet, so the oil could well need to be changed.

03/11/2024: Had a fantastic beef bourguignon with grilled mushrooms as a starter and red porridge with ice cream for dessert. The strawberries were a bit sad, that's how it is in November, but otherwise everything was made with attention to detail and extremely delicious. Topped off by a waiter who took the time to talk and asked about the food, it gives 5 solid stars.
